Glad we got this thing going! I had a nice workout today.

It's not like the photo that I took was sub-par compared to most photos on these boards. It will show just fine what changes are made.

But if it makes you happy I will get my girlfriend to shoot more pictures tomorrow. I gave platelets today (I have a friend going through chemo, giving platets is like giving blood for 2 straight hours... kinda a crazy experience) and I feel too run down to do it today.

THanks bro... I am actually a photographer by profession. I just don't spend time taking nice shots of myself flexing. Not really worth it to me. lol.

I thought something was up. Haha. I thought it was funny seeing you take a pic with some high-tech looking camera when everyone else uses their phones. lol

Sorry to hear about the friend. I will keep him in my prayers! I have known many people that have gone through chemo and it is not fun. He is lucky he has your support!

I really hope your friend gets through it, my man. A girl I'm fairly close to has cancer, so I somewhat understand. She hasn't gone through chemo yet, and hopefully won't have to, but has done radiation.
 
Log update DAY 2:

So yesterday I didn't exercise, but it would have just been cardio anyway. I am back in action today, I feel great. The rest was superb once again last night, I slept like a rock again. Although I did wake up three times, once right after I fell asleep then again at like 6 in the morning, then at my usual wake-up time of 7:15. I didn't wake up because I was restless though, I woke up because of the intensity of the dreams I was having. I mean holy cow. I have heard of Tren dreams, although I have never used tren... but these were intense. I rarely dream anymore, or at least I rarely remember my dreams. These were VIVID. I had a zombie nightmare in my first dream, I was photographing a wedding in my second and had forgotten my camera, which led to me speeding through some random city in my car turning into a car chase with the cops... why I would run from the cops in my car I have no idea... and the one in the morning was about my girlfriend and... well it was more pleasant than the other two. :D

Dreams were intense, but so was my rest. I am sore from my last workout, but I feel more energized than I usually do in the morning. It usually takes me a good 30-45 minutes to "wake up". The past two days I have literally been hopping out of bed. Good stuff so far, let's see how this month goes.

Oh yea, thank you guys for the support with my friend. He's a fighter, I have a feeling he is going to pull through. Prayers always help though.

On another note, I got an email from Teg, it didn't say what was going on, but it pretty much let me know he wasn't doing as well as he was a few months ago. I wrote him back to ask what actually was happening, but he asked everyone in the email to not divulge information without asking him first. But I figured this would probably be ok, and he could probably use it. Regardless of who you believe in, or what you believe in, if anything at all, I know Teg could use all the prayers that we can muster for him at the moment. He is a really good friend to many, who's attitude is an inspiration for all of us. I just ask that all of you think about Teg and say a prayer for him. I'll update you guys with info about him as he permits me to. Thanks.

Standing Calves - 185x30x3 sets... couldn't do DC calves, gym was too busy.

Thoughts:
Great workout, I was sweating profusely, not sure if it is the GHenorate or not, but it's getting cooler here, so I know it isn't the weather. My energy stayed pretty high for the lack of caffeine in my system. It just seemed like I had more in the tank. The DOMS from recovering from these intense DC workouts seem a bit dulled from the GH as well, I feel sore, I know I killed it at the gym, just it hasn't been bothering me as much.

Again, I have been sleeping like a baby and waking up early and refreshed. My dreams continue to be out of control. Most of these dreams have had an "urgency" to them. Not quite nightmares, but very intense and each time I wake up I feel like "thank God that was just a dream, because I was in quite the mess". Things like forgetting my camera at an important job, or paddling out in the surf and finding the waters shark infested. I have yet to have one of these dreams turn ill-fated, but I am always relieved when I wake up. Don't really mind it though, it's kind of a neat change from never remembering my dreams.

My libido is starting to be noticeably higher, my girlfriend has been enjoying it. :D Went for 3 rounds yesterday... it's like I am a freshman in college again. hahahaha

I have been dropping BF% as well. Not doing as much cardio as I thought I would, but actually just eating better (nutrient timing wise) and training fasted. I have had a bad habit of eating late at night, and since I need to take this on an empty stomach, I think it has been helping me to get my priorities in order and not eat after 7-8. My musclegroups worked out on Monday seem to be ready for another workout, and it is a day early, so that is a testament to recovery being aided by the supplement, especially since I am free of all other supplements other than protein and BC-EAAs.

The eating thing. I love how eating high cals puts muscle one, but man, I love being able to cruise on a cut, just eating small meals and getting them done and over with. I'm only getting in 5 meals right now as I train fasted in the morning, and then dose certain supps on empty at night. If I was bulking I'd be eating 7x and about 2.5x as much food. I love a good recomp. It's so much easier. haha
 
A question for the LG reps, I'm assuming you guys did some testing with this product already with your own test subjects, can you elaborate on what the results were?

Intstead of doing 1 day on, off, on, off, on, off,off, repeat; Im doing 2 days on, 1 off, 1 on, 2 off. and other kinds of variants to. I say workout if you feel ready to go. See what happens. I still continue to make big gains with this set up. Just my .02c

I attribute much of the effects of the product to the deep sleep I have been getting. The libido thing is just a nice bonus.

It is on the Hammerstrength Hack Squat machine. I doubt I could do those with the barbell behind my legs. My legs are definitely growing a bunch and getting way stronger with DC.
 
DC is def the shiz for leg growth.

The taste is pretty good. Kinda orange-ish. It's mellow and does not seem to be a taste that would bother me to continue using on a regular basis.

Thanks guys, I had a pretty good workout today, I felt like I had gas in the tank throughout the workout, and I had pretty good numbers in my second and third RP sets of the exercises. Upright rows have always been a strong exercise for me. I am pretty gifted with the set of traps that I have, so I have to concentrate pretty hard not to let them take over, esp. on my heavy sets.

The GHenorate is going well, I have been noticing that it has been keeping my libido steadily high all day. Once again, it seems as though the DOMS aren't quite as bad as usual. I have been sweating a lot during my workouts this week. I also appear to be leaning out quite nicely. I may decide to post a pic every week to detail the progress of the supplement. The supplement seems to calm me down a bit. I don't find it really makes me sleepy, just slightly more relaxed than usual after I take it. I seem to be more calm in the gym as well, although this may just be from the lack of a PreWO supplement, we'll see if in weeks 3 and 4 I am still feeling the same way, that way I will be more used to working out without the stimulants.

I already have the feeling that I would want to use this supplement either on cycle or in PCT... I know that in PCT it would be especially useful, but if it was used on cycle I think it could help with the insomnia that comes with some cycles as well as for people who might be overly-aggressive (to most of us we love the aggressive feeling that comes with some hormones, but some people's tempers can get a little thin outside the gym).

Question for the man himself (LG) - how long could one take this product? I know most GH products are used for months at a time, but the effects seem pretty sudden with this. Would they just get better with time like some people seem to feel injectable GH does, or should this be cycled shorter like pro-hormones and steroids?

For the deep sleep aspect of this product alone I feel I would run it for a while if I am not going to be damaging my body...

Definately enjoying this logging opportunity, this product is very different for me than anything I have logged or taken before.
