Here's to my first log

Pressing out the 50s huh! Awesome work Kat!

Thank you guys! It felt really good not to struggle getting them up today!! :)

Killin' it Kat!

Thank you both very much!!! :D

I have 2 dogs...1 is a boxer/shepherd mix that's almost 2 years old and another that is a dachshund/yorkie mix that is about 6 months old! The little one will go out without a leash and come back no problem! The boxer shepherd gets let out in the back yard on a tie out and has broken many a collar and leash. She has also developed this habit of dashing out the front glass door into the neighborhood. There's no running after her- she just runs further and faster...she eventually comes back but how do I teach her not to do that? I want to get a soft pellet gun after her!! Lol

I have two dogs, and they are identical to this. The one that dashes has gotten a little better, but she's now about 2. I suspect with age she'll continue to get better.

I have a pit bull that's 8, and I spent a lot of time with her as a pup to train her. She is the most behaved dog I have ever seen that isn't a show-dog.

Many hours of teaching obey-commands. Over, and over, and over again.

Edit:

Starting with basics- stay, sit, come, etc.

Thanks Thomas! We do need to work more consistently on training! She just forgets everything the second she gets freedom! Lol

Getting a dog fixed helps also.

Realy? Didn't know that!!

I taught my dog NO very thoroughly. When he takes off after something,i yell NO and he stops in his tracks. It takes alot of repetition.

I think the repetition is where I lack! Thank you guys! Sorry it took so long to respond- had 5 million things going on last night!

I gotta 6'4" one!! :)

Nice workout!

Are you doing your bb military presses standing?

One other exercise you might try is seated behind the neck presses; you might want to try them on the shorty chair with the straight curl bar. Use much less weight than military press to start.

Thank you gorgeous! She was excited and surprised! :)

Yeah, pretty wide, the bar isn't very wide so you have limited options in terms of grip width.

True! Thanks! I'll try those out!

Another fantastic workout... Those cake pops look good!

Thank you wasme! Everyone seemed to enjoy them! :)

Mmmmm, cake pops;)

They're dangerous little treats! Lol

Damn that is a low resting hr.
Yeah, anytime I've been in the hospital, I set off the alarms! It usually in the 30's when in in the hospital! Weird! ...Hubby says I'm almost dead! Hahaha

My wifes hr is 60 but her bp is usually 100/50s. That is low to me. Drs never say anything tho.

Yeah that is a little low! Funny! Guess they see all types!

What is this "Cake Pop" and why have they eluded me this far?

Trouble is what they are! Stay away--far far away! ;) They're basically a truffle made out of cake and dipped in chocolate or white chocolate.
