so yeah i love mixing things up . since i was sick with food posioning this week the weightlifting was one day and then would do week 4 starting next week.

so what would i do ? Bike a marathon. why not the biggest loser people did it so i decided im going to do this . i will do this . I decided since i dont have a bike i would do it at my gym. mind you i have never gotten on those things .

So being i am me. I was like i cant do just a ride. I put it on the program "rolling hills"-- so intensity level was there -- and at level 15 then went to level 10.

Omgosh what did i get into . decided on level 15 is too much starting out so i dropped it level 10.

left calf starting to cramp , kept telling myself i am half way thru this i got this ...

was death...i was like shyt . then i justified i cant face telling someone i gave up and it was only 6 more miles. side started hurting . and then it switch to the highest hill in the program. are u kidding me.

Holy molly. i cant do it ...yes i can . i cant .

I cant ..closed my eyes and listened to defying gravity. and just pedaled .

I did it . I made it . i really did it . i did a marathon

length... 26.2 miles
time.... 84 min 40 seconds

legs felt like jello when done . butt was numb. and yes i grunted thru the hills but point is i probably will be the only person in the family that ever will do this. and the fact i shattered all my thoughts of what i can and can not do .

Would there be a problem dosing at 2 caps of both OEP and alpha-t2 in the morning (1 each afternoon)?

I started the stack today like this (ran OEP in past) and it seemed fine to me?

so yeah today i was like totally down . not sure why just in a slump i guess so i went in and once in i felt like my long time hero!

Ok so legs felt like jello anyhow but managed to do it . I'm sure still recovering from the run. but felt good. Nothing much to report things are ahead of schedule in my eyes. and i really think its due to fact that i do beyond at least once every two weeks to keep things guessing .

Just read and laugh. its about

Rear delt machine

U walk up to the machine ...look at the chart with puzzled look on ur eyes like a deer in headlights. then u go and figure out ur batman (cause u spread ur wings out just without the cape ) or at least u think u r . so u sit down and ur junk (for men) are totally nestled on the foam and then u put ur chest to the mat . yes the "boys " might get crushed. Women (cant see how u do it ) but can only imagin its like a mammogram and u sit as far forward as your anatomy will allow and u put ur wings out. Cause we are human we over guess. so we just hurt ourselves cause ur shoulders and whole arms didnt move but u felt it in ur upper back. So ego in check u lower the weight and pretend u just hug'd one of the biggest losers. Goin forward was easy and then if weight too big u just slung shot ur arms back and almost ripped them off . Yes like mortal combat fatality . so control it and then do it till u almost shatter ur wing spand. The best part is ...ur face is on the cold bar that gives no mercy . and u almost feel like ur a kid again kissing the tree for practice (shut up u know u had a practice kisser ). and then after all the sweat and tears u get up off of it with ego and huge weights lifted and pride that u just survived the mammogram and also (for men) violation of the "boys" and feeling all pumped ..u step off of it and chest out to show u did it ....

weight on may 5th ... 165 pounds . so from last weigh in down 3 pounds (was 168) . so still going down so thats good. and really in my eyes starting to look leaner ...so still loving the product. and i have stuck with the dose of

recently sick gang. I have IBS and this week has been hell so elimation of things that i added in until find it . back at it tomorrow am . have ot do a speed 3 mile run !

weight down to 163.4 ...so doing well in that dept. so still loving it .
double up dose of 2 alpha and 2 oep . but not makign it to gym and still being sick dropped weight so was all good . this monday i will be back at it .


over all still doing well and weight loss going down but still keeping the size that i was. (been taking measurements ). so loving it . probably only going to last 4 weeks with the alpha . car trouble so shelling out 600.00 so cant afford another bottle of alpha and oep . frowns

you def wont be disappointed. im sufferring from alot right now allergies and ibs . but got docs orders to bein gym again . so coming back at it full force. but even with min workout i minus'd 1 pound . so in my opinion thats grand cause thats 3,500 calories to lose it and that was in a week . so its got my vote

now what u get rid of "Gross is not a factor in this dojo" it worked. ok gang . sorry been absent but huge setback. well huge for me.

background .

last year suffered abuse and as a result dislocated shoulder.

this year

dislocated shoulder again .however this tiem had insurance and going to rehab. however is there any other way people know how to rehab the shoulder . taking all suggestions on what to do cause this is the second time so really wanna get shoulder on the up and up.
also anything i can buy that will excel the healing process so i can get back to the gym?

however dieted down to 160 pounds due to alpha 2 and also oep . thanks but at this time i will not be loggin about it anymore due to have to figure out how to rehab this


thunder god if out there any suggestions really at a loss here . finally had momentum going and injury . or anyone out there know of anything i can do . doc i went to is clueless and said surgury would be good but he said its not mandatory. its just a dislocation nothing else with rotar cuff or anything . thanks all who read this !
 
last view of oep and alpha stack..

its crazy i started the journey at 170 is when i started loggin on here about it but really i was up to 180 and then i lost down to 160 so thats a good amount of weight. i really love this product and will continue to use it in the future after rehab and everything i got going on . in that time due to the energy i got and then weight loss i did two all time personal goals

1. did a bike marathon ..thats right 26.2 miles . i also have to credit jack3d as well cause did dose of that before it to up the energy dept.

2. also did a 10 k running


so over all i would def recommend those products not only did it shed off weight and body fat it made def goals

normally i would include a pic but me in a sling is not kewl lol . so however will just have to believe the hype until out of sling . but i love the products and ewill come back !

First thought are that HGH would be helpful others here have had great success with ART therapy look into that, ART guy has worked wonder for Mkleeen so maybe u waana ask him to

just ur average shoulder dislocation. doc didnt say anything else . it was crazy he spoke two min from me . details of last injury are arm got yanked out when i was leaving from abuse tehy grabbed my arm and jerked and dislocated it . thats about all i know . some one mentioned 1gf r3 i think not sure but email me

and stretching has made a big differnec to my shoulder.... I constantly stretch every day, in the gym at home on the beach and of course I can be quite the ****ing contortionist in the sack :)

so went to the physical therapy and they were very impressed with my knowledge of the injury and exercises. they also complimented the fact that with exercise i was well versed on shoulder exercises and well rounded on exercising all the shoulder as a whole .felt good to hear doing it right.

my biggest area that is an issue is my external rotation . so i have to do this

well she said i will be able to do light weights probably in two weeks. so thats a plus . but she said that it probably will be 6 weeks till 10 pounders 15 . but its a good thing i guess. i can do cardio and dont have to wear a sling ...yay!!!

so i wont be posting but will be doing my rehab exercises no one wants to hear how i go from body weight to bands to cute 2 pounders . but anyhow i will be following logs
