The good thing about the lying leg curls first is they seem to bring the quads in more for me and they warm up the lower back before you ever put weight on it. Okay today a full body workout with the wife. We did 4 sets of everything and tempo was 4-0-1 for the most part on everything. I was using Intentions on everything to keep the weight down except for my the last 2 sets of leg press where I just wanted to move weight. Decline Hammer Strengh 4-0-1-1 tempo - 70x12, 80x12, 90x12, 95x12 great pump with these the "intentions" really just connects the mind to the muscle and cuts the other muscles out of the move. Was great! HS Reverse Grip Dorian Rows 2-0-2-2 tempo - 45x12, 75x12, 85x12, 95x12 - excellent mind muscle connection and 2 second squeeze on every rep. Side Raises 4-0-1-1 tempo started with DB at 20 bs then to machine - 100x12, 100x12, 90x12 man intentions on these truly target the muscles like a mofo. Rear Delt Machine - 80x12, 90x12, 90x12, 90x12 serious burn here and my shoulders were being pulled back even after I stopped them. DB Incline Curls - 4-0-2-2 tempo 22.5x12, 25x12, 10 & 8 - Biceps were already sore but these lit them on fire with the TUT and 2 second flex! Dip Machine 4-0-1 tempo - 240x15, 300x12, 330x12, no negative on last set just reps 330x20 Was just time to push it! Leg Press 4-0-1 no lock out - 460x12, 640x10, 820x10, 1000x8 last set was more 2-0-1 tempo just going big for the last exercise. Everyone have a Merry Christmas if I don't get on here tomorrow.
