No prob. You body fat dropped significantly. Ways your weight loss now.

Yes, I can't wait to get my body fat measured next week to validate this. I have a feeling it's going to be good. I can see it in the mirror as well.

Continue to get compliments from people I haven't seen in a while as if I have made a dramatic change. This is fun and exciting.

You know I peek at my weight so I have an idea where it might be tomorrow. :)

Also, my pants fall down even over my big butt without a belt. I would like to submit an expense report for new pants please.

LTL, I can't wait to finish 8 weeks on this. I am thinking by end of 8 weeks, under 205 might be a possibility with body fat around 11-12 %. I am only 3 weeks in.

I know bro your killing it! Nice work. 11-12 percent and them your going to concentrate on muscle growth rather then losing fat?

Yep. No way I can go below 11-12 without drastic changes. Effort is not worth the reward for me. If I can see abs, I will be happy. In fact 11-12 might be too lofty. I can't even tell you what it might be really, because my body fat was never this low.

Ultimately if you enjoy this stack you can run 12-16 weeks continuously if your enjoying it. Why not go for something you have never achieved. Get as low as you can.

Good point. I always read that below 10% was not possible. I am definitely willing to make a good run at it.

Recovery - No pains or soreness.
Libido - Excellent.
Skin condition - Normal.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
No lifting today. It's a day for cardio and softball. I felt especially great today and appetite was up. I had to be conscious as to what I ate all day. I felt really focused at work and the day breezed by. Again, no soreness or pains. Joints are good muscles are good as well.

Softball was a game of disappointment. We played horrible defense and they singled us to death for 19 runs. I played OK. Made all the plays at first base and right field. Went 0 for 2. I hit the ball really hard at short stop and I also hit a shot to the opposite field. I tried to stretch it to a triple and got thrown out.

After the game, I headed to the gym to get some cardio in. After 45 minutes, I burned 700+ calories. Sweated like a pig while full of energy.

Disappointing day after a good start.

Tomorrow is a chest day.

Onto tomorrow.

Going to gym now to get another 45 min in. No lifting today. Going to be a beach bum. My GF agreed to relax and enjoy for once. No walking like a maniac.

Doing measurements now. Big smile on my face. Everything will be up late this evening.

Looking forward to it bro! I'm assuming the big ole smile is a good thing! ;-)

Have fun at the beach bro, enjoy your time with the lady. I know my girl and I get very little time together so it's nice when we get a chance to relax together.

Yep, not a major change like last week, but a change that builds on last weeks results. I think EBF will be happy. I certainly am.

Cardio and then the sand !

Preview. LOL.
Need some lower chest work, but upper and mid chest look decent.

Hopefully someone will soon.

Thanks LTL. I thought this shot gave a different perspective with more angles. I may not have picked the right poses initially to show improvements.

Unfortunately, I am staying with those as i have same poses going back to April. I want to compare them to what I may end up as in December. This year. Hopefully things would have come to a full circle then and I can look to choose to maintain or build.

Thank you for all your support. You are another person who would make a great company rep for someone.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
Work at home in the morning and gym rest of the day was the plan for the day. Got up early and went to work immediately. I felt focused and finished work pretty quickly. I was full of energy and ready to do something. I was hungry, so breakfast was whole wheat bread, fried eggs and some cantaloupes. For lunch I had chicken, some bean pan cakes and boiled eggs. For dinner it was a big bowl of Beef Pho and a smoothie.

I left for the gym right after lunch. Started with cardio immediately for about 45 minutes. It was a good session at a nice pace for 700+ calories burned. With body warmed up, I went right to chest. When through all my normal exercises and unfortunately, the weight was right on and I was not able to get any PRs on any lifts. I did bench press for the first time, but I am not counting it as a personal best. I will count it next time if I beat it. The top lift was 335 lbs at 2 clean reps. Finished off chest and went home. Quick shower and met girlfriend for early dinner. I was famished. Vietnamese again. It was time for Pho. Slow cooked eye round, brisket, some cartilage, on a large beef broth of vermicelli, sprouts, onions and generous serving of sriracha chili sauce. This might be one of my favorite foods. Nice and clean with lot of liquid to fill you up.

After dinner, went to gym with my GF. I was not looking for a huge session. Felt like hanging out with her. I used the elliptical next to her for an hour for 900+ calories. She went to lift, so i decided to work my biceps. It was time to since i never do more than hammer curls during chest workout.

I used moderate weight and went slow to get a good feel. Biceps felt great when I was done.

I felt ridiculously good. 2 lifting sessions and 2 cardio sessions. I felt great but tired. i know I will sleep great tonight.

Onto tomorrow.

Awesome update bro. Love the reports on energy levels! Strength on those lifts is amazing. Can't believe how strong you are on incline hammer press. My numbers on that machine are so embarrassing, my incline in general isn't good! I wish I could get both my incline and squats up higher then where they are. Squats finally saw improvement today though so hopefully good signs of what's to come!

I respect weight in squat more than HS inclines. Hammer strength are so leveraged. I'd say 450 may not equal more than 270-300 with free weights.

LTL, finishing today's update in 5 minutes. It's sick !!!

Batting Cages - 7 rounds in 30 minutes.

Strength - No observations today.
Workout Energy - Great energy during cardio. Little tired during batting cages.
Normal Energy - Nice and relaxed all day.
Appetite - High !!!
Recovery - No issues.
Libido - Excellent.
Skin condition - Normal.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

Summary:
Two things to do today. Batting cages in the AM and beach in the afternoon. I was also going to fit in some cardio. I must keep killing it and try to raise the level. Why ???? during my conversation with Zach at EBF, he had agreed to send me not just another 4 week supply, but another 8 weeks supply. So this run will go for 12 weeks total. Oh hell yeah !!! Our deal ??? I had to purchase 2 more products to add on to this epic stack. After several PMs back and forth, we decided on Erase Pro from PES and RK-500 from SNS. I will run the EBF stack for full 8 weeks. For the last 4 weeks, I will run the EBF stack + Erase Pro and RK-500.

Weeks 1-8
Recompadrol
AAV2
Natty V

Weeks 9-12
Recompadrol
AAV2
Natty V
RK-500
Erase Pro

Tell me that is not sick. Tell me if i should have absolutely have no excuse to not be shredded. Tell me Zach is AWESOME !!!!!
Unbelievable and as you can imagine, my mood was high rest of the day. Walking on clouds even. Amazing.

Started the day off with a quick 20 minute cardio session for 300+ calories. Wanted to get my blood flowing for batting cages. Yeah, at my age, it is necessary. I sweated a lot in just 20 minutes. Let me insert a comment here. I have been sweating more recently during cardio and I also have started to feel warm at work. I think thermo part of the stack is kicking in.

Batting cage session was fun but intense. My friend and I were focused. 7 rounds round robin trying to knock the cover off the ball. t sapped some energy because we went all out, but it felt great.

Coming back from the cages, i thought. Lets get some more cardio in. why not !!! This is what stepping it up a notch was all about. I could not keep a high pace, but i was able to get 60 minutes in a LISS style for 814 calories. i was more than satisfied.

Went to the beach afterwards and as promised, we took it easy and enjoyed it. Gotta add few more piggy banks to see if I can move here permanently.

I had a rather high calorie count. What did i eat ?

2 small steaks, boiled eggs, tomato slices, chicken quesadillas, red velvet cake ice cream (oops), steak tacos, beans and rice and some jerky.

Stayed within my calorie limit, but i was able to enjoy all that food. Key-small portions.

OK, back to EBF. I want to thank Zach for supporting my log and supplying me with generous amount of awesome EBF products to continue on for 8 weeks more. He basically said, he wants me to strive higher and reach my goals. That means some sign of abs and possibly below 10% body fat by end. I won't let you down. I am stepping things up a notch to make sure I put the effort in to maximize effects of the supplements you are generously providing. Thank you very much Zach. Words can't describe how much I appreciate this gesture.

Onto tomorrow.

Yeah. Autokal and runner are cool and Zach is all business. I am so lucky to have gotten this opportunity. Be ready to read more about cardio. I am not going to let these supplements go to waste.

Beach was awesome as always !

Thanks !

Bro,
That's a fukin mean stack man...
EP pre bed along with some aav2 and that will dry you up something savage.
Keep it at 1 cap pre bed if you dose one then.as ALCAR has been known to cause sleep disturbance due to its Acy-Chl increase.
The capsaicin and alpha y will help heaps and the gingko will help stress and fat oxidation at night.
Fucoxanthin basically will help thyoridal output as Brown seaweed is and I'm pretty sure traceable to iodine which will heat you up some more :)

Glad your lovin it,and Damn killin it.

Thanks LTL.

I don't remember dropping this much weight this quickly. Even during my first week in Jan when I started all this at 264.

Thanks for the support !
