If you haven't gotten a chance to check out my Glycobol log, basically my training is structured around myofibrillar/sarcoplasmic style hypertrophy / cns overload hypertrophy based workouts, everything is in full detail, so I can assure you ill ensure if I get chosen ill be able to log everything in full detail DAILY.

Took me a few doses to get used to the stims (I'm more of a caffeine only kind of guy), but after that it's been the best pre-workout stack ever. Hemavol by itself is amazing. Stacking it with Intense is lethal! My muscles will never be the same and I never want to use anything else!
