Gotti's About To Give Some Raw Footage-I-gh-1 and Ghenerate PCT

bro... good choice with the memory foam.. HOWEVER (since im in retail bedding and know my foams like the back of my hand) there are newer technologies in memory foam (such as simmons comforpedic) which should actually feel a lot softer than the conventional stuff.

memory foam is traditionally temperature sensitive so it feels firm until your body starts to heat it up. then it softens up. simmons comforpedic is NOT temperature sensitive, so it does not change its feel the longer you're on it, and it gives in one time.

Also look into natural talalay latex. we sell toppers that are 2-3 inches of solid latex and those provide extra support while making your bed very soft and sleep cool. they run about 300 for a queen, but they are worth every penny. also have a 20 year warranty. also latex is all natural while memory foam is derived for petrochemicals.

your back will hurt with ANY leg exercise, as well as core work. squats, deadlifts, leg extensions, and ESPECIALLY ham curls

if youre feeling a little bit better your back may just be kinked. You can do some light "rehab" like movements like stretching, using an inversion table and even some light, slow back extensions... If you would have torn a back muscle you would be completely useless right now. Since it may just be pulled, I would try heat and compression, and light stretching.

I hope you get to feeling better man. I know i sound like a broken record but your back is the last thing you want a serious injury on. I know people running up quarters of millions of dollars on repeat back surgeries, and one of them was caused by something as little as being in a funny position and sneezing.

yeah the memory foam i have is temperature sensative, it wasn't all crazy expensive even though my girl and i are looking at a temperpedic cloud or something....i think it's just tweaked, the pain is only in the lower right side now and now the whole lower back, i figured legs might hurt it, we'll see what happens, like with the abs if i feel anything i'll cut that out

i have a call into a ciro, it's a girl i knows father, but he hasn't contacted me back yet, i was also told to have someone kneed my back with the ball of their foot which i haven't done yet, and to take alleve.....i was also told to get my snoop dogg on but as a government employee, i don't think thats a good idea......bcaa's are have been ramped up this week, they usually cure everything haha so i'm still waiting for them to take care of it

Bro look up simmons comforpedic. Not temperature sensitive and you get more foam for the price. Plus a 5 year longer warranty. Simmons.com you can read all about them. Tempurpedic is the king of temperature sensitive..Thus the name.

I tell you what if you guys can find a dealer in your area that sell Comforpedics, I can offer you a great price on one since we're an authorized dealer and have it shipped to the closest factory (i had one sent to my mom in dallas... pretty sweet)

but yeah bro chiropractors suck the money out of ya but if you know one then definitely go see about that and a massage. And so some back extensions with a machine. If you feel a lot of tension, stop and drop the weight down lol

am i getting hustled in my own log? haha but yeah i'll look around, the problem is we're trying to get a new place, and not sure i'm going to keep the same size bed i have, or get a bigger one as of yet, but i'll let u know

nah bro im not hustling but since i know what back problems can feel like youre on the right path going with an all foam bed. just dont want you guys to get ripped off.. and we're a family business so we dont put a huge mark up on our beds. Just tryin to help out ;)

When you do legs, do you use a belt?? If you dont already that may be something you want to invest in as well. inzer makes some good stuff, I am waiting a couple of weeks and then getting a bomb belt from them

nah i haven't been wearing a belt, i went to get one but i wasn't about spending $120 on a belt, i know i can get them cheaper but i just gotta travel to somewhere that has them, the owner of the gym i go to doesn't carry them anymore....inzer def makes some awesome products, i have heard nothing be good stuff about their products

bro if you go to their website you can get a belt for way under 120 lol.. if you buy things from the gym normally they're marked up quite a bit. Lik 3.50 for a redline at mine LOL... 30 dollars for lifting straps (not good ones either).. And so on

Id say before you do ANYTHING that would compromise your back get yourself a belt.

Hows that ghenerate treatin ya im still itching to try it and see if it helps with my shoulder. its been killing me the last couple of days but im sure its the epi. Wasn't this bad when it was straight superdrol

epi will def dry you out after sdrol riped everything up....the fast growth from the superdrol will take a toll while the dryness of epi will cause that pain....the stack is doing good, on a cut right now so it' s been a little harder to fall asleep but once i'm asleep it's all good, i cant imagine running this cut stack without it, i'd be up all night

the belt i was looking at was at a local supp shop, but they only had the crazy ones with the metal magnetic buckle, thats why it was so expensive, i need a trip to the warehouse, but i promised i'd buy no more supplements and if i go up there, i'm getting something

Friday:

I expected to do legs and some cardio....like southern charm suggested the legs kind of put a strain on my back...except for single leg extensions and donkey calf raises, so i did do them for a bunch of sets to get some work in

i then just decided to do light chest and back work to burn calories and since i've been hitting it light i figured everything should be repaired so why not hit them again

ended this with 15 minutes on an eliptical

saturday:

went in to do cardio, but had an itch to get a pump in my arms, so i supersetted some bi's and tri's at light weight, got a nice pump

cardio: 20 minutes on eliptical

i did talk to my buddy whose parents own a local pharmacy, he has kind of turned it into a little supp shop as well, but he's going to be able to get me a good belt for a decent price which i'm happy about, hopefully he remembers to order it

I had to catch up on your log, 3 pages worth, I'll be here thru the entire log. Hope the back is getting better.

sunday: cardio

10 minutes walking with highest incline on treadmill
10 minutes on eliptical on a peak setting
10 minutes stair stepper on a peak setting

back's still tight but progressing, workout went smooth today, doesn't seem to crazy on paper but i was sweating like crazy.....a girl my brother is friends with and that i used to throw out of my house all the time when she was wasted was at the gym today and asked if i was on roids because i got big....it's been like a month since i saw her last so i was kinda happy to hear that considering the last month since she saw me was pct and i was on cycle when i saw her

now to enjoy the rest of sunday....PA got table games FTW!....goin to win some money

also went for a mile walk tonight not really for cardio or fat loss, but it can't hurt, more of a way to relax before it's time to go to bed, figure its better than sitting on a couch all night

workout was strange today, all day i felt shaky and almost sick to my stomach, i don't know if it's the stims from Alpha t2 and stim x because last week i didn't have any of that, i also didn't sleep to good last night which could have contributed to that, it was something i ate last night, it felt like i had a 100lb weight on my stomach all night and i couldn't get it to break up or release the gas to relief the pain, ended up taking a bunch of tums and using a heating pad which helped

either way some of the lifts i was happy about, especially my last set on incline presses since the set before i felt like it was extremely hard just to get the weight up, the sickness left once i hit the gym, but i was shaky at the beginning of my workout

if you notice the reps are up from the first few weeks, figured i'd go between 7-12 reps, the only reason i went to 15 a few times is that the weight was too light and i should have went heavier

ok so i've been noticeing this now for a couple weeks and don't know whats up, maybe an lg rep can chime in or if someone might know something i don't

when i take my night dose of ghenerate and i-gh-1, i seem to have to go to the bathroom like 5 or 6 times before i feel ok and fall asleep, now the sleep is great but sometimes i can't fall asleep until the sensation goes away

last night was the worst it's been, i took my dose at 10:30 hoping to go to sleep early, needless to say i was up every 5 minutes until 12:00 going to the bathroom, once i did fall asleep, once again the sleep was good while i was asleep but i was up every hour to go to the bathroom, usually it's once or twice but it was several times last night

anyone know anything that could be causing this?

I highly doubt that AT-2 is causing you to go to the bathroom, I would point it to the i-gh-1 possibly. Ghenerate makes me sleep through the night and not get up, i-gh-1 did make me get up but that is common with any GH product. Going that often seems a bit odd though, maybe dial back your dose to 6 sprays of Ghenerate and 1 less pill of i-gh-1. That sucks when you can't sleep... try having to share a bed with your GF and her two dogs. Yeah, that is my life every night, lol!

I doubt it's any of the LG supplements, this is the first time I have heard of these side effects.

You said you just came off a cycle... did you take anything that would have effected your prostate perhaps?

I have not experienced this either mate, I also really doubt it to be anything to do with the LG stack

tuesday: back/bis

lat pull down: 115 x 12, 135 x 10, 150 x 8, 155 x 7

close grip cable row: 110 x 12, 130 x 10, 150 x 10, 165 x 7

single arm cable lat pulldown on knees: 25 x 15, 35 x 12, 45 x 9

U bar cable curl (2,1,3): 45 x 12, 60 x 10, 75 x 8

cardio: 15 minutes stair stepper

So the workout was good today, really hot in the gym but it didn't seem to effect my lifts, only thing that hindered me was the cables on the lat pulldowns and rows felt worn, the gliding plastic on them is tore off and they seemed to almost be dragging at some points in the movement, but i figured it might be less weight but it felt alittle harder, no harm

went to the casino once again, so far the casino is being good to me, now i just gotta get my comp power up and get some ruth and chris steaks

Wednesday: Cardio

30 minutes eliptical HIIT style

abs: kind of just went constant for some time, mostly doing romain chair leg lifts and a leg lift machine, but also threw in a crunch machine and some ball sit ups in the mix as well

felt good in the gym today, broke a good sweat, felt exhausted after i did my abs, i must say the combo of ASGT, Ghenerate, and I-gh-1 has been really good for endurance during workouts, it's really hot in my gym and ppl are complaining about getting so hot and losing weight on their lifts, but i haven't noticed the problem as much as some other ppl....guess thats the edge i get from some quality supplements

BY THE WAY: Big up to LG, today i got home from the gym, i saw a box with my name on it and i haven't ordered anything online in awhile, well it was another tub of ASGT which was mentioned when applying for this log, not to sound like i didn't believe it i would get a bottle, but i wasn't going to go asking for more since they've already given me two products....only problem is at the end of July i was going to drop all my supplements except the stack and run out of alpha t2 and kind of lay off supplements, it makes it very hard to now with 3 tubs of ASGT staring at me all the time

sorry guys, i can't give you guys that stuff, the bad part is for pill containers, they go in a large pull string bag and in the basement closet, but jugs all go together and a different shelf, so everytime i get my protein, their they are, like ohh YG keep taking me

Thursday: shoulders

standing shoulder press: 65 x 12, 85 x 10, 105 x 7 drop set 85 x 6

high row: 65 x 12, 85 x 10, 115 x 5 dropset (tighter grip) 95 x 6 dropset (wide grip) 65 x 6

Real delt on peck deck: 60 x 10, 75 x 10, 90 x 10

Side raise on machine (2,1,3): 75 x 12, 90 x 10, 110 x 7 dropset 75 did one arm at a time for 6 each

Shrug machine (plate loaded): 45's x 20, 70's x 15, 80's x 12, 45's x 20

cardio: 10 minutes on stair stepper and 5 minutes walking on treadmill at highest incline

abs: 3 sets on crunch machine for 20, 2 sets leg lifts for 15, 3 sets side dips with 25lbs for 10, and closed it out with the crunch machine doing 1 set for 50

also went for a mile walk again last night, nothing special but i'll make a note of it anyway

it was a tough workout, i felt like a mess all day, i had a headache, i was tired or more aggrevated i guess which made me feel tired, i really didn't want to go to the gym but i knew i had to, i did shoulders because after tuesday's back my back tightened up alittle, it felt better yesterday so i tested it doing standing shoulder press.......needless to say i'm a goon and it's tight again, i dunno if i can squat today but i'll see, as much as i dread squatting i kind of miss it as it's been alittle since i did them

after today's leg workout i'm taking the weekend off, i'm beat up physically and mentally, i just feel drained, probably from work but i also haven't taken a full days rest in awhile and feel i'm in need of it, might do some light cardio during the weekend but nothing to crazy

If you are feeling beat Gotti I suggest you take the whole weekend off and just let your normal activities be all the exercise you do. Sometimes you need to give the body a break to recover and more importantly, grow!

yeah i'm not going anywhere near the gym, i meant like walking with my girl when she comes back from a wedding she was at, nothing crazy

Friday: Legs

Leg press: 2 pies x 12, 3 pies x 10, 4 x 8, 2 x 20

Leg press machine (jumping): 100 x 10, 110 x 10, 130 x 8

my back was hurting when warming up to do squats, so i decided against it, the leg press machines supported my back and didn't feel much when using those kinds of machines, the leg press machine when i was jumping ended up happening just because i was so mad that my back was hurt that i went a bit nutty

did work up an amazing sweat during legs though

because i had done abs the two days prior to leg day i didn't do them and i don't do cardio on legs days, so i did some extra chest work, light weight, just to get a nice pump

didn't log the weights in my book but i did a chest press machine, and incline press machine, and peck deck

sat and sun i was very lazy, didn't do anything of much except load some new mixtapes on my ipod

Bro seriously get the back checked before any more lifting so you don't screw yourself up good.

I agree with this statement. I usually shrug off minor pains as "it will go away," so I feel you, but mine usually are gone within 48 hours. Yours has been going on for awhile and you dont want to cause an injury that could be very detrimental, especially with the back.

i'm trying to get an appointment for next week, my girl was gone last week and her friends dad works on ppl, so they r trying to get my one, my other buddies dad is a chiro but he flipped out when i told him it was from squatting.......he hates anything that has to do with a barbell and told me to stay away from barbells and to never squat or deadlift as they are the worst

Chest:

Flat DB press: 45 x 12, 55 x 10, 60 x 8 dropset 35 (one arm extended and one arm lowered at a time) x 6 each

BB Incline press: 95 x 12, 115 x 10, 135 x 10, 155 x 8

Press machine: 95 x 12, 125 x 10, 140 x 10

Tri's

Pushdown machine: 177 x 12, 215 x 10, (reversed seat), 156 x 10, 177 x 8

Overhead rope extension: 50 x 12, 65 x 10, 80 x 8

V bar Pushdown: 40 x 12, 60 x 10, 80 x 10

DB kickbacks: 25 x 10, 30 x 10, 30 x 10

Cardio: 15 minutes stairstepper

Wasn't feeling very motivated and the weights felt very heavy, ran out of ASGT, so that might of had something to do with that. I don't usually do that many sets on chest usually but I felt I didn't do a good job with the first couple excercises so I added some.

Update: So I might as well comment on the sleep, the sleep has been really good as of late. The dreams are very vivid and I've noticed every nights dreams have their own themes. I'm def killing and beating up a lot of ppl lately.

well i'm trying to cut alittle, so i'm not going real heavy....but my membership should be running out soon and then i'm taking a week off, so as soon as i walk in and he says it's expired i'm leaving.....it's been since before i logged the swole stack since i had significant rest from the gym

Just be careful bro it is really not worth being on the shelf for a long time if you really mess up your back.

got my chrio appointment next wednesday, so hopefully he'll help me out or atleast instruct me on how to help myself out

Tuesday

It was a bad day, i got to the gym, but some personal things were going down so i brought my phone in the gym, after 1 warm up set i got a phone call and had to leave....by the time i took care of everything it was late and i was worn out and didn't want to go to the gym

so i picked up my bmx bike and went for a ride to get some sort of increased heart rate, when you grow up riding bikes and doing tricks it's hard not to, but because of my back i tried to keep it easy....i did have to take a trip through the park do grind on some park benchs and jump some little kids jumps to see if i could still do it, either way it worked well, i broke a nice sweat, kind of breathing heavily at times actually but still disapointed about the gym, i plan on going back today but we'll see what happens, i was thinking about taking time away until i get my back worked on, so maybe i'll stick cardio for a week or so

YG, take the week down Bro. Do cardio, some light machine weight only on machines that have back or chest support. Go lighter like 70% of normal workout weight and do to sets where you rep out with slow reps. Just get the blood into the tissue.

Don't walk on the treadmill while your back is messed up. Ride the bike or do the elliptical. Treadmill cause jarring on the spine when your foot hits the belt and gets shoved backwards abruptly.

So did the peeing issue subside? That was weird and not one I had heard of before.

yeah thats what i'm going to do, maybe a more of a full body type routine for the rest of this week, then this weekend i'm going to wine country and relaxing

the urinating issue did go away, after reading multiple reviews on products, it was the stim x that was doing it, some ppl had similar problems to that so i stopped taking it and it has gone away

Excellent news! Glad you found the culprit. Enjoy that time in the wine country. MMMMM a glass of dry wine + Ghen + IGH-1 = a nice cozy warm feeling before sleep. Sounds great man!

i'm more a fan of sweet wine, like a wine called red cat, but i like rieselings best

Only reason I said dry is the lower sugar levels so as not to blunt the GH release. I like dry and fruity both. Just depends on my mood or the food.

Wednesday: Shoulders/Legs

went to the gym today knowing i should probably just stay light, my backs still tight, not like it was the at the start, it's improved and then kind of stopped improving since then

did a short shoulder workout and did some leg excercises, trying not to put stress on it until i see the chiro and see what he recommends

after lifting i did cardio: 10 minutes stair stepper, 15 minutes eliptical last 5 minutes were hiit

then i did some abs, the one ab machine seems to feel good on my back when i do it at light weight, so i did a few sets on there for 50 mainly for the stretching aspect

kind of bummed out that i can't go hard in the gym, but like others have said it's better than screwing myself up for life

i did however set some goals for the winter: i want to get up around 165lbs by the end of feburary, i'm about 153 or 154lbs right now, which isn't a huge increase, but the last year i mainly just tried to lean bulk and well it wasn't to lean so i'm not going to go that many months again without some sort of cut

i plan on adding weight sept, oct, and half way through novemeber, a mini cut from november to the new year, and then adding weight jan and feb....at that time i want to cut down to about 155lbs while trying not to lose muscle by the beginning of may...we'll see what happens

just before i posted i did more cardio on a stationary bike with the arms unlocked that i have for 20 minutes as well

sorry it's been so long, i was off last week from work and wasn't really near a computer at all, so i didn't update at all.....today is the last day of the stack, review and pics up by thursday

i forgot to say this, but i went to a chiro twice last week and got myself a belt

my back doesn't concern the chiro all that much, he thinks it's musclar related and has me doing a series of stretches a few times a day, basically a back extension to help loosen it up

but he did tell me no squats, deadlifts, or anything sitting for awhile
