Damn man excellent run so far. Very generous of EBF. I have been quite surprised at the customer service. After I placed my order for 4 bottles of Recompadrol I received an email from the company letting me know they planned on shipping it out as soon as possible. And this wasn't your typical email that is auto-generated due to an order prompt. It was from an actual individual. And we emailed back and forth quite a few times. It was very down to earth and comforting to see. And what they have done for you only solidifies them further as a reputable company in my perspective.

Nothing going on right now post wedding really. I've relaxed my restrictions on my diet a bit (thanks in part to recompadrol) and am only taking multi+PW+BG at the moment along with some protein and other staples. Once that log wraps up I'd like to drop an EPIC lean bulk but I'm not sure what direction to take it! Time will tell!

Yeaaa haha my stupid front facing camera does that for some reason. It's kind of annoying. I don't film using that anymore just because of that haha!

Married life is great! Unfortunately right as we got back to the states we had to turn around and go back to work. So now we are trying to get back to our night-shift routine with work and everything else. This ring on my finger still feels foreign to me. Especially when I constantly wash my hands using the sanitizer scrub at work and when I put gloves on. I'll get used to it soon. Otherwise no complaints! :D

For real though we all have those days. I know what How was talking about, me having a lot of bf to drop I gota watch everything I eat. I mostly east the hellz outa MEAT!! I also lifted today therefore breaking my intent to stay off till Sunday due to nagging injuries. Update for 8/10 will explain why.

So I don't leave you hanging DJ, we have a nurse and physical therapy in my gym. She is an actual nurse, and she uses calipers. She dies it for all members who schedule, so I am sure she is good at it from practice.

DJ, BODPOD would be my choice if I could get to one and if it is cost friendly. I know you will find the right method. You always take it an extra mile. Case in point - bloods from your Athletix run !!!

Everybody needs a break here and there. Unfortunately when I say I'm going to take a break from AM it lasts about 5 hours and I'm checking my phone already!

Boring. That's what it feels like without lifting,

I don't feel the enthusiasm to want to write without having a lifting workout to look back to. But this is what I think should be done and there are 3 more days to go, so I plug away left right left right until timer hits 60. Work has been really busy this week and I have been coming home late. Hours do go by fast and work is done focused and on time.

Appetite was normal and I actually ended up eating a whole rotisserie chicken. (not all in one sitting !) Add in some vegetable and it was a pretty good day of eating.

Gym was ho hum as stated before. I got there late but had plenty of energy. I set out to go 60 minutes and got in a nice sweaty session of 994 calories burned. That's it. Nothing more. I stood on the elliptical and paced away.

Summary:
Lets start off with one thing right away. I don't comment too much about libido since I am on a cutting stack. But for what its worth, libido has been on par with any T-boosting runs I have been on. I am always in mood. My friend is always ready to go and it is also fuller at rest while performance has been better than normal.

To push the edge. I have been contemplating many thing to make things better or go beyond and compose a sick workout plan. I also thought about diet change to popular lean gains to enhance results. After much thought, I am going to stay status quo. I hope my philosophy does not conflict with EBF as they have been most generous with everything to date. To have a log going that you can use to gauge end results, there must be some control. Workout should have 1000% effort, but it should not be radical or be something you can't follow long term. Diet must also be strict, but not drastic that it stays far away from what is norm. For this reason, my workout will stay the same with minor tweaks and diet will not change drastically although I can definitely work to lower sugar and fat. This will make is easier to compare week 1 result versus week 8 results.

I think it is pretty clear that this EBF stack is awesome and yields results that people will be happy with. My goal is to continue on this path and continue to give 100%. What is the longesvity of this stack. Will gains taper off later on ??? That's what I want to find out about in these 4 weeks. I think that will give people useful data to see if they are interested in purchasing.

OK, another day of cardio. I actually woke up early and decided to give fasted cardio a try. This is something I will not be able to do all the time due to work, but on occasion, it could be appropriate. 45 minutes on elliptical for 700+ calories. Energy was great and sweat was pouring off my body. I felt really energetic leaving the gym and through first part of the day at work. I did slowly feel the effects in the afternoon as my energy started to wane. This was expected.

Traffic - uugghh. Accident on a major highway and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get near my home. I decided to go straight to softball game as going home to change would have made me miss the game. Luckily, I wore golf pants to work, so the material had some flexibility. Yes, I played in my golf pants and undershirt. The game stunk as the team we played knew how to hit and singled us to death. we got frustrated and started making errors. We lost 19-4. I really dont want to say too much more. It was a game to forget. I went 2-3 with 2 singles and 2 ribbies.

Pissed off, I went to the gym to cool down. It ended up being an hour session of cardio for 1,000+ calories burned. Not bad. I am at 6,876 calories burned with 2 days to go. It looks pretty clear that I won't be anywhere near 10,000 calories burned for the week. That seems like a pipe dream now.

Totally agree! I beat this motto into my guys heads at work. Try to fix something that is working fine and you end up with 4 other issues!

Summary:
Let's get back to lifting.

I had good sessions of cardio all week, but I am missing the feel of iron and the euphoria of getting past that last rep. Nagging pains aside, I am going back to lifting. I also feel like I am getting smaller and losing what I have built up all year by doing cardio all week in high volume. It could be mental, but I feel smaller and weaker and definition was not as sharp. When people tell you you are wasting away, its time to get back in the game. I could have done better for my body by just fully resting, but this is how you learn...right ? things have tend to stick in your mind more when you actually experience it.

I am not feeling very hungry today. My appetite is low and food is not on my mind. So I tried to eat things that have high caloric value since I probably won't be eating a large volume today. Beef Pho, steaks, eggs, monster milks. That's it. I did eat several servings of each and it pushed my total up to 2,300.

Energy was good all day and I was looking forward to lifting. as always, I have my large meal either 1 hour before or after planned workout. I think that has served me well. If I do eat sugary or fatty food, I tried to do that near my workout as well.

To the gym !

I felt good to walk towards the weight room rather than going towards the elliptical area. As i took each step, my energy kept building and I swear my T-level started rising. I felt like grunting. LOL.

Hammer Strength Incline Chest Press - back to my old favorite for 7 sets of pyramid and 3 drop downs. Nothing beats a heavy ball busting volume workout to get the adrenals going. I was not as strong on this as i have been in the past. However, I was happy with what I have accomplished. Elbow burn and wrist pain were still there. I just had to work around it some how. Anyway, only got up 450 lbs for 1 rep versus 3 in the past.

The following exercises were done in 4X mass fashion. I pick a weight I can do 15 reps on and then do 4 sets with juts 25 seconds of rest in between.

Machine Chest Fly - I need a different machine. This one is maxed out at 176.6 lbs. 4 nice sets and 4X mass was no issue.
Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press - My lower outer pecs are weak. This is what I will incorporate into my workout as I hate cable crossovers. I will need to establish a 15R max since this is new.
Bench Press - No one around to spot, so I will go light. If I hit a sticking point, I am not sure my aching joints will allow me to recover. Went to 225 lbs for 4X mass and mychest felt great when I was done.

That's it. Nice and quick workout under 1 hour and i was done. Hmmm....I think I like this 4X mass thing.

It felt amazing to lift again and I left feeling awesome. Hyperboles everyone. Overuse of hyperboles. Why ? I felt that great.

I felt so great after lifting yesterday. I even have little bit of DOMS.

I think I am going to like 4X Mass. Less sets and less time spent. Maybe just as good results. We shall see. Anything that gets me DOMS is a plus in my book.

I looked much better this morning. Muscle shapes have come back a bit and definitions are better. Lifting does make a huge difference....duh !
Appetite is not back fully yet. I had a Tuna wrap with tuna mixed with avocados instead of mayo, steak, quinoa again, chicken breast, banana and indulged on a crab stuffed pepper.

Today was supposed to be softball tourny day. well...we got rained out. Postposed till next week.

I came home and went to the gym. Started off with cardio to get the heart pumping. 45 minutes of sweaty 700+ calories burned.
After my body was fully warmed up, I attacked the back. Joint issues do not affect back exercises, so i can go all out. i changed things up a bit. To get a better feel on upper back, I am going to pyramid V bar pulldowns rather than rows. Muscle confusion !!! (I hate that word since all infomercials use it now)

Using slightly less weight to get a better feel, i think V-bar rows stimulates upper back more with better range of motion. It really felt worked when I was done. Going with 4X mass concept again, I followed with Rows, pulldowns, rear deltoid and pullovers. damn i love lifting. My back felt great and I again left the gym fully satisfied. I am sorry weights....lets never part ways again. Even for a week.

Well....my cardio total for the week was 7,398 calories burned. Well short of 10,000, but I am OK with that. NO, I am not satisfied with not meeting goal set, but it is because I adjusted the plan when i noticed things weren't going well instead of being stubborn. Hey, 7,000 calories is 2 lbs !

Things are looking up again as view in the mirror is getting better.

Summary:
Let's get back to lifting.

I had good sessions of cardio all week, but I am missing the feel of iron and the euphoria of getting past that last rep. Nagging pains aside, I am going back to lifting. I also feel like I am getting smaller and losing what I have built up all year by doing cardio all week in high volume. It could be mental, but I feel smaller and weaker and definition was not as sharp. When people tell you you are wasting away, its time to get back in the game. I could have done better for my body by just fully resting, but this is how you learn...right ? things have tend to stick in your mind more when you actually experience it.

I am not feeling very hungry today. My appetite is low and food is not on my mind. So I tried to eat things that have high caloric value since I probably won't be eating a large volume today. Beef Pho, steaks, eggs, monster milks. That's it. I did eat several servings of each and it pushed my total up to 2,300.

Energy was good all day and I was looking forward to lifting. as always, I have my large meal either 1 hour before or after planned workout. I think that has served me well. If I do eat sugary or fatty food, I tried to do that near my workout as well.

To the gym !

I felt good to walk towards the weight room rather than going towards the elliptical area. As i took each step, my energy kept building and I swear my T-level started rising. I felt like grunting. LOL.

Hammer Strength Incline Chest Press - back to my old favorite for 7 sets of pyramid and 3 drop downs. Nothing beats a heavy ball busting volume workout to get the adrenals going. I was not as strong on this as i have been in the past. However, I was happy with what I have accomplished. Elbow burn and wrist pain were still there. I just had to work around it some how. Anyway, only got up 450 lbs for 1 rep versus 3 in the past.

The following exercises were done in 4X mass fashion. I pick a weight I can do 15 reps on and then do 4 sets with juts 25 seconds of rest in between.

Machine Chest Fly - I need a different machine. This one is maxed out at 176.6 lbs. 4 nice sets and 4X mass was no issue.
Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press - My lower outer pecs are weak. This is what I will incorporate into my workout as I hate cable crossovers. I will need to establish a 15R max since this is new.
Bench Press - No one around to spot, so I will go light. If I hit a sticking point, I am not sure my aching joints will allow me to recover. Went to 225 lbs for 4X mass and mychest felt great when I was done.

That's it. Nice and quick workout under 1 hour and i was done. Hmmm....I think I like this 4X mass thing.

It felt amazing to lift again and I left feeling awesome. Hyperboles everyone. Overuse of hyperboles. Why ? I felt that great.

I ate some long hot peppers, a huge seafood omelet, a huge cobb salad and chicken parm sandwich. calories were in check so I was OK. The day was restful and recovery was good. I am ready to tackle it once tomorrow hits.

Summary:
Time to kick things back up. It's time to shock the system. 4 1/2 hours of activity planned. I had a lot of energy this morning and throughout the day. Energy during workouts were sick. Monday usually fills my schedule with lot of sports and lifting. today I decided to add cardio. My wrists still hurt and elbow pain is still there. not enough to stop me today.

To fuel up, I had some grilled pork chops, lots of veggies, Quinoa (this adds carbs but i love it), lean burgers (patties only), chicken and some fresh tomatoes today.

At the gym, I felt like sprinting. I did 30 minutes of elliptical and it was the highest pace I have gone in months. 630 calories burned in 30 minutes. Did not have a chance to build up a puddle of sweat, but there were plenty. I like this short burst of cardio. Better than 60 minutes of LISS ? maybe....

I drove over to the softball fields for practice next. I am now playing outfield, so I needed a lot of practice. I must have chased down about 30 balls at a full sprint and made all the catches. I hit the ball well during batting practice. All line drives except one that almost cleared the 50 ft fence.

Next was volleyball. I could feel my energy go down a bit, but gave all that I had left. Mix of players showed up and there were a lot of diving and running everywhere to chase down loose balls. It was fun. No hot girls tonight. Oh well.

Finally, the shoulders. I stated before that I felt that smith machine presses were hurting my shoulders. I am stopping it for a while. replaced it with nautilus overhead press. Unfortunately, it does not have enough weight on it. I lifted the stack and stack + 9 added lbs for 8 reps each. Going to need more next time. Another machine ?

4X Mass for upright rows and laterals and I am not done yet. I added ab and pull up work to round out a great day of activity.

I was tired physically, but mentally I was on a high !!!

Thoughts

This is not a review. Just few thoughts as I look at the numbers.

I need new pants. My waist hasn't been this small since about 15 years ago. Back then I was wearing size 33. I think I can hit that by end of the 90 day run.

Looks like I was carrying a quite a bit of fat on my chest as the chest size has been decreasing proportionately. When flexed, I can definitely see the weakness in outer chest, so hopefully HS wide chest does the trick. Little over 2 1/2 lbs lost since last week. 200 lbs by end of 60 day run seems a real possibility now.

No more all cardio for this guy. It really did a number on body composition visually. My muscles are flatter and not as full. Pictures will show this. My skin is also sagging a bit in the waist area. I don't like that thin long muscle shape. I am no runner. I am a lifter. People have also told me I am wasting away. Don't want that either.

The EBF stack continues to do it's job. Recompadrol is as advertised. Maybe more. AAV2 and natty V seems to work synergetically well with Recompadrol and I think the results show it. I really can't ask for anything more.

By the way, I went to the doctors and had blood drawn for Cholestrol and glucose check. Results in about a week.

I also had blood pressure check and the nurse nearly jumped off the chair after seeing my pulse rate and asked me if I was on any medication. Blood pressure was 138 / 75 last time with pulse in the 60s. This was few months ago.

I am only on day 41 of a 90 day run. Not even 1/2 way there.
