Extra set of squat , powerlifter buddy says that if I can get 205x3 I can do 225 , about to find out.
New max attempt:
225x1 PR and failed trying for a second one, but finally 2 plates haha PR, tried it because a gym bud said e would spot me if I couldn't go up and I did haha. Finally 225...damn

F*cking awesome workout! Broke a rep PR on squats and due to good circumstances I raised my max on squat to 225 finally 2 plates with full ROM , only did it once but it got a power lifter seal of approval and he said it was clean form, i got kinda stuck on the way up, but breathed out and pushed it up with no assistance whatsoever. I felt proud.
Form-X notes:
-well what can I say, results speak for themselves, it helps boost strength and endurance for reps, this was the best 5/3/1 squat day I have had, no failure and even an extra squat raising my max, thanks LG sciences seriously.
