I can't fall asleep

I just came off of using 4 weeks of h-drol and ephedrine and right now in post cycle I'm finding it very difficult to sleep and I feel all tired all day what should I take?
I bought some usp powerfull to help with the sleeping but i don't know if its that effective
 
Wouldn't tylenol be a bad idea after running H-drol as its mainly acetaminophen which is terrible for your liver without it being already compromised by a ph.
 
havn't you ever heard of melatonin. typically sold......well everywhere, even grocery stores, in 3mg. caps. take one or two.
 
I'm finding a great combination is 6-9mg of melatonin stacked with 1500 mg of L-Tryptophan from NP and 1-2 doses of Poseidon an hour before bed. I have never slept so hard in my life, lol.

5 gms of GABA will help. The sleep aid in Tylenol PM is diphenhydramine. diphenhydramine is sold either as an antihistimine or as a sleep aid. For some reason it's a little cheaper when sold as an antihistamine, but it's the same stuff.
 
what about reset a.d.? how would that work for pct?
save it for after PCT, IMO. you can use it to make you more senisitve to stims, or whatever it does, if anything. i used it and if it does work, it doesn't do anything for me......which happens sometimes
 
Check out Somnidren GH. Great for getting you the rest you need while supporting a healthy increase of GH release.

Taking melatonin is actually a very poor idea as a stand alone if you've read articles on it. If you haven't already gone that route...you'll do your body a lot of good by not going that route.

I ran that, I also used ZMK too. If you arent using ZMA or something pick up ZMK to go with Somnidren GH, best sleep I have had. Warm tingly, winter is coming so underneath those covers, you will be lucky to wake up in time for work.
 
a nice combo of 1-2 scoops of poseidon coupled with some abyss later on will do the trick. I am out on that
 
I have been taking 300mcg of melatonin with warm milk and trying to go to bed at the same time every night. It really seems to be working.
 
working out hard should make you pretty tired + eating less carbs at night. I know that when I work out I have no problem falling asleep. :)
