Nice workout! Are you doing your bb military presses standing? One other exercise you might try is seated behind the neck presses; you might want to try them on the shorty chair with the straight curl bar. Use much less weight than military press to start.

Yeah, pretty wide, the bar isn't very wide so you have limited options in terms of grip width.
