When I take these products I do it for better sleep and nice dreams I don't think anything else can be measured equally to those benefits. So in short I see what your talking about, but you can't fault a gh product when actually it does all that it claims but the claims don't tell you how much or little its doing.
 
Well stated buddy; but brologic on these boards have sort of dictated the logic that increased GH release necessarily translates to deep sleep and/or dream states.

Not convinced it is or at least directly correlative.
 
The only GH product I tried was the original USPLabs PowerFULL and it wasn't bunk, lol. Better be asking yourself what the author of that article is pushing ;)
 
I actually sleep worse on GH products. Generate was the worst. PHENIBUT works wonders to increase REM though.

Yup, powerfull and bluegrowth work awesome for making me sleep like a baby, thats all I need to know.
