Looks like a good read, I will have to pick it up. I've read a few books about understanding the psychology of women, and I've tried it on various women, and now it seems as if I could get any female that I wanted. It's almost like I'm Jedi Mind Tricking them! Lol...Not saying they have all turned into long lasting relationships full of affection, but they've gotten me through some could-have-been lonely nights.

I have read books similar to what you are saying, they are out there, kind of follows the laws of attraction. For example, you can peak a woman's interest by Negging her, meaning give her a jokingly underhanded comment, or challenge her in a very subtle way, like "We would never work, because of this or that about her or her personality or something about her" this puts her in the mode of proving herself worthy to you. I have read plenty of those type of pick-up artistry books in my past, very good stuff!

The book I was referring to, "The Five Love Languages" is completely different, it is deeper, more of a how to deepen your relationship and understand how different people give and receive Love in different ways kind of thing, absolutely nothing to do with picking up women or understanding their craziness!!!

Day 17, training day

Workout of the day: legs & abs
- Squats: 5x235lbs, 4x235lbs
- Dumbbel lunges: 15x25's
- Seated calf raises
- Crunches

Lazy workout. Iron felt way too heavy... I thought I could do much better at squats but not this time. I'm not happy with the form either. After doing those two sets of squat, I just wanted to go home and take a nap but I decided to do little more though it might've been unwise decision.. I felt really sick before and during this workout, hopefully I will not get fever... Shouldn't have gone to the gym at all.

Meals of the day:
10.30 - 300g yoghurt, olive oil
13.30 - 1 Slin-Sane, post workout shake (1.5dl whey, 1dl maltodextrin, 1 banana)
16.30 - 250g quark, 1 mandarin, olive oil
18.30 - huge bowl of chicken soup, 2 slices of bread with sardin, olive oil
21.00 - 1 protein bar (30g protein, 400kcal), olive oil
00.00 - 2 Ravenous, 1 Slin-Sane, 250g quark, 500g yoghurt, 1 banana, olive oil

My appetite was very bad earlier today... I felt really sick and even though I ate just 300g of yoghurt at breakfast, it felt like I could puke. I have to take my vitamins tomorrow and get some rest... I'll skip tomorrows workout too.

I won't make any gains now when I'm sick but hopefully I'll be able to maintain. I forgot to weigh myself today.. I have to remember it tomorrow!

morning weight: 160.0lbs :(

Meals of the day:
11.30 - bowl of meatballs, eggs & potatoes, BCAA's, olive oil
13.30 - 2 slices of bread with sardin, BCAA's, olive oil
16.30 - 250g quark, 1 banana, olive oil
18.30 - big bowl of meatballs, eggs & potatoes, 2 slices of bread with sardin, olive oil
21.00 - protein bar (30g protein, 400kcal), olive oil
23.30 - 2 Slin-Sane, 2 Ravenous, 1 sausage, 250g quark, 300g yoghurt, 1 banana, olive oil

I still felt ill when I woke up but started to feel better afternoon. Appetite is coming back again. I decided to try how 2 caps of Slin-Sane treats me, I'll give you some feedback tomorrow :)

If I feel good tomorrow, I may do some deadlifts or maybe some cardio, dunno yet... But this weekend I'll have to compensate that ****ty deadlift workout of last Monday's :)

Now I'll go to coach and watch hockey, Finland vs. Russia :) Mikael Granlund... that kid has some skills!

5. 2 Slin-Sane, 2 Ravenous, 700g yoghurt, 250g quark, olive oil


I went to ride my motorbike with my friend today. It was so fun that I didn't remember to eat but when I came home after almost 200 miles long trip, I was very hungry and I ate plenty of meat & sausages..

I played some football too. My body is so sore right now, hopefully it doesn't pain me tomorrow so I'll be able to do 10 sets of deads :)
 
Day 20, training day:

morning weight: 160.7 lbs


Cardio of the day: football (60 minutes)


Workout of the day: upper body

- Wide grip chin-ups: 8xBW, 14x25lbs (personal best and that was easy!)
- Lateral raises
- Dumbbel bench press: 14x60's
- Supersets to arms (scott curl & cable pushdown), heaviest sets at scott curls were 5x80lbs, 15x60lbs and 20x40lbs (all of them were personal bests)... heaviest sets at cable pushdowns were 7x145lbs, 17x110lbs & 25x90lbs (personal best)

Awesome workout. Pump was phenomenal! I did more sets to arms just because the pump was so good!

Strength was ok too, especially in upper back and delts.

My rotator cuff pained me again, hurt it yesterday while playing football :(

Meals of the day:
1. Bowl of rice pudding, eggs, olive oil
2. 1 Slin-Sane, post workout shake (1.5dl whey, 1.5dl maltodextrin)
3. Big plate full of smashed potatoes, steeks and sausages, olive oil
4. 2 Slin-Sane & 2 Ravenous, 250g quark, 700g yoghurt, olive oil

I haven't had much time to eat today... Been pissed off all the day. My motorcycle's engine doesn't want to run so I've tried to fix it... It's so depressing when you so much want to ride your bike but it doesn't work! :tragedy: I wish I was a mechanic...

Chech that trivia out, people, great prizes :) I've won few times too and I gotta say that their N.O. Ignite is maybe the best preworkout product I've ever tried! But now I've been almost completely off of stimulants for few weeks (if we don't count that time when I tried SNS Adrena-G)..

Day 21, cardio day

Hell, I was tired today... Had to wake up before 5 o'clock and went to bed really late because of ice hockey championship finale (WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!)

My muscles are looking really full. I'm actually quite satisfied with my body right now, dry look from Formadrol Extreme combined with good muscle fullness from Slin-Sane.

Cardiovascular endurance is getting better. I really enjoy playing football with my friends :)

Today I still had hard times with my motorbike but managed to eat ok-ish amount of food. That last meal of the day gave me approximately 1500kcals :)

All is going well :) Morning weight was 162.0lbs yesterday so it's up again... I didn't train yesterday nor could I eat much (7 meals still) because I had a little accident so I had to go to hospital. Nothing serious.
 
Day 23, cardio day

6 meals today. The last meal of the day was HUGE! 2 Slin-Sane 15min before eating and 2 Ravenous too... After taking those caps I ate 250g quark, 800g yoghurt & some olive oil.

I played some football today. I'm actually starting to like it! Normally I wouldn't be able to maintain weight while doing this much "cardio" but Ravenous seems to help me :) Weight was steady 162.0lbs when I woke up.

I'll train legs tomorrow, and I will train them hard because I can't hit the gym until Tuesday because of work related trip..
 
7. BCAA's (before playing football)

I know this is such and AMERICAN thing to ask.... But when you say football, do you mean American Football, or soccer? Just curious.....

Day 24, training day

Workout of the day: legs
Squats. 10 sets of 5 to 15 reps. Didn't go over 220lbs.

Very good pump. Those 15 rep sets really made my legs burn. Strength was good too. Form was more beautiful than ever before so I can't complain even though I didn't use very heavy weights :) My abs took so much damage that I decided to leave after doing squats.

Meals of the day:
1. 2 slices of bread with ham, olive oil
2. protein bar (30g protein, 400kcal), olive oil
3. big bowl of rice & chicken, olive oil
4. 2 slices of bread with ham, olive oil
5. 2 Ravenous, huge bowl of rice & chicken, olive oil
6. 2 Slin-Sane, post workout shake (1.5dl whey, 1.75dl maltodextrin)
7. 2 Ravenous & 2 Slin-Sane, 250g quark, 150g yoghurt, meat pie, olive oil

I'm very happy about today's diet. Only negative thing is big gap (4 hours) between meals 4 and 5 but it's not so big deal :)

Other notes
I wrote something about business trip and not being able to train until Tuesday but fortunately I will be able to train because that trip won't be as long as I thought :)

Another thing.. It's final week of my PCT Stack (Redefine Nutrition Pure Test & LG Sciences Formadrol Extreme). This stack combined with Ravenous & Slin-Sane has treated me very well. I've maintained all my gains and actually continued gaining... Of course strength doesn't increase as fast as it did when I was on Natadrol but I'm still making some strength gains.

And libido is GOOD!

I somehow managed to spill gasoline in my eye while fixing my motorbike :D Believe me, it didn't feel good... I called to local health-care centre and they told me to go to hospital (50 miles from my home and I had to take a taxi because I don't have a car anymore)..

But the worst part was the cleansing operation. Nurse told me to lay down and he taped a hose pipe in my eyebrow and draw off 0.3 gallons of saline solution straight in my eye... it took almost 1 hour. Let me tell you, I didn't enjoy it :D

But that "sacrifice" was not worthless.. my bike works again!

When my friend said that I was bleeding (so little blood that I didn't even notice it, I was busy trying to get rid of that nail) I panicked and swallowed it (not the smartest thing to do).

I called to occupational health physician and asked if it could cut my internal organs or something... She (the doctor) started to LAUGH! She said that usually people call her because they've shot themselves in the finger with nailgun but I was the first person who has been shot in the mouth :D She told that it would be quite unlikely that 1" long nail would cause any damage... And I'm still here so she was right :D

I played soccer with my friends, it felt like my lunges would explode :D I have no chance against them, they run like horses..

I was out of town most of the day because of work and missed few meals. I ate just 5 times today so morning weight will be slightly smaller tomorrow. Pretty good amount of protein though (I ate lot of meat).

I will hit the gym tomorrow :) Not sure if I will do deads or train upper body..

- Close grip chin-ups: 8xBW, 14x25lbs

- Many supersets to arms, heaviest at scott curls were 7x70lbs & 22x50lbs. Heaviest at cable pushdowns were 8x135lbs & 21x110lbs. Personal bests all of them, I think.

Good workout. Back and chest felt really strong but arms were too weak. Pump was awesome again though :) And no rotator cuff pains this time, I think it was wise desicion to stop doing close-grip bench press & military press..

I ate few big meals (spaghetti bolognese, smashed potatoes & steaks) and took 2 doses of Slin-Sane & Ravenous.. Not as many meals as usually but I think I ate at least as many calories as usually, those meals were so huge.. But in the evening I didn't eat anything because I couldn't say no when two hot chicks asked if I'd like to join them and go to clubs :D Didn't be too wasted though, appetite is already good so hangover doesn't affect my bulk today :)

Lol, I've put this same photo to one Finnish forum and I hid my face because I didn't want my friends to recognize me (those of them who read that forum) :D Nothing to protect/hide except my anonyminity and fugly moustaches (they are gone by now) :)

I live in Finland so I'm away from civilization :D I'm drinking at least 1 gallon of water per day, preferably more.

I've been out of town for last 2 days, I wasn't able to hit the gym but I did some cardio and eat well.. but today is day 29, I think

BTW, can you guys understand my English? I'm asking this because I went to the university because of entrance examination (English philology) and after that test I felt really stupid... I couldn't even understand all of those questions, so apparently I'm not very good at English :D

English was not my major by any stretch, but I always scored high in all of my English classes and papers I wrote and I honestly can't even tell that English is not your first language, then again I can't read an accent, LoL!

I should have enough energy in my body so I can do both squats and deadlifts tomorrow :) I'll take it easy with deadlifts though.. I just hate it when I have to train early in the morning!

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I tried that cracker challenge few days ago and managed to eat just 5, I'm disappointed!
