been using follidrone for 2 weeks. have 2 major roadblocks that I hope someone can share some guidance on..
1) my workouts are not as intense as before taking follidrone. very lethargic during workouts. I tried dosing FD2 with oatmeal an hour before workouts, included intraworkout carbs.. still nothing. even with a preworkout (conquer unleashed) the lethargy remains.
2) since taking FD2 am very much constipated, my guess is the absorption enhancers as I had similar effects from bioperine. how does one avoid the constipation.

1. Lethargy can be caused by hypoglycemia but this is remedied by carbohydrates. If your getting in enough carbs and your taking in intraworkout carbs its probably not caused by the Follidrone. Are you on a low carb or low cal diet currently?
2. The only issues we have heard of regarding GI and Follidrone are loose stool not constipation. We wouldnt expect constipation from the absorption package. Again my guess would be this is a diet related thing.

Am not on a low carb diet.. my diet is quite carb heavy. water intake is about a gallon a day and macro split is something like 150g protein, 220g carbs and 40g fats. I stopped FD2 for 3 days now and yesterday the lethargy was completely gone. Am gonnu try dosing FD2 about 4-5 hrs after workouts?

psyllium husk is cheap and dont think you can over dose it. I take 3 before every meal but I'm old.
Might play around with how much to take. worse thing that can happen is some gas and the runs.
However I had to quit taking it on FD2

In regards to not taking FD2 close to a training session; this would seem to be beneficial for everyone as antioxidants can hinder the anabolic response when taken pre or intra-workout. Kind of like how ARA works via the opposite approach by increasing muscle growth due to increased inflammation. On the other side of the coin, I do get excellent acute effects when I take FD2 of any -(epi) 1 hr or so pre workout as my endurance, strength etc are vastly improved. Curious if this method ultimately hinders muscle growth though and should be avoided entirely pre-workout. Any thoughts on this Brundel?Yah Try not dosing the FD2 around training. Some others have mentioned hypo feeling but carbs generally remedy this. For most once this is addressed FD2 increases endurance and performance. Certainly does for me. Try different dosing and see how it goes.
Im not sure about the fiber part. Maybe someone else has a good fiber recommendation.
Longest was 3 months so hopefully the extra cap brings increased endurance, improved vascularity and fat loss along with keeping leanCool, keep us posted on difference at 1 extra cap.

Somebody came across this interesting research that was done on Ecklonia Cava and its apparent ability to potentially lower DHT; hence the improved hair reports. I know that you are not a fan of anything that has the potential to lower DHT. Any thoughts on this? Here is the link to what that member was referencing.
