One of them sponsors on this site and people love there stuff!

I am quite gyno prone unfortunately. I have a slight bit from puberty. I'm actually somewhat intentionally not using test since that ALWAYS bothers it.

Never heard that about shredded but that's legit they made good on it. Makes me willing to use them. I avoided them because if that bad batch...

So I started MD phase1 wk2 yesterday. Legs are fried. I'll post up later if I get some time. I did get 295x6 on my squats after hitting up leg press beforehand so I'm presently a happy camper

The burn is righteous with those for sure. I'm just happy my back is holding up so far. I take prescription ibuprofen for it but since I'm on methyls I stay away from the IB8's. I haven't deadlifted heavy yet and am kinda scurred to. I mean there's some arthritic like pain every morning and throughout the day but not as severe as I thought it would be

Yeah the order of the exercises keeps extremely heavy stuff down a bit but makes for excellent work.
Those hamstring curls are brutal
Love the low end partials and I do them propped up with hips pressed down which makes them even harder.

The good thing about the lying leg curls first is they seem to bring the quads in more for me and they warm up the lower back before you ever put weight on it.


Okay today a full body workout with the wife. We did 4 sets of everything and tempo was 4-0-1 for the most part on everything. I was using Intentions on everything to keep the weight down except for my the last 2 sets of leg press where I just wanted to move weight.

Decline Hammer Strengh 4-0-1-1 tempo - 70x12, 80x12, 90x12, 95x12 great pump with these the "intentions" really just connects the mind to the muscle and cuts the other muscles out of the move. Was great!

HS Reverse Grip Dorian Rows 2-0-2-2 tempo - 45x12, 75x12, 85x12, 95x12 - excellent mind muscle connection and 2 second squeeze on every rep.

Side Raises 4-0-1-1 tempo started with DB at 20 bs then to machine - 100x12, 100x12, 90x12 man intentions on these truly target the muscles like a mofo.

Rear Delt Machine - 80x12, 90x12, 90x12, 90x12 serious burn here and my shoulders were being pulled back even after I stopped them.

DB Incline Curls - 4-0-2-2 tempo 22.5x12, 25x12, 10 & 8 - Biceps were already sore but these lit them on fire with the TUT and 2 second flex!

Dip Machine 4-0-1 tempo - 240x15, 300x12, 330x12, no negative on last set just reps 330x20 Was just time to push it!

Leg Press 4-0-1 no lock out - 460x12, 640x10, 820x10, 1000x8 last set was more 2-0-1 tempo just going big for the last exercise.

Everyone have a Merry Christmas if I don't get on here tomorrow. I plan on another Full Body Thursday before I got to Austin not sure if I will update. Then will hit full body on Saturday up there with my boy more than likely.

Woke up late this morning. I wanted to be at the gym by 5 but I must have snoozed my Alarm and didn't wake up until 5. Was contemplating just staying in bed but i figured getting something done this Morning was better than just laying in bed the extra 45 mins so i got up slammed my condense/EAAs and got to the gym with about 25 mins to lift. Yep they are sweat proof. Kind of awkward at first since they are a bit different then conventional ear buds but I'm gonna try em out this morning during leg training.

I've known a fair amount of not so dainty ones. I can't imagine being a vegetarian. There's a reason that our teeth are constructed the way that they are, to eat MEAT, and veggies.

Week 6 back is in the books. Got all sorts of hot and sweaty. Hangover create quite the thermogenic environment.


Got md bands rumble roller and lacrosse balls. Yesterday :-D.

Back is feeling like hamburger meat. Was a good lift despite the brown bag flu.

Macros, well... I knew this week would be tough. Got my chicken and stuff thawing. Gonna cook it Sunday.. Got the Syracuse v Villanova b ball game Saturday. Totally stoked.
 
Missed the gym thurs due to work diet was great though. Was really good over holiday as well. Today I did legs tomorrow is back and Sunday is arms then back on schedule Monday

Will be starting EPI Smash and t-var in a week or two. Not sure on dosing or layout yet. The EPI smash has 10 mg per cap of EPI and 30mg 6-chloro (hex) so I'll finish run with this last 4 weeks. Thinking if running tvar at 160-200mg for 4 weeks. Not sure yet.

Did some yoga last night and have decided to change gears after witnessing how bad my flexibility and injuries are and how I compensate for them. I'm letting the idea of yoga 2-3 times a week ruminate in my mind. So likely I'll be doing that with an HST type workout 3 times a week along with mobilty pre and post workout. Also dropped the cheapass protein I've been using

Wanted to run EPI for 6 weeks for sure. I have plenty between EPI smash and havoc. Not sure on the tren though. I've got one bottle super trenabol and two bottles of trenavar. I know common doses for tren are anywhere from 150-220

Flexibility is huge I loved yoga actually when I did it. How long did u end up running the Msten? How would you rate it?

Awesome work. Sounds like things are kicking in my friend. Had a good workout Thursday waiting for my boy to wake up so we can go to the gym. Last night was a long night out on 6th street. Good thing no methyls have been started because as I knew would be the case we have been doing a good bit of drinking. Food choices have not been great but I am as full as a tick. Coming down to the wire now guys the next six weeks after I get back are going to be all seriousness.
 
So there is a bit of a new development I will be running Xcel Barbarian FX Mass when I get home. Gonna be a hefty stack and should do the trick nicely it has 25 Mg halodrol - 25 Mg DMZ - 5 mg MSten and 20 Mg Max LMG per cap at 2 caps a day. Also has 20 Mg carbopol to slow release the hormones. It is supposed to get more bio availability and not be as hard on the liver.
