hcg question

its not for immediate use, but I am trying to learn things as far ahead as I can.

When it comes to hcg, it comes in 2 amps usually. It also comes in a higher dose than needed in one shot usually. Question being, is it normal just to mix the hcg and solvent, then inject int into a small sterile multi-dose vial and use it out of that?

it degrades in about 20 days tho. Keep it as cold as possible. I usually prepare shots and throw all but a weeks worth in the freezer. The defrost one week at a time.

Well.... technically freezing is the act of dropping the temperature of something that is a liquid or a gas to the point where is becomes a solid. hcg is a solid at room temperature so it isn't frozen, it is the solvent (the liquid) that freezes. By cooling the temperature of the solution though you slow the degredation process.

Technically it is in its frozen state, just at room temperature. Essentially steel freezes at about 2500 degrees F.

You ever seen Solid Oxygen? Quite crazy man. Every single thing, has solid,liquid,and gas versions. Even us lol!
 
Yes, transfer to a multi-dose sterile vial if possible. And also, I have noted benefits from hcg use 60 days after mixing with bac water.

That is correct. Solid/liquid transitions are referred to as melting/freezing depending on which way you go and liquid/gas transitions are vaporizing (or boiling)/condensing. Solid/gas transitions are referred to as sublimation and deposition and aqueous/solid transitions are dissolving and precipitating. Almost everything can take all forms on this world. Helium, for example, is liquid at 4 kelvin. Only at 0 kelvin, which is the absolute coldest possible temperature would helium take solid form, but this state cannot be reached presently.

The activity does not decrease to zero but it is significant after 20 days.

Yes, I suppose activity does slightly decrease, as I always had to up the dose a little after a while. I just thought it might be me getting a little desensitized.

Any reduced effectiveness? No you'll see some. But the colder the temperature the slower the molecules move. Since we've discussed quite a bit of atomistic physics thus far, the boltzmann equation for an ideal gas (or ideal solution) relates kinetic energy (KE) to mass and velocity as well as temperature:

(1/2)(mass)(velocity^2)=(3/2)(boltzmann constant)(temperature)=kinetic energy

Now this equation is a gross approximation but qualitatively, one can say that the colder the temperature, the slower the molecules move and thus the slower the molecular decompositon. At absolute zero - aka 0 kelvin, aka -273.15 celcius, aka -459 F - there will be no decomposition. However none of our freezers reach that temp.
 
Do not mix HCG with the water it comes with. use bacteriostatic water, transfer solution to a sterile vial, and store in the fridge.

Problem is, absolute zero is impossible to reach. lol. Though we can get damn close
