Holy cow, today was a great workout, I feel like a million bucks, and here is why!

Legs/Shoulders (I had to make this week a 3 day week because I am going out of town over the weekend for my friend JP's wedding)

Warm up - Quad extentions - 45'sx10, 70'sx10

I used a step-up box on it's side to touch my butt to at the bottom of the squat, and it made such a big difference... it's like perfectly at parallel to my squatting style, and it makes me keep my back much more upright.

Squats - 135x15, 225x12(pr), 275x8(pr), 300x4!!! (Pmuthaf*ckinR) I finally broke the 300 at parallel for more than 1 rep! Sooo stoked after this set.
Hammerstrength military - 45's(Each)x20, 70'sx12 rp x8 rp x6
DB reverse lunges - 35'sx10 each, 55's x10 each (PR)
Side laterals - 20x15, 30x10, 40x8(PR)
seated calf raise - 2 platesx20 rpx15 rpx12
rear delt laterals - 25x15, 30x10, 35x9
hammy curls - 55x15, 75x12
Quad Extentions - 150x10, 250x10

F*cking great workout. Just killed it today. I really feel like the Hdrol doesn't get the credit it deserves. This may be mild on the side effects, but the results are awesome! I cant believe I have three more weeks of this madness! Libido is good, the boys are good. Back pumps are manageable with about 10gm taurine and a weight belt. Vascularity and strength are up, muscle definition is definately up.

I weighed in at 199.5 dry this morning! :twisted:

What more can I add to that excitement?? Monster w/o bubba! I can only imagine what 3 more weeks will bring. Let's see where the PRs go from here.

Not everything is for everyone. I am pretty sure progestins aren't for me now.

Anyone who knows...Are the gyno issues from phera typically estrogen or prolactin related?

so you have a problem with prolactin levels? Is tren the only prolactin you have tried? I wouldnt say necessarily trash the phera and finding out what kind of effects it has on you first...it may not be as bad or cause any problems at all.

Well Superdrol and Tren both caused puffiness in my nips, so I figured it was prolactin caused... as I have been on formestane the entire tren run, it really couldn't be estro-related.

Maybe so, I am skeptical to run some of these harsher DS these days.

Tim- I think you are right dude, it might be time to pin some test next. I gotta find a reliable source though... maybe you can help me.

Well, I'm going natty for at least 6mo-1yr at the completion of this cycle. Probably closer to the 1 year side of things. At that point I'll re-evaluate my situation, and if I still have the desire to juice I'll probably run Test. I want to give my body a break though, I know I have been rough to it this past year.

As far as research chems go, I have used them and I have used tabs before. I would use tabs more often, however it's just shady business getting them.
 
Word. I'll problably be bulking when I get back while at the same time planning my first cycle.

If you pinned for your first, I bet you gain 20+ easy. You would be a monster... straight up.
 
I've been wanting to for a while. Almost came close, decided not to. When you have alot of knowledge on the subject because you went to school for 6 years it's so easy to plan everything. I can problably sneak a couple of more years out while getting away with a PH cycle or 2. You'll try and "retire" from PH's for 6-12 months. I may have to make you Favre it and come BACK :aargh:!!!!!!

Great workouts. I am starting to utilize more and more DC training techniques. I really don't feel like starting an entirely new program until this cycle is over, but I believe that starting with my PCT I will begin full-blown DC training. I have been converted by the Rest-Pause technique, I get such a better pump and growth from it, and it gets me out of the gym faster (which I used to not like, because I like being there, but I realized that my work ethic and strength wane at the end of my volume workouts). I did a chest DC stretch with 30lbs dumbells, and a back DC stretch with just my bodyweight. Holy shnikes that hurts, but in SUCH A GOOD way.

Cycle is going well, I am weighing in at 202!!! :D

Libido is still kicken, boys are still around... I really like Hdrol for this aspect.
Lethargy kicked in this week though, I am pretty sluggish. I am not sure if I am going to bump to 100mg for the last two weeks or not.
 
Sounds solid bro. I know cycles help you recover faster, but overall I am so much more "refreshed" the next day as opposed to feeling like crap doing DC.

455X1 on deads....Beast bro, got me beat. :notworthy:
 
Haha, thanks man... I doubt it looked pretty. Not quite like the tasered-good morning that weasle guy (or whoever that hilariously tiny strongman video was of), but I'm betting it wouldn't be a good weight for me to give some tips by. :lol:
 
Oh I forgot. I totally ripped into my shin last week doing deads with DelSolRob. I opened it up fresh again this week... Blood everywhere down my leg. Some girl walked by and was like OMG you are bleeding!

I gave her a smile and was all "it's nothing"...

I wanted to be all serious like... "Hell yea I am. I lift so hard I bleed." :toofunny:
 
If you didn't get hurt you did it correctly. I know you've got the form down. Badass when you put all those plates on. I like some of the looks people give because they think you may not be able to handle it.
 
Actually, when my shins start bleeding, I know I am deadlifting correctly. At my height and build, my shins pretty much have a 1cm room for error to not hit the bar if I am lifting with a straight back.
