my computer, yeah i guess big arms are a pretty desirable trait but mine are almost anoying cuz i dont even work them out and they are still the most dominant body part

In your avi I would say your back is the most dominant part of your body. Post some pics of these "huge" guns (not on my thread, thank you), and we'll tell you if your trippin or not.
 
Day 3 Liquidrone/Hdrol cycle Pics

So here are my Week 1 pics.

So I tried my best at showing where I am at by myself. I've leaned out a bit, I have some more leaning out to go. Even though they suck, I am pretty happy with my leg development... they have came a long ways. In fact, I think this is the first time I have posted a pic of my legs.

So I did the best I could ( I attempted to show you that I had lats sunny... hard to do on your own... I didn't feel like busting out the tripod and the remote trigger... thought I probably should next time) for shooting by myself.

Yea, yea I know. It's not as easy as it sounds to get out and just lie in the sun when you own your own company... people tend to call my business phone while the sun is out... and into the evening. I have tattoo's though, and some pretty expensive work, so I don't just go to the tanning salon. I don't like the idea of paying for skin cancer anyway. I'll be tan in a few weeks.
 
your significantly bigger than you were in your avi. i know its gonna look badass once you get super cut on top of the size you already got.

Honestly my diet is what has held me back in the past. It is what I have to concentrate on the hardest. It seems like I am always concerning myself with eating these days.

Bodypart-wise, my legs, especially my calves are my weakpoint. My chest needs some mass up top and some shaping on the bottom. My the front of my mid delt needs to be brought up, as it is a bit uneven with the rest of the delt. My lovehandles need to go by the wayside, and I could drop 3-5% more bodyfat without being at a bodyfat that would be difficult to maintain apart from being strict about my diet. I could probably maintain at even lower bodyfat than that... it's just about dedication and being serious about your goals. The more I learn, the better I dial it in... I'm not there yet, but someday I will be. Someday soon.

Are you a bodybuilder or what?

If you're gonna ever compete, or have a competition quality physique you have to look at the whole picture. There is a judging criteria called "symmetry". I'm just being realistic and fair to myself.
 
oh yeah if your going to compete for sure! i dont think competition is in my near - distant future. I just want to be like 190lbs of solid muscle with like 10% bodyfat at like 5'8" or 5'9" at the most!
 
Well, everyone has their strongpoints. Mine happens to be my back. I know that having a strong back is much more functional in life than a strong chest, I just want a big chest since it is what I don't have.

I hear that back stuff. How many people do you hear that have these back issues? Thats one thing that can sometimes never be fixed.
And don't we always want what we don't have? I would think you are on the right track to having that big chest.

And on top of that you look solid in those pics. And its only the beginning...

Yea, I would like to see these "guns" myself. You don't train them because they are soooo huge? Come on. Is there such a thing as arms that are too big?
My gym has a sign that says, you only go around once so you may as well go around with really big arms.

There are people like that with naturally huge arms. If you check out my pre-pics, mine are still in proportion I think, but for the amount I train them - they are pretty damn big for my size... but I mean - I still train them...

Your arms look awesome T-Bone!!! Those guns are loaded!! I like the pic where you have them extended out to the sides. Sort of a Chuck "Iceman" Liddel type pose.

Yeah, it's more practical in real-life situations to have a strong back rather than chest. Incidentally, back is my favorite bodypart to train. I've always said that Odin gave me a weak mind, but a very strong back!!! LOL

I used to actually work in a restaurant greg used to go to. He was best friends with the owner.

I can't imagine meeting him in person... I don't think I could hold back my questions about synthol and why the hell someone would do that to themselves.

I know. I was going to add that to my statement but I think we all know what his deal was. Side show freak status. But I think it also had to do with him only being like what, 5'4? He was a short dude so he was overly compromising for sure. He has probably even admitted that.

But I think naturally trained big arms are very sought after by, dare I say, all of us who do train.

Your arms, Timber, are looking solid. Locked and loaded. That avi pic shows the size for sure. But you don't have Buster's issue. No training and they are growing....

Yeah, you're right... I still train them - even if its primarily through compound exercises.

My arms were biggish when I started weight training seriously though - just from fighting and bodyweight stuff... Triceps are obvious, but you'd be surprised how much your biceps get worked winging on a heavy bag with hooks for an hour.

I think dudes take for granted the amount of other things that can make the body grow. Those fighters aren't all jacked from working out with weights. Lots of body weight stuff and bag stuff has to make you swole up. And obviously genetics take a huge role in things really growing. My tri's are much more dominant than my bi's but I still train my bi's to try and keep a balance. But as long as my sleeves are still tight its all good.

Just running some T-911 at the moment. Along with a pre-workout ECA stack and some JACKED with extra Beta-Alanine in it!!! All of this is getting me through at the present time. I'm getting ready to run something in a couple of weeks from now. Probably some Super-Drol (1/2 bottle) that I have leftover from a stack situation from last year. I just want to use it up before opening something else up.
I can't believe it's early May and I've only run one cycle this year!!! I've got to start popping them steroids!!!! :saevilw:

Military BB - 95x15, 135x10, 145x8, 155x 6+2 forced reps with spotter. drop to 95x12.
Lateral front db raise superset - 15x15, 20x10, 25x10
Standing arnold press - 35x12, 45x10, 50x9
Upright rows superset with bbshrugs - 95x12/ 185x20, 115x10/275x15, 135x10/365x10
Rear delt cable crossover - 20lbsx10, 30lbsx10, 30lbsx10.

My aggression and drive to hit the weights is going up with each workout. I feel like I am still leaning out even with the added calories and carbs. Went to the grocery store, loaded up on chicken, tuna, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, milk, brown rice. Stoked on a bunch of good clean food in the fridge!

Pissed off at the ex-gf... we've been trying to work things out... sort of. She wanted to go to the bars last night and drink... She got mad at me when I said I didn't want to. She said that we have "nothing in common anymore"... I was like WTF, because I choose to not drink? I almost broke down and had a beer, but then I was like, what the hell am I doing? Why am I cycling if I am just going to sabotage myself? So she got to stay mad. It's bullsh*t anyway, I really need to separate myself from this person. She thinks I am obsessed with the gym... maybe so, but no more than someone is obsessed with surfing, or golfing, or whatever. She can't seem to get it through her head that this is something that I ENJOY. She hates working out (basically because she is lazy) and can't seem to realize that it is ok that we like different things. Apparently I can't be social without alcohol, and she feels like an alcoholic if she drinks and I don't... and that is my problem?! The thing is, is that she doesn't have any hobbies... so she chooses to go get f*cked up with her friends, or include drinking in any activity she does. Her mom's a straight up alchoholic, and I've tried to tell her to take a good long look in the mirror, but it only makes her angry. I'm pretty over this BS. You can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.

Exactly how I feel... it was cool when I was 21... I have priorities that come WAY before getting f*cked up these days. I just feel like I am wasting my life away when I am sitting in a bar.

Yeah dude... she most likely is an alcoholic too. People that need that sh*t for fun are a bit twisted.

Our situation are a lot alike, so I can sympathize. I just choose to not argue anymore. I'll be at the gym, if you don't like it - just don't be here when I get back.

You obviously were ready to get your life headed in a better direction and she wasn't. What do they call that in Cali...Irreconcilable Differences! Be glad you weren't married and this came up. You are a young guy with plenty of great experiences ahead bubba...no worries and keep setting those goals!!
