GMG760's cutting down for the San Diego Summer!

I put enough fake "food" garbage into the machine... Why skimp on some cheap ass bananas just because of this WMS crap.

Because I have some still left over from a while back. Might as well use what I paid for.

Day 2 of the cycle.

Pushing Workout

BB Bench - 135x15, 185x9, 195x12 (2 assisted reps... I need to have a workout partner these days, I do better with someone pushing me). 205x8 two assited reps. 185x8 . Once again, I am learning to touch my chest, let the weight sink into my chest, and explode up, rather than stopping the movement an inch or so above my chest. I think I was robbing a lot of my pectoral development by not going down to my chest, and have since changed my views on going down all the way when benching. My chest hurts like no other. I have had to really pull back the numbers to keep my shoulderblades totally tucked back and not press with my shoulders. It's a real bitch having to go back almost a year in my "strength" progress, but if it's what it takes to make my chest pop, then so be it... I'm not a powerlifter anyway. But the strength seems to be coming along quickly with the proper form... just getting my body used to it. My darn left shoulder really wants to take over for my upper left center pectoral area. It takes ALL of my concentration to keep it back. I'm really just trying to "un-learn" four years of benching incorrectly.

DB incline - 60x10, 70x9, 75x5... I was really pooped from the work I put into not using my shoulders. It really makes me realize how much I had been cheating myself.

CG bench with dumbbells. 40x10, 40x10, 35x10, 35x8 - my friend calls these "champagnes". I'd never heard of them before, but they kill my upper inside pec, and that is where I need the most work. You keep two dumbells in together, lower the thumb side to your upper chest and push up like a press, except pushing that lower side to the higher side as you press up. It's kinda hard to explain... I'll search for a better explanation of the exercise.

Incline cable fly - 50x10, 60x8, 50x10

SKullys - 25x15, 35x9, 40x7, 35x10... I almost didn't get that last one... some body english probably got me through it.

Dips - 3 sets of 20.

cable pressdowns v grip - 10x50, 10x60

Abs - 3 sets of 20 hanging leg raises
machine crunches - 130x30, 150x20, 150x20
obliques - bodyweight x30 x2 sets

All in all I feel like I am leaning out quite well, my weight was 193 today, so I am stoked that I am visibly cutting up and staying at my current weight... I can't weight for these compounds to kick in... I feel like the liquid tren is gonna kick pretty soon here... Depending on (most likely my libido) the sides, I may run tren all 6 weeks... in fact I am really leaning towards this. Sweating like crazy at the gym. Added carbs to my post workout shake and my 2nd meal of the day. 40 grams to my second meal, then about 60 grams to my post workout shake. Having great workouts even with the lighter weights. I just am learning to feel the muscles working... I thought I had it figured out a while ago... I just keep learning more and more... the more I learn, the more I realize I don't know. haha, but it's a good time anyway, and nothing to do but to keep growing!!!

Pic update tomorrow.

how do you like the wms anyway g money?

I think it is one of the quickest solutions for getting a large amount of carbs into your system. I like the way it saturates my muscles when I workout, and I really loved it when on a nutrient-partitioner like Anabolic Pump, or in your case glycobol (although I have never used glycobol).

It seems to be best when you need carbs in your bloodstream quickly. If I forgot/wasn't able to eat slow digesting carbs a few hours before a workout, I could slam some WMS and it does the trick. It's great post workout if you don't have a blender accessible. Bananas taste way better though. haha!

maybe that crazy pump your getting at the gym is the td form

could be... I was thinking the tren myself... they both should be kicking in super-quick compared to traditional oral administration. I feel dryer already and I do attribute that to the form somewhat.

I really like dosing the liquidrone... it has a sweet little oral syringe... it just seems so much more like a science experiment when you dose it that just popping a pill. Maybe it is just me, but it makes my tongue tingle and I feel like I am "on" after I take it. Maybe it is just the aftertaste just staying in my mouth... but whatever it is, I like the stuff.

Awesome updates as always. Enjoy your march to the 200s again.

Fyi...I learn so much for your posts.

Thanks bud. Glad to help, I learned it from someone before me, and they learned it from someone before them. It's what it's all about.

nice workout GMG. in my experience tren kicks in within 3 days - not at full effect though, but enough to notice. you'll be sweating like a racehorse, leave the gym, grab your shake and say "lets go back". looking forward to the pics and some serious progress.

I agree with Silver. Every read there is a bit of knowledge dropped on us. And you say you are realizing how much you don't know. I think thats a good thing.

Though I do have one question about the benching thing. Why wouldn't you be touching your chest everytime to start with? I'm not trying to be a wise ass and I'm sure there is a good reason. Injury, or shoulder issue? I've always done them down to the nipples, elbows in, blades tucked and blasted up from the bottom. Push as fast as you can against that bar to get it back up no matter what the weight was. Enlighten me. But cool that you are feeling the new effects of hitting the bottom. Maybe hit off some pauses at the bottom as well. A little change up.

Looks great. You are going to be beastly in a short time. More so than now.

It was an elbow issue for me at first, then just turned into a habit. Now it's a shoulder issue that i have to correct, because my shoulders are so far forward these days. Oh well, no time like the present right?

"You must spread Reputation around before giving it to GMG760 again"

SOlid workout, looking sick. Can't wait for this Sh*t to lift off!

:head:

He's throwing this around now...wait until things start kicking!!

I thought I remember you saying you had some sort of issue with the flat bench. I used to wear the neoprene sleeves for the elbows. Get them warm and then it was good. And the shoulder is from? I have had those shoulder issues for quite a while. On a good run with no issues for a stretch now so knock on wood.

Yea, now is the time to make the change. And good that you are feeling some solid work in the chest from that switch too. You'll be hitting 3 plates before you know it. LIGHT WEIGHT!

Will be following man :)
How's that liquidrone treating ya?

So far so good. I am already sweating more at the gym and feeling a bit more intense. I'm really looking forward to week 3 of this cycle... though I should probably be feeling the tren kick in here pretty strong in a few days.

I don't have shoulder issues... just my shoulders are what I like to call "forward", as my traps and lats are very dominant, they push my shoulders forward... and as I have benched incorrectly, I have been using my shoulders and tri's too much for the press movement by not tucking my shoulderblades in enough. This has just made it harder for me to tuck my shoulders back on exercises, they really like to come forward and take over the exercise when I get tired.... but I gotta keep them back because my pecs aren't developing like I would like.

Awesome man
Tren is ****ing awesome with intensity.

If you got as cut as your avi, but with a little more size like you got now, that would be awesome. You'd practically have to start declining pussy due to not having any time for daily activities cuz your so swarmed with too much pussy!

I've also heard a lot of people say DONT F*** WITH TREN!!! Anyone know why this is? maybe cuz of the crazy shutdown? it isnt methylated so it ant be too harsh is it?
Such hard shutdown doesn't happen to everybody.
I've always been fine during cycles.

As cut as my avi isn't gonna be much of a problem.

Well, it can shut you down something terrible from what I understand. Methylation just makes things harsh on your liver. The rest of you can still take a beating.

It is a progestin, and that reason alone is why a lot of people don't mess with it. I wouldn't recommend it to someone new to hormones.

1) are you serious? you are gonna have one hell of a summer. How long do you think you'll be able to maintain that type of phsique? especially though the summer.....

2) can you elaborate on what a progestin is? i have parental controls on my computer and i can even go on google or dictionary.com to look anything up.

Problem with progestins would be leaky tits.
You need to run b6 and/or vitex during cycle.

Or P-5-P...less quantity needed to work.

So true with the warmth... My chest day is always funny. On my first warmup set I go slow because inevitably it goes like this:

Rep 1: Left Elbow Pops
Rep 2: Left Shoulder Pops
Reps 3+: All good in the hood.

Seriously?!

1. Yes I am serious. My diet was LOOSE for a period of about 6 months... dealing with my house remodel/ girlfriend issues / traveling with the band... It was a time that I had to focus on other parts of my life than bodybuilding. I also stopped doing cardio for a period of probably 4 months. My diet and cardio are back in check and I'm seeing the changes on a day to day basis. I really didn't tub up as much as I thought I would. I plan to be leaner than that pic. I really wasn't that lean in that picture IMO. Good lighting does a body good. I can maintain that physique as long as I am strict about my diet. I'll probably keep it until I start bulking... sometime in October, when the beaches empty out and my wetsuit covers up any slop that I might gain.

2. A progestin is a kind of hormone. Your girlfriend's birth control is a progestin. They have some crappy sides if you aren't prepared. I am using Vitex/P5P/Formestane to combat the sides. If you wanted to get REALLY serious, you could always buy cabergoline. Prolactin is the issue with progestins and their gyno issues, not so much estrogen.

Problem with progestins would be leaky tits.
You need to run b6 and/or vitex during cycle.

Good call. I prefer P5P as my form of B6 as straight B6 needs to be dosed dangerously high for prolactin control and can cause nerve damage. (seriously)

Or P-5-P...less quantity needed to work.
and it's safe to use at a high dose.

Now P-5-P on Nutra!!

B6 also has a terrible conversion ratio to boot. P-5-P is the clear winner - if you can still find it.

Just order it online, it's still available. I am gonna probably buy 2-3 bottles here in a few days just in case it gets banned... why the hell are they banning a form of vitamin B anyway?! I signed a petition for to our senator about keeping it on the shelves, but we'll see what happens.

Makes sense to me now. I don't think people realize how much technique goes into a proper bench. Its not just lay on your back and push. Foot position all the way up to your finger tips.
But good stuff from here on out. Such a problem to have, dominant lats and traps!

Well, everyone has their strongpoints. Mine happens to be my back. I know that having a strong back is much more functional in life than a strong chest, I just want a big chest since it is what I don't have.

I FEEL YOU ON THAT. my arms are naturally so huge and i dont work them out, and i could care less about my arms but everyone always seems to be focused on my arms and only compliment my arms and its anoying! Its borderline depressing, between that and having my girlfriend parental control my computer....

Is it your computer or hers?

After you answer that you probably should stop bringing up that your girlfriend is monitoring you on your computer.

Some guys spend years trying to get good arms... like me. You short f*ckers have it easy in that department. That being said, it takes time to fill out for anyone. Most of us compare ourselves to the biggest guys we can think of... which is just absurd; because in my case, for example, when I think of what "big" is to me, it is like pro-bodybuilder big. But these guys have YEARS of spot on diet and training, good genetics, and a frankenstein cocktail to boot. It's just a head-game. Be glad you have big arms, and shoot for bringing up the rest of your frame. I don't have a big chest compared to a lot of guys on AM, but at the same time I put the majority of my friends to complete shame. It's all relative. We tend to nitpick ourselves in this sport/hobby.

Quick question for those who might know it...

Does liquidrone absorb better with fats? Or does the delivery process make that kind of redundant? I always take my hormones with some fish oil or PB, but I was just wondering.
