Here's to my first log

You already are looking amazing I can't wait to see how you look with a bit more muscle. Are you moving this thread or starting a new one when you begin going for the mass?

Aww thank you Kleen!! I will be starting a new log probably within the next few days! I figured, it will take me a few weeks to build up the calories but it wouldn't hurt starting it early on. :)
 
I think that the build up of calories is a very important part of a bulk especially after a cut so definitely want that in there. I like your 100 per week. My coach had me do mostly carbs at first and keep fat lower. Carbs replenish leptin levels which speeds up the metabolism more however you want to keep carbs and saturated fats away from each other when bringing up the carbs higher. He eats about 4000-5000 in prep now from speeding his metabolism up. Around 6000-6500 during his bulking.... it works well he corrects a lot of peoples metabolism via this same method I see it all the time.
