HRT+Olympus Labs+ Letrone+OTHERS!

So the past couple mornings I've been waking up earlier than usual and feeling very rested on 4-7 hour of sleep which I could never have functioned on before. I attribute this to healthy and balanced hormone levels.

The jump to 2 caps letrone was key in this, as I could feel the estrogen sides from the Clomid creeping in on one cap. I think 1 cap of letrone would be great for those looking for a natural AI/anabolic and not taking anything that raises estrogen.

With that being said, I plan on upping to 3 caps at the end of the month, once I receive my first round of blood work (assuming estrogen isn't below, say, 12-15)

I'd really like to push the envelope physique wise with elevated test and try to drop e2 as low as possible without incurring any sides. Would also like to see how my joints respond personally to 3 caps- as well as take note on all the other effects I believe are from letrone which include at this time:
-Amazing pumps in gym with a pre workout capsule (1-1.5 hour pre)
-increased libido (most likely also in combination with OL LJ100)
-increased strength
-increased GI motility and health
-fat loss / breast tissue reduction -- this one is huge for me. I was ways fat as a kid and even when I suffered anorexia and was 90 pounds on deaths door, I still had a solid a cup for pecs lol. I just have a larger lower chest than most and it's often times more fleshy than sculpted and hard... I've noticed over the last week that my chest is really starting to take shape, and that my v taper in my hips is becoming quite pronounced. This is all with 1-2 hiit sessions max per week and while reverse dieting. I haven't really made major diet changes and plan on holding calories where they are right now (1950-2000 on training days and 1600-1800 on off days) no refeeds/cheats at the moment.

The hunger from two caps has gotten much more managable/I've gotten used to it... So I'll keep an eye on that when bumping up to 3 caps.
 
The hunger was hard for me since I was on EU too, but I did have a nice recomp effect. Around 3 is when I started feeling a low libido(not too much) and slight joint inflammation.

Hoping that test will be high enough so as not to experience libido sides but I should be able to tell easily given my current woman situation.

Yeah, its good to find your sweet spot with estrogen numbers. I feel best when my e2 sits between 15-20.
 
I feel great around 25. Lower than that I start to have problems.
Hopefully test levels will be high enough to keep you in a healthy range. High test and low normal E2 is ideal.
 
My shoulder/tri workout tonight was incredible. I didn't wanna leave but I had one of my birthday dinners to get to lol. Bday is tomorrow. 27!
 
Today will be a moderate hiit session with core and mobility work. Then out to birthday dinner with my mom and my new girl will be meeting her for the first time! I was in a 5 year relationship from hell until February. My physique goals and training/nutrition overhaul can be 100% attributed to being single all summer and not being complacent in a relationship. Now that I've seen what the dedication to the NUTRITION side of the puzzle can bring, I don't plan on stopping despite entering a new relationship. Complacency is the killer.

On a side:
Trying to keep cardio down so I can fill out while staying lean. I'm definitely the type who looks worse if they do too much cardio. Finding that balance. 1-2 sessions a week seems to be my sweet spot. At this time while cycling calories and carbs in the 1700-2000kcal range.

My fear is that when I bump up calories, I'll have to increase cardio to keep gains lean... But that's more mental than anything- I know if I do it in a slow controlled manner, the gains should stay lean.

brundel has been generous enough to agree to send me a fresh bottle of letrone. I don't have a whole lot left in the current bottle which I purchased at release. This fresh bottle will allow me to extend the log and and further the results I've seen from letrone, as well as play around with 3 cap dosing. I'll most likely add the third cap in at bed to start.

Past two days been extremely bloated and feeling slightly run down. Not quite sure why. Not supplement related in any way, just noting current situation. Seems to be a trend of feeling untouchable and then kinds tanking for a few days lol. Any way, yesterday and today are off days from training and usually that helps me feel better but for some reason it hasn't. I will be lifting tomorrow and doing cardio and core on Sunday. My current schedule is actually gonna have me train 7 days in a row in some capacity before a planned deload week.

Once I get my blood drawn from the 2 caps of letrone, I will increase to 3 for a time period and see what we see! That will be in Aprox a week.

I have a planned cheat meal tomorrow as well. Going out with the guys for a big birthday dinner at a Spanish steak house so there will be lots of meats chicken and sausage and pork to be had along with some fish and veggies which will probably make up most of my intake for the day after a big lift. Will be a very low carb but high fat and protein day and probably about 500-600 calories over what I currently take in consistently. It will be the first day like this in literally months. I'm nervous and excited.
 
I'm very anxious to get first blood check on letrone. Wondering if e2 might have dipped too low at 2 caps?! Joints are fine-- some lethargy setting in and body comp issues arising out of nowhere. Will monitor

Tonight's cheat may help with both tho. So not saying one way or another if its directly related to letrone
 
On a side. Libido with LJ100 at one cap is the sweet spot. Woke up at 2 am and got into it with the girl. Then woke up again at 11 am rock solid and ready to go again. So with that being said-- no e2 issue in regards to performance
 
So yesterday I forgot to take my second capsule at the usual time- I took it prior to bed... Sleep seemed dramatically improved. Whether this was just coincidence or letrone has some affect when taken pre bed (along with my usual zinc, magnesium and valerian) when I start dozing 3 caps I will always take my 3rd prior to bed so I'll be able to speak more to this soon
 
thats interesting about the better sleep. keep us posted on that if it continues.
 
Mini update

Energy throughout the day is tanking. Getting hyped enough for good workouts but finding it hard to wake up and feel energized through out the day. I am upping carbs slightly to hopefully fix this. Also, been having very poor BM's after the initial increase in frequency. Wondering exactly what's going on but not feeling stellar like I was a couple weeks ago. Luckily I'm getting my blood done on Monday the 28th and will have a clear picture as to what is going on in relation to my levels. If there's no clear cut answers there then idk, maybe I just need the deload week that is already planned for next week!
 
Drink more water bro. A gal a day min.

I drink at least a gallon a day I have a 33.8 oz bottle that I drink anywhere from 4-6 of. Usually 2-3 throughout the day before workout and one during, one after. I also drink a full glass of water at night when I wake up sometimes. Probably a gallon and a half a day. Although there are probably 2-3 days a week that I may struggle to hit half a gallon. I have a water cooler at my store so I'm conscious of it. When I'm not working I typically don't drink as much water.
 
Looking back at my notes and calendar, I felt the best the week I took 12.5 mg Clomid eod and the week following that (at 25mg eod) I have decided to drop back to 12.5mg eod and will most likely hold that steady for two full weeks until I start to taper off. I will look to get blood done on Friday (tomorrow) rather than Monday so I can have results in early enough next week to assess and plan the remainder of this.
 
I dont remember any GI issues. Letrone should assist with GI issues if anything.

This is a )(*_ ton of supps man. Its hard to know whats doing what. Probably 1 or a combo of the supps you are taking are backing you up.
Alot of times people who take alot of vitamins or alot of medications experience constipation.
I have a few suggestions.
1. probiotic.
2. ducosate sodium= mild laxative. USe for a few days to ease the symptoms.
 
Yes that list is still the same and has been for some time, the GI stuff is new honestly within the last week. I take gut health, forgot to put that on staples
 
Switched up the pre workout tonight. For the love of all things holy, NEVER. EVER. Mix blue frost high volume with tropical storm stimul8. Please!!! Don't do it. I'm trying so hard not to puke from the taste and lingering after Taste. Had to share.

Ok so it's been 5 days since taking 25mg Clomid (dropped to 12.5 eod) and I do feel slightly more alert, energetic, Better sleep, and waking up earlier/more rested again.

Blood draw will be Monday. I was 756 total test with e2 at 38 at last draw 4-5 weeks ago. So I am Hoping to be above 1000 total test and have estrogen same or reduced via letrone. We shall see. This is what we've all been waiting for! I can't lie tho, body comp wise, with NO changes to training or diet or other supps, I am not happy with how the last 4 weeks have gone.
 
However worth noting libido is up again with the reduced Clomid dose.

I think the next time I run Clomid I will follow this setup
Week 1-2: 25mg eod
Week 3 12.5mg eod
Week 4-5 25mg eod
Week 6-7 12.5mg eod
Week 8 begin taper 12.5mg 3x
Week 9 12.5mg 2x
Week 10 12.5mg 1x

You are kinda asking a lot to be above 1000 on TT.
 
It happened the first time I took Clomid 3 years ago. I maxed out at 1100 after being off two months... That was 50mg ed for 4 weeks... E2 was high 80s tho Bc of that scheme
 
Well the doctors office apparently DIDNT put in a standing order for blood work so I went to the lab today and there was nothing there. Gonna have to go back tomorrow now.
