What about adding clen.and t3
T3 does not really eat your muscles per se, it increases Protein turn over rate (PTOR) - so you need to increase your protein consumption accordingly.
I believe our body naturally produces 25 mcg of T3 daily, so put that into prospective if you add 25mcg, you have doubled your normal production, so you need to double your protein intake.
Clen/T3 seems to be a decent combo.
