Nice shoulder day brother your looking good on numbers and volume and I want to see you throwing up over 100lbs in couple months on barbell prsses!! I know you can do it.

I got 105x3 today bro haha I already got over 100lbs ^_^!!! I felt SO proud of myself :'3!!
 
Day 31 7/18:

Cardio Day:

Total time: 43~ mins

-10 minute warmup jog at 6 mph (needed to wake up...)
-8 sets of:
30 second sprint at 12mph
60 second recovery at 5mph
-1 sprint of 1 minute at 12mph
-5 minute cooldown jog at 4mph-5mph
-15 minute jog at 6mph

Total kCals burnt: No idea due to EPOCH effect and HIIT intervals, guess is that over 500kCals

Form-X Notes:
-I have a zit on my forehead...and had one yesterday over my lip...the oily skin is getting to me...My perfect visage can never be ruined by acne >:3!!! Yet, I have no signs of bursts on the cheeks , nor do I present Backne or triceps-acne like I've seen people get from reaction to hormonal supps.
-Endurance: Mighty up, it keeps helping me, the fact that it enhances my focus when I take 1g ALCAR with it Preworkout (even more than just plan ALCAR) is just amazing.

New max attempt:

225x1 PR
and failed trying for a second one, but finally 2 plates haha PR, tried it because a gym bud said e would spot me if I couldn't go up and I did haha. Finally 225...damn

F*cking awesome workout! Broke a rep PR on squats and due to good circumstances I raised my max on squat to 225 finally 2 plates with full ROM , only did it once but it got a power lifter seal of approval and he said it was clean form, i got kinda stuck on the way up, but breathed out and pushed it up with no assistance whatsoever. I felt proud.

Form-X notes:
-well what can I say, results speak for themselves, it helps boost strength and endurance for reps, this was the best 5/3/1 squat day I have had, no failure and even an extra squat raising my max, thanks LG sciences seriously.
 
May I point out too that my old 205x2 PR was only half a squat without getting a bit below parallel and I got scorned by this same powerlifter who now taught me proper form and now it finally payed out haha.

Bro seriously today I really notices I have grown really stronger I'm not kidding , I could not do 135 lbs with full ROM and now I can...I seriously feel the hard work is paying off :'3!!

I walked up to the hyper extension "bench" in a..."crawling" fashion, and the machines for those leg assistances are right beside each other and since next week is my deload I thought..."f*ck it...time to annihilate my muscles" Besides after finally getting 225x1 on a squat I seriously couldn't stop just trying to push myself even HARDER haha.

The BS was a misunderstanding with benymaro haha he was joking and I thought he wasn't , paired up with my roommate coming into my room and saying he ate some of my food again and saying he hoped I didn't mind (of course I mind...I have enough food for a week) and the last part, actually something that made it a bit fun and educational to read on the supp forum :)
