GMG760's cutting down for the San Diego Summer!

Just as everyone else says hang in there man. But shes deff. being childish no doubt! And i agree get yourself away from her/"those types"....

Im just giving my .02 but, I personally, will not be with someone who does not accept and encorage me with what i do! I can not see how it would workout in the end if they can not. My own thought is i try to better myself everyday for myself, and everyone else around me, and so therefor, i want someone to be the same in that regard!

You should seriously do a motivational speaking tour or something like that. You have to be the most positive person I've ran into in a LONG time.

yeah most younger people who dont have hobbies make partying drinking or drugging their hobby. It's really sad and counter productive.

Things are looking good G! Excited to see how Tren treats you!

Thanks Bro! Ill take that as a VERY high compliment! I guess i dont see myself as a "positive" person per se, just more, say a realist. By that i mean, i just use my own common knowledge and logic to reason out things in life.

This is the way i see it- Some see the glass half full, Some see it half empty! I on the other hand, Just see a Glass with Water in it! ;)

Haha, true that. Teg the motivator.

Thanks Brotha! :)

I'm pretty positive. F*ck dem hoes.

ROFL Yes you are!

Dude, you have too much going for you to waste time trying to fit a round peg into a square hole. There are probably 10 others lined up waiting for it to be over. I say move on to the next one.

I think Matty will agree with me when I say DON'T DO IT. Stay single and enjoy the good life.

You are READING MY MIND!! AHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!

This is such the truth. Let the good times roll at the pace that you want. Don't let some chick force crap at you. Timber said it right, you don't like it, be gone when I'm back.
There are always other chicks out there who are ready to party. Beatuiful babies just lined up ten deep. You just need to let it happen. Plus, not for nothing, but this ex sounds like quite a train wreck. Best let that train move on down the tracks and wave bye bye.

LEGS

Squat- 135x15, 225x10, 225x10, 185x10 ... I wasn't feeling it today, honestly a pretty good squat day for me... I am gonna have to go up to 235 or so next time. I just have trouble being comfortable over 225, I feel like I am still finding my "spot" for squatting.

Hack Squat - 135x15, 185x12, 185x10, 185x10

Seated Calf press - 50x20, 90x15, 90x12, 90x10

Quad Extention - 150x12, 170x12, 200x10

I am leaning out like no other supplement/hormone has ever made me lean out. I am dropping fat like there is no tomorrow. This Liquidrone is for F*CKING REAL. My strength hasn't gone up a ton, but I am thinking it will kick in soon. My pumps and vascularity are getting pretty insane. Muscle hardness is way up, I feel pumped all day long. I've been trying to eat like crazy, I've added more carbs to my diet, (2 MHP Up Your Mass gainer shakes a day) and an extra meal of carbs. Still no carbs at night. I am gonna start trying to get more protein in too. I am at about 300g a day, let's see if I cant fit a few more chicken breasts in there. I am gonna try to just be consistently full, with carbs ending by 5-6pm. I'll post new pics on monday, unless i am tripping... you guys are gonna wig out because I have dropped a considerable amount of fat in 6 days. weight was 193 today... but I am so much leaner than before. I can't imagine what I am gonna look like after 5 more weeks of this... especially since the hdrol hasn't even started up for me yet. Off to bake a sweet potato and some chicken!

Shaddow - YOU WERE NOT KIDDING BRO!

Take it up in increments and watch for the results. Try and keep the variables to a minimum. What I mean is...do the same cardio, same meals during the day. Then when you add something you know what it did. This stuff is very routine oriented...that's what I love about it.

I read an article about Brady Quinn a couple years ago on his training focus. He would never add more than one supplement to his regemin at one time that was new... would take notes and measurements and eliminate all external variables.

Talk about not wasting your money on supps and knowing what works for you... and the results on that guy show it.

That's it exactly TL. It doesn't just apply to supplements either. More food, cardio, whatever...figure out how it affects the goal you want to obtain.

Gotcha. My goals have changed a little, as this Tren obviously is allowing me to eat a lot more than I was before, and I might as well get the most out of it. If I start to go the other way, I'll peel it back... but at this rate I'll have to add some carbs just for growth... Plus they are what is keeping me fueled up while on these lethargy causing anabolics. I think I have it under control, but Shaddow was totally right, I needed to add some more food to my diet.

As far as cardio goes, I dropped all the HIIT from my routine. Two anabolics and the BP risks with Tren compounds don't make me really feel like getting myself going like that, and I seem to be dropping the fat without it. I'm going for 3-4 40 minute uphill walks on the treadmill every week.

Just keep track of what you are adding to your usual diet.

At a kid...let's see what works!

you're still doing some type of cardio though right?

I was gonna do 3-4 days of Uphill walking on a treadmill, but if you guys think that HIIT is still cool to include, I'll go ahead and keep it in my program.

Ok, Ok, Widomakers it is next week.

Phew...nothing worse than sprouting a vagina!

i did cardio on tren/hdrol just to help keep my blood pressure in check. you're going to lean out regardless, and if you loose too many calories you'll just loose out on some muscle gains. maybe 5 minutes of cardio just to keep your BP lower. play this by ear - if your blood pressure creeps up a bit too high for your liking, i'd add in just a little bit of cardio.

that's the only reason i did cardio while on tren.

Keep the water intake high as well G.

Ok, I am gonna figure this diet thing out. I'm just going to write everything out and see where I am sitting. I thought I added this all up before, but I can't find the file on my computer.

Meal 1 8AM
3 eggs, 3 egg whites - 31g protein/0 carbs/15 g fat
Large Bowl Oatmeal (2-3 servings) - 42 g carbs

Meal 2 10:30-11:AM
MHP Up Your Mass Shake - 62 g protein/58g carb/11g Fat

Meal 3 1PM
Chicken/Tuna/Turkey 40-50g
2 slices of Ezekiel Bread (low glycemic) - 30g carbs
or
Sweet Potato - 64g carbs (8 ounces... at least thats what wiki answers told me... I think it's kinda high... maybe closer to 40 g)

Meal 4 3pm - Protein Shake or Tuna - 40-50g Protein, (shake has 15g carbs, 15 g fats)

Meal 5 5:30-6:00 PM - MHP Up your mass shake - 62 g protein/58g carb/11g Fat

Meal 6 8:00PM Chicken/Beef/Fish - 40-50g protein
Maybe a small amount of brown rice, haven't been eating it lately.

Spinach salad - Maybe 20g carbs... but veggies...

Meal 7
Right before bed - Tuna or a protein shake 40-50g Protein, (shake has 15g carbs, 15 g fats)

Thats about what I am eating right now. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. Thats about 310g protein... and my carbs are about 200g at the moment... give or take what I am eating and whether or not I start adding more. I was at about 80-100g carbs previously on my cut. Am I not getting enough fats? I do take in about 10g fish oil a day, I have no idea what the fat content of the meat or eggs I am eating is... time to start searchign.

I hope this info can help you guys give me some advice. I feel like I am stuffed to the gills though.

Ok, so 4 calories per g of carbs...
And 4 calories per g of protein...
And 9 calories per g of Fats...

1240 calories from protein
800 calories from carbs...
And 77g fat x 9 = 693

Grand total of 2,733 calories.

Damn. I was a lot lower than my guestimate was. Time to start eating more I guess...

Suncloud... how on earth did you manage to eat 7500 calories a day.

Half n Half? That seriously was your answer?!

Rest day today. Took my dog and my parents dog for a walk. It's getting nice here in San Diego. Cooked dinner for my mom, she said she wanted a steak dinner... GREAT CHOICE MOM! I get to cook and stay on my diet... I was afraid she was gonna say mexican or italian food... my two weaknesses.

Major DOMS in my quadriceps today. Like the kinda pain where you don't want to get up out of your car... I was like groaning to get out today at Vons and some people next to me in the parking lot were looking at me all funny since I probably looked like an old man having trouble getting up out of his car... Probably from yesterday's hack squat brutality. They are a bitch after regular squats. I would liken them to hitting a similar spot on my quads as front squats do, they are just a lot easier/kinder on the body.

You gotta get some of these hack squats Timber, I think I like them more than the leg press... I sure have to work a lot harder.

half and half was a good 1k calories, half a gallon of whole milk is another chunk. pre/post workout shake is 1.4k. the trick is in snacks :)

my old bulking diet :
breakfast - 5 eggs, two bowls of cereal (organic version of honey bunches of oats) with whole milk, two cups of coffee with three cups of 1/2 and 1/2 = 1900 calories
snack - peanut butter - 2 tbsp = 180 calories
snack - string cheese = 90 calories
lunch - two double cheeseburgers = 800 calories
pre workout - 50g of protein, 120g of carbs = 650 calories
post workout - 50g of protein, 120g of carbs = 650 calories
snack - peanut butter - 2 tbsp = 180 calories
snack - string cheese = 90 calories
dinner - 8oz buffalo or chicken + veggies + rice = 400 calories (est.)
snack - two servings of peanut butter (4 tbsp) = 360 calories
snack - string cheese = 90 calories
bedtime meal - 6-8 oz steak - no veggies or carbs = 280 calories (i'm guessing here)

also throughout the day i drink 1/2 a gallon of whole milk (1000+ calories), and i don't count the calories of canola and olive oil i cook with, since most of them are left in the pan.

thank god i'm done bulking :)

Good God. Mcdonalds EVERY DAY?!

ah right on. That's a lot of cooking. I am starting to be quite the health food chef myself.

Look what the Kat dregged in!!

Sunny made a good point G. Throw in some bananas here and there. I will can some WW slices of bread and almond butter. I good yogurt and granole snack. I will even do the Thunder EVOO shooter once in a while. I will be jumping into the VCO crew soon as well(Coconut Oil). I was also wondering where the w/o fit into the meals? Looks like a great meal set-up G!

i love cooking :)

unfortunately now its getting too hot to cook my chili or bolognese sauces, so i've moved on to stir fries for the summer. usually shrimp/chicken stir fry with veggies and a light sauce or chicken with lemon pepper and garlic in olive oil. i'm already missing the chili though - 3 types of meat and 4 different beans :)
