Thanks! I think the TVar is just tossed in for its ability to help lean you up even at low doses more than to be anabolic. However if it were stand alone that would not even be close for most people. I did notice it at 60mg a day though but nothing like what you see with
Montego1 or anything. That is for super dosing.
So a little more about my layout as it is right now. I am mostly trying to get in my cardio and the extra boost lifting can give on a close to daily basis. So this will basically be a 3 on 1 off workout plan for a bit.
The split as I have it set up now is 3 days but may be changed to a 2 day split or a 3 day full body depending on recovery ability. For now I will try to perform the 3 day split 3 days on 1 day off 3 days on 1 day off.
Day 1 - Cable Rows, Lat Pull Downs, Biceps Curl, Rear Delts - HIIT
Day 2 Decline or Dips for Chest, Shoulder Press, Triceps, Shoulder Raises - HIIT
Day 3 Dead Lifts, Leg press, Calves + accessories
OFF or LISS
Day 4 - Chin Grip Lat Pull Down, Meadows Rows, Preacher Curls, Rear Delts - HIIT
Day 5 - Flat Bench or Dips for Chest, Borge Presses, Skull Krushers, Side Raises Machine - HIIT
Day 6 - Squats, Leg Press, Calves, and Accessories
OFF or LISS
Squats and Dead lifts are not done with the Myo Reps layout due to the fact they would be rather dangerous so they are 3-4 straight work sets. I may do the Squats with a Widow Maker though because i am a little masochistic...
As far as Rep ranges they change weekly almost in an HST progression. The Chin grip pull downs will graduate to to full blown chins probably next week or the week after.
Week 1 20-25 + 20 I skipped this week because I wanted the program to be wrapping up when this was done.
Week 2 15-20 +15 mini sets of 5,5,5
Week 3 12-15 +16 mini sets of 4,4,4,4
