After pics posted on page 1. It looks like I lost some BF%, judging by my abs and vascularity, I imagine that I dropped from 10-11% to 9-10%... IDK, you guys tell me.

I feel that I put on some decent size to my shoulders/arms/chest. My weight today, the last day on GHenorate, was 193, which is up 3 lbs from 190 where I started. It could be glycogen/water... but I feel like I look bigger. I am actually quite pleased with the differences in the pre and post pics.

Neither picture is pumped. Gotsta go get my pump on now. Be back after gym with a final review of Ghenorate.
 
Dood! You've def leaned out! More vascularity on arms. More cuts. Abs are lookin clean. Delts are looking more rounder and defined! I'd say it was a success! :thumbsup:

Everything he said^^ I would say you gained more then 3 pounds!! , I dont do the whole conversion, with dropping BF% and adding weight..I cant believe you did that just on Ghenerate!... awesome job GM;) ...........Im paying Eric a visit!

I just did the comparison and you are looking thick. I think the arms and shoulders look great (fully homo) and you are lean. Are you going to keep the fur for the winter season? My coat never comes off. I'm used to its constant warmth. (self homo)

The girlfriend likes the man-fur. She says she doesn't care if I shave or keep it, but it's just a royal pain in my ass. I didn't shave my chest this summer.... I don't really care to anymore, it's gross after a few days. So I'll probably clipper it down a bit or wax it if I am gonna do anything.

I really don't see why it is a big deal unless you are gonna be doing a competition/show.

Amen. Real babes dig the chest hair. - I trim mine down a tad so it's not a forest, but keep enough hanging around that it looks sexy to the ladies.

Heck, I don't want to be attracting the types of women that find Zac Efron to be the epitome of a man.

What type of products you looking for? Do you mean LG specifically?

Have you tried Anadraulic State yet? If you feel like something hormonal, I'd say Anadraulic State + M1D and Formadrol for PCT. If you don't want to run a hormone, Anadraulic State + Formadrol. You can't go wrong, bro. You'll be impressed.

Anadraulic State + Formadrol is intense. If you want to make it even a little more powerful, toss in an herbal test booster; perhaps 2tabs DTH/day...Yes, I went there...No, but seriously, TestoPRO, T-Force (per Resolve's log whom I trust greatly), Blue Up, or some other herbal one.

If you're a carb guy, LG's Perfect Carb would be nice to add in with some BCAAs intra-workout...or even just an extra 1/2sc-1sc of AS
 
Dude, Irish... why don't you guys have Timber run the Natadrol? I think he would be a great candidate for that stuff, plus everyone and their mom follows a Timber log.

Oh yeah that stuff sounds awesome! I do love the androgenic feel, I really miss that type of feel and effect.
