How to use ERASE in PCT

I often get asked the best way to use Erase in PCT. Since Erase controls both cortisol and estrogen, I think it is important to use it throughout the entire PCT. What needs to be adjusted is the dosing throughout PCT.

Do not take Erase with any other AIs. Make Erase the only AI of your PCT.

For a complete over the counter PCT, I would do like so:

Week 1-4 of PCT:
3 caps Erase per day +
Test Booster

If using other estrogen reducing compounds:

Week 1 of PCT: 1 cap Erase per day for cortisol control
Week 2 of PCT: 1 cap Erase per day for cortisol control
Week 3 of PCT: 3 caps Erase per day for cortisol and Estrogen control, and run until the bottle is gone (another 2-3 weeks)

Thanks, I already just purchased 2 bottles of erase to use after my serm.

So if I was taking a torem or novla , I would take a cap a day, instead of waiting to end of my serm..

As for your question though, I too am interested in how one would dose erase when used in PCT along side a serm. I guess it would depend on which SERM was used ?

You would want to follow the second dosing guideline above, 1 cap for 2 weeks, 3 caps after that

Dont use both Nolvadex xt and Erase. Both are over the counter AIs. I would use Erase since it has the cortisol properties as well

that should be fine, NP carries several stacks of Erase with test boosters.

Since it is a suicide AI rather than a competitive AI, there will not be any rebound

Can you use Daa and erase for your pct without using a serm.
I am going to do an epistane cycle real soon.

And I was told you cannot use erase and novedex xt toogether.
Because right now I am going to use novedex xt and daa for pct.
Would I be better using erase and daa.
