Sorry for the lack of updates. Last week was a crazy week for me to say the least, I had 4 shoots and a concert in 4 days. Things are getting back to normal after this upcoming weekend.
Last week I worked out Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, and Legs/Shoulders ... I only got in 3 days that week, but I made them count, none of the numbers were PR's, I just got in and got out... nothing that remarkable.
Buuuut, I got to meet Mr. Heffner himself, a bunch of celebrities (Aaron McGruder, Ron Jeremy, Carmen Electra, Kyle Gas... the list goes on) and bunnies that week, so it totally made up for everything. I had such a blast I don't even know where to begin you guys. I could write a damn essay on how much fun I had on Thursday. It was definitely one of those "check that off the list to do before I die" things. I got to meet a ton of Pornstars, which was really funny... cause I kept feeling like I didn't know where I had seen these girls before... and then I'd think to myself... oh yea, I've seen you before, it's just you had a **** in your ***. :lol:
Everyone was actually really cool, down to earth (amazingly), and respectful. I've never been to a party where the tickets cost more than a grand... but hey, there is a first time for everything right? I got to meet a lot of pot celebrities too, which is cool to those of us who are fighting for our rights every day. Jack Herer was there, Eddy Lepp, etc.

Yesterday I got Chest and Triceps, and today I got back and Bi's.
Chest
BB Bench - 135x20, 205x11 rp x8 rp x5
Incline flys - 35x12, 45x10, 50x7 rp x4 rp x3
Cable Cross - 60x20, 70x12, 80x10 ( I always have to use different cross over machines at my gym when it is busy, so this is why my numbers fluctuate on this exercise so much... they all seem to have different pulley systems which makes the weight "weigh" differently.
Triceps - Incline Skulls - 30x15, 45x10 rp x7 rp x6
Bench Dips - BW+45x20, BW+90x20 x 2 sets
Single arm cable pressdown - 40x10 (each arm overhand and reverse grip x2 sets each)
Back and Biceps
Pull Downs - 140x20, 180x15, 200x10 rp x7 rp x4
BB row - 135x20, 185x12, 235x6
CG cable row - 140x20, 180x12, 210x10
RDL - 135x15, 225x10, 315x10... back pumps got the best of me.
Biceps -
BB curl - 45x20 (sloooow), 65x15, 115x6, 95x10 rp x7 rpx6
Pinwheels - 40x10, 50x10, 60x6
I have upped my dose to 125mg Hdrol and 400mg feraguno for this last week ( I had been at 100mg Hdrol and 300mg Feraguno for the previous two weeks. I actually am now noticing a difference and wishing I had skipped the 75mg dose and gone straight to 125. 125 feels different than anything lower, and the results are better. I am not sure if this has to do with my receptors or my bodyweight. Anyway, I am happy with this cycle, I have gotten a bit stronger, much leaner, and quite a bit larger than before. I am weighing in at about 201 with a 2-3% bf drop. I would go so far as to say I have gained 11-13 lbs LBM when everything is said and done by the end of the week, with my fatloss and weight gain combined.
Lethargy sucks right now, my libido is hit and miss... not that bad though. Muscle pump and vascularity are rediculous. Back pumps got worse at 100mg. Almost no shrinkage of the boys (formestane?). No mood changes what-so-ever with Hdrol.
