I will!

Day 31, training day

Workout of the day: legs, back thickness & abs

- 4 sets of deadlifts, heaviest set was 5x300lbs
- 3 sets of squats, heaviest set was 8x205lbs
- Crunches

I was very tired when I went to the gym... Workout didn't go very well, I got bad headache when I was doing deads so I decided not to go heavier. Squats went well though, form feels better every time and now I can go ass to grass without any problems!

Meals of the day:
1. Big bowl of yoghurt, olive oil
2. 2 Slin-Sane, post workout shake (1.5dl whey, 1dl maltodextrin)
3. 1 big banana (30mins after post workout shake)
4. 250g quark, 400g yoghurt, 2 slices of bread with ham, olive oil
5. Huge bowl of lasagne, 1/2 protein bar, olive oil
6. Chicken burger, 1/2 protein bar, olive oil
7. 2 Ravenous & 2 Slin-Sane, 250g quark, 500g yoghurt, 1 sausage, olive oil

I managed to get plenty of calories today and I definitely needed all of them after doing both squats and deadlifts :)

Other thoughts
My motivation hasn't been very great lately due to stress and everything.. And it's hard to stay concentrated when summer approaches. But today I got huge motivation boost after talking with my friend (the one who shot me with nailgun)... He trains too and he's a beast, he has that kind of upper body which I'm aiming to get in next 2 years and he is also very strong. He lives in different city but we decided to train together someday because he wants me to show how to build bigger back and hopefully I'll learn something about tricep training.

I'll do some cardio tomorrow and train upper body on Saturday. Can't wait to burn my lats with weighed chin-ups!

Yeah motivation can be a b!tch sometimes unfortunately :tragedy:
It is always nice to have a training partner, that raises motivation a little, dunno if it is cuz of the feeling it is a competition :p
Tricep training; Close Grip Bench Presses and Weighted Dips. There you have it, recipe for big triceps ;)
Weighted chin-ups are very good, I have started to like them a lot lately cuz I can definitely see they are doing my upper back good :D

Yup, I have training partners but it would be nice to train with someone who is bigger and stronger than me :D

Weighted dips would be my choice but unfortunately I get infernal pain in my chest if I do it :(

Yeah, weighted chin-ups are IMO the best way to build big and strong back!

Day 32, rest day

Meals of the day:
1. 2 slices of bread with sardin
2. 2 Ravenous, 2 Slin-Sane, huge bowl of sausage soap
3. 250g quark, 400g yoghurt, 1 slice of bread with sardin
4. huuuuuuuge plate full of french fries, sausages & salad
5. Bowl of hash
6. 2 Ravenous & 2 Slin-Sane, 2 Karelian pasties with eggbutter (yummy), 250g quark, 500g yoghurt

Lots of junk food today. Nailgun-guy challenged me to go to restaurant with him at lunch break and eat lots of stuff (check meal number 4). He said that if I could finish the plate, he would pay it all. I couldn't! Damn, there was lots of food and I almost did it but last few pieces of sausage was too much. I should've taken a picture of that plate, it was enormous!

I didn't take any olive oil today but let me tell ya, calories were high! I'm sure I will do some nice PR's at the gym tomorrow!

Day 33, training day

Workout of the day: upper body
- Wide-grip chin-ups: 8xBW, 15x25lbs (personal best)
- Lateral raises (heaviest sets at side lateral raises was ugly 6x35's and beautiful 6x30's, personal bests both)
- Dumbbel bench press: 5x75's + 20x45's
- Bent-over row: ugly set of few reps with 220lbs & beautiful 15x180lbs (personal best)
- Supersets to arms (heaviest sets at ez-bar scott curls were 8x65lbs (personal best) & 22x40lbs, heaviest sets at cable pushdowns were 8x135lbs & 12x125lbs (personal best?)

AWESOME workout! I took iForce Maximize V2 before workout. I've been off of stimulants for many weeks now. Maximize V2 is good sh!t!! Best preworkout formula I've tried so far. Energy & focus were awesome (it may have something to do with the fact that I haven't taken stims lately). Pump was better than any other preworkout formula has given me.

Today I got hypoglycemic for the first time when I've been taking Slin-Sane. It happened after workout.. I took 2 caps of it and 15 minutes later I felt horrible. I drank my post workout shake and soon I was better. I think it happened because intensity was so high when I trained!

I'm going to go to celebrate my friends graduation today :)

Day 34, cardio day

I walked 6 miles and played soccer. Typical weekend diet: 5 meals. Nothing special to report.

Day 35, training day

morning weight: 163,4lbs :)

Workout of the day: legs, abs
- ATG-squat: 5 sets, heaviest one was 7x210lbs and after that set I dropped weights to 145lbs and did one set of 20 reps
- Many sets of seated calf raises
- Crunches

Good workout. Heavier weights next time. I'm starting to like doing squats, form feels better every time and it really kills my legs!

Meals of the day:
1. 2 slices of bread with salmon, olive oil
2. 250g quark, 400g yoghurt, olive oil
3. Big bowl of smashed potatoes and some kind blood pancakes, don't know what it is in English, 1/2 protein bar, olive oil
4. Hamburger, 1/2 protein bar, 1 banana, olive oil
5. 2 Slin-Sane, post workout shake (1.5dl whey & 1.5dl maltodextrin)
6. 2 Ravenous, big bowl of liver casserole, BCAA's, olive oil
7. 2 Ravenous & 2 Slin-Sane, huge bowl of quark & yoghurt, 1 banana, olive oil
8. 2 slices of bread with sardin, olive oil

Nice.

Day 36, cardio day

60 minutes of soccer. Didn't do much there because I had bad DOMS after yesterday's leg workout.

Meals of the day:

1. 2 slices of bread with salmon, olive oil
2. 250g quark, 1 slice of bread with sardin, olive oil
3. Big bowl of hash, 1 slice of bread with sardin, olive oil
4. 1 protein bar, 1 slice of bread with sardin, 1 orange, olive oil
5. 2 Ravenous & 2 Slin-Sane, big bowl of salmon soup, olive oil, strawberry ice cream :)
6. 2 Ravenous & 2 Slin-Sane, 250g quark, 400g yoghurt, 2 slices of bread with sardin, olive oil

Day 37, training day

Workout of the day: upper body
- Close-grip chin-ups: 8xBW, 16x15lbs (personal best)
- Lateral raises (did few PR's)
- Dumbbel bench press: 5x75's + 21x45's
- Supersets to arms, heaviest ones were 15x45's & 25x35's (personal best) at hammer curls and 8x135lbs & 13x125lbs (personal best) at cable pushdown

Best pump ever! I took 3 caps of Slin-Sane before preworkout meal and 3 caps of NTBM Attack stacked with 1 scoop of Redefine Nutrition N.O. Ignite 35 minutes before workout (I really needed some stimulants and after long break 1 scoop of N.O. Ignite treated me very well!). Awesome stack! Food pump + blood pump + awesome mental energy is really nice combination :)

Triceps were weak again.

Meals of the day:
1. 2 slices of bread with sardin, olive oil
2. 250g quark, 150g yoghurt, olive oil
3. Huge bowl of salmon soup, 1 slice of bread with sardin, olive oil
4. 1 protein bar, 1 slice of bread with olive oil
5. 3 Slin-Sane & 2 Ravenous, enormous bowl of pasta, meat and vegetables, 1 banana, olive oil
6. 3 Slin-Sane, post workout shake (1.5dl whey, 2dl maltodextrin)
7. 2 Ravenous, 250g quark, 1 banana, 4 slices of bread with salmon, olive oil

Meals #3, #5 and #7 were enormous. Calories were high today :) And 3 caps of Slin-Sane - I like it!

Other notes
I was a douchebag and flexed my small arms in front of the mirror when I was training! Fortunately there was nobody except me when I did that :)

Looking good Douche-Bab, LoL!

Sorry I haven't updated this log for a while...

I don't remember what I ate but diet has been pretty good :) I've done cardio and deadlifted (8 sets of 2 to 9 reps, 355lbs at heaviest if I remember right)

Morning weight is 164lbs now and I've run out of Slin-Sane. I still have some Ravenous left and I will use it but I won't log it anymore. I will write final review of those three products (Ravenous, Glycobol and Slin-Sane) some day so stay tuned.

Final reviews:

Starting weight: 160lbs

Weight after the "cycle": 164lbs

Strength gains: yes, like always when you're bulking. Nothing special though.

AI Glycobol

Glycobol didn't work for me. With recommended dose I didn't notice any effect and with bigger dose I couldn't tolerate it... I had to go to toilet soon after taking those caps. But I have to give them (AI) some credit for selling those nice sample bottles of it. Other companies don't provide samples of nutrient partitioners of their own, at least not in European stores.

Genomyx Slin-Sane

This stuff worked very well for me. Effect was good when I took 2 caps twice a day and even better when I took 3 caps twice a day. Muscle fullness was awesome, pumps were awesome and I didn't feel bloated after eating very high carb meals.
Only negative thing is the price - in UK bottle of this stuff costs about 25 GBP (=more than 40 USD) and IMHO it is way too much even though this stuff works very well. If I wanted to take 3 caps of it twice a day, one bottle would last just 10 days.

Anabolic Designs Ravenous

This stuff works.. It doesn't make me hungry but it makes me able to eat tons of food without feeling sick. Perfect product for hardgainers like me! It's also quite cost-effective, because one bottle lasts 45 days if taken twice a day. I can honestly recommend this product! I am very satisfied and I will use it again, no doubt. This "trial" makes me want to try other Anabolic Designs products too.

Very solid review bruther! Got me more interested in Ravenous ;)
Gotta try that on my winter bulk while I'm on Phera to maximize my ability to stuff down all the food

Excellent review Bro, I would expect nothing less from you! Thank you!

Today's Trivia Question will be posted at 3:00pm Eastern Standard time... So be ready!

Very nice review. I have glycobol and slin-sane as well.
I'm new to slin-sane and I'm trying to see which product I enjoy more...
Glycobol never gave me any major issues.

Yeah, I definitely liked Slin-Sane much more and I will probably use that again.. I'm now in military and soon after ending it I'll try AnaBeta and see how its nutrient repartioning effect compares to Slin-Sane.. Though I will probably use AnaBeta as a part of PCT after PH cycle (either H-Drol, Delta-2 or D-Plex).
