Great workouts. I am starting to utilize more and more DC training techniques. I really don't feel like starting an entirely new program until this cycle is over, but I believe that starting with my PCT I will begin full-blown DC training. I have been converted by the Rest-Pause technique, I get such a better pump and growth from it, and it gets me out of the gym faster (which I used to not like, because I like being there, but I realized that my work ethic and strength wane at the end of my volume workouts). I did a chest DC stretch with 30lbs dumbells, and a back DC stretch with just my bodyweight. Holy shnikes that hurts, but in SUCH A GOOD way.
Cycle is going well, I am weighing in at 202!!!
Libido is still kicken, boys are still around... I really like Hdrol for this aspect.
Lethargy kicked in this week though, I am pretty sluggish. I am not sure if I am going to bump to 100mg for the last two weeks or not.
