Gonna get lean with Primeval Lab's Super Cardarine!

Looking better and better, you recently have crossed a big milestone appearance wise.
 
Looking awesome Kat, the recent increases in cals along with the cardarine are really working well together.

You said you don't consider yourself strong? I bet there are many, many people here that would disagree and say that you are clearly a very strong person. Your log has showed us willpower, adaptability, consistency, and the ability to overcome obstacles like training even when you don't feel like it. These are traits that only the strong in our fitness community have, and that's a small %. You are stronger than most physically, and from what we have seen, you blow most of the population away when it comes to strength of the mind, and heart.

Man this morning was crazy! Workout started great...once after my first set of bench, as I was doing my squats, someone took the incline bench- no biggie, I thought, I'll just use another bench ...went to use another bench and as soon as I got up to head back to the squat rack, there were two guys in my rack. I waited patiently behind them and the guy said "what? Do you need to grab your stuff or something?" Me- "no, I'm not done. I have 2 more sets" Him- "oh, ok" turns back around and he and his partner continue. Luckily, he let me get one set in and then the guys curling in the squat rack next to us were done. Lol Needless to say I was quite irritated at the way the guy acted.

2-3 T Stevia (or half honey and half stevia)
Dash of cinnamon and sea salt
Top with 1T sugar free chocolate chips

I made it at lunch and put it in the fridge until snack time around 3:30! It was so good!!

Anytime my sciatica acts up I can barely squat at all. Work out still looks good though!

Yeah I just put the oats in the food processor and ground them up before I put in the other ingredients. It's super easy and really really good!

Looks good, and you should have told them, no I need you to move so I can finish my sets. You can work in if you want but it was obvious I was using this station. Not gonna lie there would be a good chance I would go get the manager or another employee. If not that I would have just started either stripping their weight off the bar or adding mine on.

They get pretty responsive when you tell them that if it isn't handled you will be complaining about the customer service at that location via social media.

Thanks! The only thing I've really noticed is I need a lot more water. I have been getting easily dehydrated, causing muscle cramps, and also holding water!

Haha thank you! We actually found that at Academy Sports 50% off the clearances price- ended up being like $5!! WIN!! I'm cheap and don't but name brand clothes unless they're super cheap!

Things are going well! Still really enjoying the Cardarine! I can see small changes in body composition even with the increase in calories! No major sides as I've stated before. More just have to make sure I get my water in each day!

We went to a Brazilian steakhouse on Saturday night with some friends! Definitely couldn't eat near enough to make it worth the $ though! Lol Just went for the filet to make the most of it!
