Foam Roller!

I just got one from Easter and I love it so much. I recommend almost everyone to get one. Does Anyone else have one? What size? What routine do you use?

Foam roll quads and IT band in conjunction with the rest of my warmup for lower body days. Foam roll entire back for upper body days. Foam roll any other day I'm experiencing DOMS.

12" rumble roller

I also like putting the roller on a decline sit up bench and hitting my back with it. More comfortable for me. I'll also lay it on a flat bench for my hamstrings. Grab a softball for hips, chest, any other specific spots that need worked out.

There is a smfr ebook book floating around the web that you can download. I think there is a link on iron addicts site

In my gym we have various sizes plus we have the white and blue ones that are softer than the black ones depending on how much stiffness in the roller you need.. I personally use the black one which is the hardest foam roller that you can buy. I love it for my back

i have a golds gym foam roller...nothing special and it was a gift, but i love it for the most part, may get a pvc pipe for the back and continue to use the foam roller for lats, quads, calves and things like that

Yep I got the basic kind at home but my gym has a varity, I like the PCP pipe roller and the roller that is rubber with rounded spikes, it's killer.

I had issues with my back for years and was constantly tweaking muscles while just doing mundane things. I also got in a bad habit of twisting to try to crack my back and realign things. After I picked up a foam roller and started using it, I have very rarely had any issues with my back. It made a huge difference for me. I never have the urge to twist to crack my back because the foam roller does it for me in a much smoother, more effective and safer manner. If I could only choose one post-workout device, hands down, that would be it.
