so yeah i love mixing things up . since i was sick with food posioning this week the weightlifting was one day and then would do week 4 starting next week.
so what would i do ? Bike a marathon. why not the biggest loser people did it so i decided im going to do this . i will do this . I decided since i dont have a bike i would do it at my gym. mind you i have never gotten on those things .
So being i am me. I was like i cant do just a ride. I put it on the program "rolling hills"-- so intensity level was there -- and at level 15 then went to level 10.

mile 5....
Omgosh what did i get into . decided on level 15 is too much starting out so i dropped it level 10.
mile 13...
left calf starting to cramp , kept telling myself i am half way thru this i got this ...
Mile 20 ...
was death...i was like shyt . then i justified i cant face telling someone i gave up and it was only 6 more miles. side started hurting . and then it switch to the highest hill in the program. are u kidding me.
mile 24...
Holy molly. i cant do it ...yes i can . i cant .
mile 25...
I cant ..closed my eyes and listened to defying gravity. and just pedaled .
I did it . I made it . i really did it . i did a marathon
length... 26.2 miles
time.... 84 min 40 seconds
legs felt like jello when done . butt was numb. and yes i grunted thru the hills but point is i probably will be the only person in the family that ever will do this. and the fact i shattered all my thoughts of what i can and can not do .
