Hman is catching some Zzz's thanks to Ghenerate(sponsored)

That's really strange. I never thought that would have been a problem with this stuff. I guess I'll see tonight. What could be the reason for this? Did you have trouble GETTING to sleep?

I dosed 7 sprays this morning. I plan on doing the same tonight. I'm only taking I-GH-1 during the week, so I won't be taking that tonight.

Mj is not a drug, it is my vitamin green.:cheers: But actually the main reason I stopped was to give the best analysis of how the ghenerate worked.

Perhaps give an MJ-free night a go again soon. I want you to be able to accurately assess GHenerate, but like I said, I don't want you to deal with bad sleep issues either. Maybe in a couple days or something drop the MJ again and see what happens.

No never had trouble getting to sleep just staying asleep the whole night. Eric said in another thread that the GH could have the opposite effect at first and keep you up and to take a lower dose to assess tolerance and let it kick in a little first.
 
When is LG gonna do a Ghenerate/MJ deal? :eek:

Ya, maybe try this, H. Just lower the dose a little pre-bed. That should help. Maybe just 4 sprays.

This is what I had to do. I lowered it to 5 from 7 and after a few days put it back up to 7 again and I'm golden :thumbsup:

I had thought about this too. I have tried a night at just 6 and it seemed better. I might try tonight at 5 and see what happens.
 
Maybe I'll dose 5 tonight as well...I actually think I may start using my oral syringe to measure this rather than the sprayer. I have a feeling we're over-doing it.
 
Sorry I haven't updated in a bit but I was gone most of the weekend. I official drank nothing on Halloween and the night before. This is a big deal for me so i am proud of it. I took a mini vaca over the weekend with a lady friend. It was much needed. Lot's of food diet wasn't very strict though. Good amount of cardio though:smileysex5: This week is serious business again though!

Workouts have been real good. Sleep has been excellent except for the times I wake up multiple times a night. Recovery is above average I would say.

Logs lookin good brother, i start this stuff tonight and plan on startin at 4 sprays and workin my way up. Powerfull if dosed to high to start off has been up all night which is exactly why some are having troubles at first. So im gonna start at 4 pre training 4 prebed and try that out!

Sounds good. I lowered mine down to 5. i am hoping this will help the sleep issue. Other than that I haven't seen much downsides.

I think were all enjoying it besides craig:D...but seriously Ive been dosing 7 twice a day, and I haven't been getting up...think you guys are messing with the MJ to much lol:lol:

Well see the problem is that it happened when I wasn't messing with her. so who knows. i think it is best to start at 5 sprays and move up after that.

Well it's settled. I am officially an idiot. lol Walked out the door to go to the gym and what do you know I remembered to take all my supps except for ghenerate. (smacks head) I was really weak today as well. I don't know if that was the reason but I could barely get 8 reps on my last set of 225 flat bench. ugh I am losing some fat and have carbs semi low so maybe that's it. We will see what tomorrow has in store!
 
Ive started off at 5 sprays yesterday as well to test it out. I am having trouble though spacing the dosing of ghenerate after my last solid meal before i hit the gym. Its only about an hour after a carb meal but we shall see how it works out!

Logs lookin good brother and hopefully the shift in dosage will help.

Spacing it is the hardest part for sure. I train fasted, so that's cake in the morning, but at night is a little more difficult. I think I'm going to mash meals 5 and 6 together from now on. That way I don't have to stay up so late and I can dose this on empty without any issues...My calorie intake just may be a little high for Meal 5. Hopefully that won't put fat on me. Big meals can be bad news.

Well I got back from the gym shortly ago and I had a great workout. It consisted of bb rows up to 225, Parallel grip pulldowns up to 200, Tbars up to 3 plates, One arm db rows up to 85's. Great pump going. I have noticed that I am waking up lighter every day. I look alot leaner in the morning too. I am liking this so far. I have been kinda moody though? not sure why it seems to only be after the gym though. This song had me going today!!!!About 1:30 it gets cranking!

Probably because after a brutal workout, our Test and GH levels are practically sky-rocketing. And with you using the Ghenerate, yours is even more pronounced. Cool beans bro......

I backed down to 6, myself, and will probably drop to 5 tonight. I believe Eric said we should be getting 1ml/dose, and with how quickly my liquid is dropping, I'm guessing 7 sprays is more like 2ml.

The dreams are great, and the recovery is excellent. Libido seems to be going up as well. Staying lean and mean, too! :D

Try that I have been doing 5 at night and then 5-6 preworkout.
 
Yea i started at 5 and have slept amazingly well and the pumps have just been sick! So im gonna stay at 5 seeing as how everyone else seems to beleive this is the sweet spot!

Update: got some amazing sleep lately. I have been sleeping till 1:00 the last 2 days. haha it was needed though. I have been waking up lighter each day too. I started at 185 and I am now waking at about 181-2 so I am losing something. I am feeling very pumped all day too so I doubt muscle is going down.I am seeming alot more vascular too. I am loving this product so far. I had a dream the other night that was kinda out there tough. Not something I would think i would normally dream about.
