I NEED HELP with PROPER ADVICE for.......my first cycle........ I am in fairly good shape. I weigh 176lbs. 5 Ft. 11 inches. I have about 10-11% body fat. I max about 200 on bench. I work out 5-6 days a week and play alot of basketball (3xWEEK). I need advice on a decent starting CYCLE. Here is what i am thinking with my PCT...
PRE CYCLE Two weeks-4 weeks during cycle(than contine the rest of bottle or buy 2?)
CEL CYCLE ASSIST ( 4 caps x 2 a day: 60 total per bottle)
Should I take something else or is this fine
CEL X-tren Solo Cycle
4-weeks at 90 mg day
CEL PCT ASSIST (3 caps x 2 a day: 60 total in bottle)
Do I need two bottles, should I run for 4 weeks? Is there something better product wise?
REMEMBER: I want to stay LEAN and shred hard. Diets in check.......is this enough to take to the next level? I am going to SHUT DOWN HARD?

I used the old retain2 during PCT one time and had that effect....so if that happens again I wouldn't complain, lol.

I hear ya on the swimming... sinking even with a full breath of air means its damn hard to swim, and my muscles are conditioned for <10 reps so they're soooo inefficient for swimming, they burn through oxygen like an SUV burns through gas and it leaves me gasping for breath after a couple laps. lol. Swimming is hard if you're big but have no bodyfat to float you.

Thoughts
Lifted at the Bodybuilder's Inc. gym in akron today. That place was voted in the top 10 of america's most hardcore gyms for a reason. Great equipment, and a perfect hardcore atmosphere. First gym I've ever been to that actually catered to bodybuilders, I loved it and definately will be goin back.
As far as the cycle goes, still feelin great, weight keeps comin, and all my clothes are gettin tighter in the shoulders and legs, which has to be a good sign. 2.5 more weeks still to go yet, I'm looking forward to seeing how the P-mag works on it's own, I'm hoping between that and the formestane it hardens me up a bit, but we'll see.
I think you'll be happy with the results of Pmag/Form in the coming weeks
