I've won few times too and I gotta say that their N.O. Ignite is maybe the best preworkout product I've ever tried! But now I've been almost completely off of stimulants for few weeks (if we don't count that time when I tried SNS Adrena-G)..
Day 21, cardio day
evening weight: 163.5lbs
Cardiovascular exercise of the day: 60minutes of football
Meals of the day:
1. 2 slices of bread with sardin, olive oil
2. protein bar (30g protein, 400kcal)
3. big bowl full of smashed potatoes, steaks and sausages (yummy)
4. 3 slices of bread with sardin
5. Bowl of potatoes and frankfurters, olive oil
6. One donut and few bisquits with tea
7. BCAA's (before playing football)
8. 2 Slin-Sane, 2 Ravenous, 10 frankfurters, 1 banana, 250g quark, 300g yoghurt, olive oil
Hell, I was tired today... Had to wake up before 5 o'clock and went to bed really late because of ice hockey championship finale (WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!)
My muscles are looking really full. I'm actually quite satisfied with my body right now, dry look from Formadrol Extreme combined with good muscle fullness from Slin-Sane.
Cardiovascular endurance is getting better. I really enjoy playing football with my friends
Today I still had hard times with my motorbike but managed to eat ok-ish amount of food. That last meal of the day gave me approximately 1500kcals
