Follidrone OR X gels for a natty run

I was skeptical of BLR Follidrone. I'm in week 7 and I can vouch that Follidrone is legitimate for endurance and shredding fat. For me endurance really hit hard week 4. I ate at maintenance or slightly below and cut inches off the waist but total weight remained the same. Try Follidrone, you'll be glad you did! (No rep here)

I believe Follidrone needs to be run for 8 weeks to see these results, like you said week 4 I seen some results but nothing near what's been reported, also I'm a a bigger guy at 260 maybe needed a higher dose.

Surely running Follidrone and ArA at the same time wouldnt work? One is pro inflammatory one is anti-inflammatory?

It's funny I thought the samething. No one ever said not too. Which is weird. But I ended up running both together.

Would you advise it? Im finishing my first 4 weeks of folli today. going to deload week next week. thinking about Folli/ARA/ABE for the next 8 weeks IF its beneficial to run ArA/folli at the same time

(-)epi I think is systematically anti-inflammatory and I don't recall it being specifically/especially targeted at inhibiting COX-2, so it should be ok to use with ArA.

This is what I was thinking. So far it seems ok. No interference or dimishing effects from neither.

Yes. I think this has been posted by cooper already, so ArA and Epicatechin should be okay to stack.

From what I've gathered and from current experience it's ok to stack.

But after this run I won't ever run them together. Both are my fav now and I rather run them separately and cycle them back to back instead of together

Wouldnt work, you want them both pre workout..... for obvious reasons. but they both synergise though

i don't believe Folli just needs to be dosed apart like the write up says .. Really don't need pre .. ARa will provide u enough .. And if Folli should give u cumulative results better .. But hey ...

Well I guess ill be your guinea pig starting the 4th. ABE/Folli/ARA, time to get massive (and really horrible doms)

.. Nice love guinea pigs lol

Almost all of the testers and current users are getting better results using Folli pre workout, which would match studies done on plasma detection being highest between 30min-6 hours post ingestion of epi.

for what its worth im running ep1c and xgels together, great combo for sure.

Waiting on august 5th sale .. And I'll be running the same :)

same^ i want to get two months worth of EP1C and compare it to two months of Folli. i believe running them back to back is ok so imma hopefully get some killer gains on this 6 month bulk :D

The stack is fine. Epicatechin at very high doses has weak anti-inflammatory activity, so at doses being used by consumers it has no anti-inflammatory effects for all intents and purposes. Stack away!

would 400mg be the max for epi? (in the case of anti-inflammatory actvitiy) only ever gone 300mg

not meant to cause undue umbrage to you personally coop, there is not the least doubt I find anti-inflammatory benefits at least with the particular brand of (-)-epi I've been on

ArA is one of few things i never have tried.
I must admit it is due to inflammatory (my shouder is not so good) . Many of my friends love ArA and i will run it self soon.

I am above 3 weeks on Follidrone (increased dosage to 6 pills after been on 2 and 4 ).
no strength gains ,no better endurance or anything that indicate this product is so anabolic. But hey, i am non responder? (We can say i am non responder) so i dont get my ass kicked by Brundel :)

I've noticed, anecdotally, no enhanced anti-inflammatory effects.

what brand are you on Hayden, how long; just curious

Ep1c and Massterone. I'm a little guttered the places I buy from didnt have follidrone in stock; being from NZ I am limited to places which ship internationally for a fair price. NP being one of them.

I must say though, I will never say I feel things like anti-inflammatory effects from supplements . I use a lot of health related supplements - Vitamin D3, Zinc, Magnesium etc. because I have known deficiencies in my diet (I get blood levels checked 6 monthly) but none of these I "feel" working. Most often because effects are gradual or because effects can be attributed to multiple factors.

Touey has been calling people by their real names lately and it is throwing me off.

Haha me to!

I may have I remember thinking my shoulder doesn't hurt. Anecdotally that is.

Xgels is one of the best supplement hands down .. Can be used in cycle or pct .. I like it better in pct, bc it becomes a breeze

Interesting thread...

Has anyone used either in PCT? Interested in any experiences...

Xgels in PCT is a common trend. It help you maintain strength throughout PCT

The way how ArA is working and all those studies in humans (athletes) ArA is one of the best Natty products . Been out for a while and people still love it and is buying it. SNS is great company and one of few companies i really trust. No sick claims ,no fairytale writeups, ultra quality sources and incredible good price :)

I started my Ep1c stack today. I'm taking Ep1c and conqu3r pre-workout today and see how it goes.

I did a non-stim pre-workout stack two days ago and it was absolutly awesome all the way around but after working 12hrs with studying my brain has shut down lol.

Follidrone has effects similar to some of those you want from a pre workout.
Increased endurance
Huge pump
strength

Also the effect persists with Follidrone while stimulant based pre workout mixes start to lose their edge over time as your body gets used to the stimulants.
Lots of guys are in weeks 10-12 of a Follidrone cycle and still seeing the same performance enhancement that was seen in the beginning.

Combined with a decent pre workout supp or a homemade PWO mix Follidrone gives a ton of added horsepower.
Doesnt hurt that its seriously anabolic as well.
