Felt strong as hell today, it was crazy. I was happier with 315 for 2 sets of 8, but I guess I can be pretty happy with 365x3 as well.:cool: My appetite has pretty much morphed into an unstoppable machine, I ate a pound of 92/8 ground beef yesterday, half a pound in spaghetti, and the other half in hamburgers. I easily topped 4000 yesterday, all of it clean too. I will try and get a weight update tomorrow or saturday.

Kept the hamstring workout nice and simple today, and just focused hard on the contraction. I'd have to say it worked pretty well. 640x20 on the leg press on that last set put me outside the gym dry heaving, haha. Arms workout tomorrow will be up kind of late, I have to go to Miami U tomorrow AM to move my sisters into their new house. Thoughts-
Couldn't get my workout up last night, our cable is out. I'm off today, it's my birthday so I'm gonna go play golf or something today, and I wasn't scheduled to lift anyways, though I wish I was, because I don't have much to do all day.

Moving yesterday wasn't too bad, and afterwards my parents took us all to Qdoba where I ate possibly the most epic burrito of all times, had to have been at least 1500 cals in that guy.

I'm pretty shocked to see I'm up 9.5 pounds, I don't think I've gained so much as an ounce around my middle, I think my midsection is almost a bit sharper than it was two weeks ago. My T-shirts and shorts legs are definately starting to get tighter. Any water retention or 'wetness' from the M14add must be within the muscle for me, because I don't look watery at all.

Still toppin 4k on calories every day. I'm just eating my 6 basic meals plus another meal or two added in at will.

Got a nice little case of food poisioning from something I ate yesterday, so I woke up at 2am today power chucking...got like 4 hours of sleep last night. My appetite is slowly comin back, but it's just gonna be alot of shakes and light stuff today.

That being said, I shoulder pressed 275x4 today, which is a huge PR, and I did it feeling like **** and on no sleep. Pretty psyched about that one.

Should be back to normal by later tonight, and should have a nasty leg day tomorrow.

I agree, I have never had anything kick in this fast, or work this well. No sides either, my bp has stayed stable, my libido is crazy, and I'm all kinds of driven in the gym. Oh yea, and my strength, appetite and bodyweight have gone up a tad as well :hump:

Hopefully my appetite comes back strong tomorrow so I can keep packin it on.

I am going to do the same cycle 90/90/90/90 X-TREN...is this good for cutting.....any recommendations fro my PCL...here is what I plan

I NEED HELP with PROPER ADVICE for.......my first cycle........ I am in fairly good shape. I weigh 176lbs. 5 Ft. 11 inches. I have about 10-11% body fat. I max about 200 on bench. I work out 5-6 days a week and play alot of basketball (3xWEEK). I need advice on a decent starting CYCLE. Here is what i am thinking with my PCT...


PRE CYCLE Two weeks-4 weeks during cycle(than contine the rest of bottle or buy 2?)
CEL CYCLE ASSIST ( 4 caps x 2 a day: 60 total per bottle)

Should I take something else or is this fine

Awesome, not one single side effect so far. The worst I've had is a tight lower back while playin tennis the other night, like the beginning of a back pump, but that is about it.

I used the old retain2 during PCT one time and had that effect....so if that happens again I wouldn't complain, lol.

I was also fond of Retain2 but i think you will see even better results w/ the Suppress C.

Still feeling great, no sides at all. Started formestane today, I really like the formula, goes on nicely and dries quickly, and has like a faint citrus-y kind of smell. Looking forward to seeing how this new phase of the cycle goes.

315x6 on incline is a pretty big PR for me...I was only planning on 4, but I got 4 and wasn't really struggling, and ended up with 6. Wanted to get a video of it, but I forgot my phone at home. Thanks man, I'd like to be up 18-20 by the time everything is done with. I'm not one of those ppl that declare a cycle unsuccessful if they don't gain x pounds though, it's all about how I look. Which right now is alot larger than two weeks ago without much fat gain, which means I'm happy. :afro:

Yea, I've been eating like a king so far, all the grilled meat and veggies I can handle, no crappy foreman food. If my parents don't kill me for eating all their food, it should be a good week.

I like the dymatize elite whey quite a bit, great blend, great taste, great price. I finally ventured out of my comfort zone and picked up some XF whey in the whey cheap sale, so I'm lookin forward to tryin that.

I am gonna back off the weight for this 8 day rotation, I've been throwing around weight like it's nothin for 3 weeks and I need to back off before I start messin up my joints. I will still be 100% on the intensity, just less weight.

Still feeling great, been eating my face off still, I think my parents are about to throw me out. It's been like a damn food network show around here, the food has been excellent, I love havin an actual kitchen to cook in.

Went for a little swim after my workout today. All I can say is **** that stuff, I'm not very buoyant these days. I will stick to my elliptical and tennis every now and then, haha.

Swimming is hard if you're big but have no bodyfat to float you.

Thanks, I used to not try to go too heavy on overhead stuff, but in the last 2 months I've really tried to pile on the weight and get stronger, and my shoulder growth has pretty much exploded. I hit 275 for 3 or 4 last shoulder workout, and I want to get 315 at some point in the near future.

Swimming was awful, I hear what you are saying about havin muscles geared toward anerobic activity, just like when I went biking the other day and I could do quick sprints and get up to 30mph or so, but after a few my quads were so pumped I could barely move.

On the plus side, the cold water felt awesome on my tired muscles.

The superset was also pretty awful, but worth it. The only reason I had back pumps is because I left my taurine in columbus. oops.

As soon as the exhaustion and nausea passes, I'm pretty sure I will be spending the rest of the day eating my face off. The back pumps today were really the first negative side I've experienced. Last week of M14add, I'm gonna miss it...but I'm looking forward to how P-mag feels solo.

Personally I love swimming. Nothing better for a good full body cardio workout. Of course, I have swam my whole life and played water polo for the + side of 6 years so I am a bit biased, but it can definitely feel amazing for stretching back out and awesome for cooling muscles down.

Thoughts-

Weight seems to keep piling on no matter what I do, haha. I kinda slacked off on eating the last two days because I've been rediculously gassy, which has made it hard to eat (and be in the same room with me). I picked up some digestive enzymes/probiotics at walmart, and it seems to be helping quite a bit. Good thing too, it was pretty toxic for awhile there.

Still feeling great, I backed off again on the weight today and did a few more reps, which led to a pretty insane pump. I'm off tomorrow, and then really looking forward to saturday, because I will be in the akron/cleveland area and will be training at the Bodybuilders Inc. gym in northern akron. After the last two days of training in my hometown with no one under the age of 40 and less than 30% bodyfat, it will be a nice change.

Lifted at the Bodybuilder's Inc. gym in akron today. That place was voted in the top 10 of america's most hardcore gyms for a reason. Great equipment, and a perfect hardcore atmosphere. First gym I've ever been to that actually catered to bodybuilders, I loved it and definately will be goin back.

As far as the cycle goes, still feelin great, weight keeps comin, and all my clothes are gettin tighter in the shoulders and legs, which has to be a good sign. 2.5 more weeks still to go yet, I'm looking forward to seeing how the P-mag works on it's own, I'm hoping between that and the formestane it hardens me up a bit, but we'll see.

I think you'll be happy with the results of Pmag/Form in the coming weeks
