Sunny made a good point G. Throw in some bananas here and there. I will can some WW slices of bread and almond butter. I good yogurt and granole snack. I will even do the Thunder EVOO shooter once in a while. I will be jumping into the VCO crew soon as well(Coconut Oil). I was also wondering where the w/o fit into the meals? Looks like a great meal set-up G!

Good News guys, it is the first day of Week 2, and I have noticeably lost some BF% and... I weighed in at 197 today.

You take two dumbbells with palms facing inwards... like at the top of the fly exercise, and keeping the dumbells barely touching you lower the thumb side until it touches your upper chest (the pinkie is higher than the thumb at this point). You then explode up pressing through the thumbs, rotating the thumb side of the dumbbell higher than the pinkie... I guess like pouring champagne... I dunno. It pumps the inner-upper pec up something wicked for me. I'll be substituting this for my db pullovers, I have one more week of the champagnes and I'm gonna make the switch.
crossovers 70x18? i think you got some strength on me man
that's gotta build up an insane pump - nothing gives a better chest pump than crossovers.
I really think its unnecessary to do more than 2 Bicep exercises, especially if you just blew through a back workout. I like to encorporate a drop set of some sort - then a concentration exercise. Just make them some beastly sets.
I feel you on the plate loaded T Bar... We have one with a chest pad, but also one without a chest pad that is decent.. I'll use that once in awhile.
I hear that. I am thinking about leaning more that way for the future. I have tried lately doing drops and such to push more of a pump. But that was what I had been doing previous. I do like a low cable with one hand for a squeeze at the end. My bi's are at a bit of a stalemate so I have changed things a bit. We'll see.
I just want my arms to grow as big as Buster's.

Just squeezed my lats until I couldn't move them anymore... I think I must have tried and failed 3-4 times with the 120 before I quit. I just thought to myself... well, your on cycle, what the f*ck are you stopping at 10 for?
That's the attitude that will surely induce results!!! We shouldn't have a pre-determined number of reps already prescribed in our minds. We should take our work sets to ABSOLUTE failure!!! That way we are doing our very best to get bigger and stronger. Oh.....and also leaner!! ha ha
