Week 11 bumping calories - weight has been 121-122lbs. I think I am technically now in "lean bulk" status as I don't think I maintain at 2400 calories........ I wish!

this week it has been:

2,410 calories = Active Days:
305g carbs
140g protein
70g fat

2,180 calories = Rest Days:
175g carb
145g protein
100g fat

Anyone have good high fat/moderate protein meal ideas. Preferably sweet treats?

Going to Florida leaving on March 17 (St. Pattys day) Hopefully these abs stick around for it

I get 1 free meal a week. This was last weeks during the superbowl! Homemade fried chicken (you could taste the sugar in the breading, thats how real it was LOL Plus I had carrot cake muffins with cream cheese frosting!

Core tightness is very impressive for the added size you've gained (most noticeable to me in your quads) -- excellent work

That is the magic of reverse dieting there is no specific transition to a lean bulk or whatever. You just keep increasing calories appropriately until you hit your goal for size, the increases will slow down in frequency as you get closer to the goal or begin to accumulate more fat than you are willing too. Then you go on maintenance for a bit to hold the new muscle, then clean it up if you didn't stay as lean as you wanted. You could keep slowly adding and increasing LBM while remaining in a good composition for a while if you stay vigilant.

Looking good, the treats, do they need to be low carb or is this for a refeed or what is the goal of the meal?

YOu said you would like something kind of sweet if possible, you could make some protein pudding and then use some heavy whipping cream and splenda to make whipped cream, and then even dip strawberries or something in it if you wanted.

I have made kind of a paste with protein powder, cream, and crunchy peanut butter stirred it up and put in the freezer for a little while and snacked on it.

Protein Pancakes with whip cream, or PB or sugar free chocolate syrup on them. or all of the above.

Cream Cheese with splenda, cinnamon, and a little vanilla extract

Same as above with a scoop or two of protein powder

You can also use the above mixture to make a sugarfree cheesecake.

Lots of low carb dessert like options with PB, Cream Cheese, Whipping Cream and the like.

Yes i do the mousse already - heaving whipping cream + sf ff pudding mix + nut butter on top ! my fav.

I will have to give some protein pancakes a shot. I use to make the 1 carb waffle with egg and scoop of protein. Havent made that in awhile!

Looks yummy!!!

You should try the cheesecake recipes too, you can find them pretty easy online. Once you make them you know exactly what the macros are for each piece which is nice.

Wow, you are really looking good! You are very close in composition but definitely a lot more full. I would say you look better now than at the end of your cut.

+ 1, Great progress between images, muscle looks fuller all over which can be seen in thighs and arms / shoulders. Midsection also looks just as lean if not leaner, reverse dieting has worked great.

Apologies for my absence.... week of vacation was amazing. Took off tracking but I did log my food at the end of the day to see where I was eating at. All was just a guess and it was roughly 2,200 - 3,000 in a day.

Friday March 16 I was at 124.4lbs
Tuesday March 27 I weighed in at 126.4lbs

so not too bad! this morning I weighed in at 125lbs so my body is still adjusting going back to my prior macros.

Current Macros are:

Workout
Protein: 145g
Carbs: 320g
Fat: 70g

Non-Workout:
Protein: 150g
Carbs: 190g
Fat: 100g

-1 cheat meal a week

Still taking 3 rest days a week which is amazing. Was feeling pretty out of it for my first week back from vacation so thinking I need to take it easy this week and take the extra day when needed.
