Thanks bro! All critisism is good to me, give me something to work on. I need to be doing the tbar }ve gotten away from them lately. Will hit them up this week. My deads are pretty good final set 405 but back is wore out so havnt done tbar. Will do tbar first this week my friend.

Update: ****in pissed as I maxed out on bench. Only got 315 lbs. Not the strength I thought. Guess a big diff in working out on free weight instead of the smith mach. Here on out it is free weight. I use the smith cause no partner but I will just start grabbing someone to spot me. Anybody have a suggestion to helping me do more weight. I've been doing drop sets. And I can do lots more reps now but the strength not there. At same time I'm loving my physique so I'm not concerned cause I wanna bodybuild and not be a powerlifter. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!

Not trying to sound like a d1ck and this is a serious question but do you know the smith bar weighs 30 pounds less than a regular bar? Some ppl don't know that. Maybe that's why it's not as much as you thought it would be?

Haha, no bro I know it weighs 15. Lol! The only thing I can think of is my right shoulder is so jacked. On the free weight bb it takes twice the time for my right arm to make full exstention as the left. And I'm right handed. But good point bro on the diff I got buddies that never new and were pissed after I brought it up. Thanks for the reply dick, jk lol I appreciate the reply my friend

Thanks bro! I'm getting where I'm not too worried about how much I'm doing as I am about bulking and getting lots of deffinition. Although its always nice to b throwing some heavy weight around too. I'm 2 days into my winny so hopefully by the time I end this cycle I will go up. Thanks for looking out!

My workout for today consists of chest. I'm realy impressed with my physique. Gunna start doing a diff workout for chest to mix **** up. Going back to heavy. Let's see where we can get.

Bb flat bench:
135 x10 warmup
225x6 (didn't want to over due it since I was maxing)
Maxed out at 315 1 rm ( wasn't happy with it, but pretty easy with left arm weak with right)
225x10 after
275x6 after

Incline db press:
80x10
85x10
100x6 never done that before.

Incline db flies:
55x10
60x10
70x10

Upright db press holds:
15x10
15x10
20x10
Not sure the proper name of these but they blow up the inner part of chest.

Cable crossovers downward:
60x10
60x10
60x10

Cable crossovers upward:
20lb each side x 10
20lb each side x10
30lb each side x10

Also I did straight legged cruches of 20 reps from a dip possition. 2 sets, and another cruch sitting on side of bench.

Will start changing up my workouts a bit on chest and prolly add others too other diff muscle groups too. Will start doing insanity abs workout 2 x a week. And another day of hitting them hard at gym. Will c how dedicated I am!

I would guess your just getting a skin reaction, woulnt worry, and I get the acne from test pretty bad, attempting cel cycle support

Acnedren by BLR is good also u should look into it

Some guys take accutane on cycle

Not me too scared of the sides

Thanks a lot! I don't think its a big deal on the skin, just wondered if others get it. Co worker last night was like bro did ya get a sunburn. I was like no and arms were beat red. I'm not real worried about though. And I have like ten total pimple on my whole boddy and my wife is being dramatic I'm sure cause she's looking for all the negative sides. She's being an ass about it. But she loves the way I look haha lol

day 3 of winny: havnt realy felt it kick in yet but I know I will. I felt pretty good at the gym today. My joints are sore as **** exspecialy on preacher curls with angle bar. All in all I felt great I lost some weight again but I'm sure some is water and I didn't eat my normal calories the last two days. But my comp is looking awesome. The way I c it I'm on a 2 year plan to bulk and lean up to c if I could compete in bodybuilding for fun. Why not!

All in all felt reat love the veins I've never seen before or new I had. Its just hard to get everything done I wnat to get done.

Prolly a little much. I took an hour before workout. Felt great working out. A lot of that is mental if u know what I mean. So take it pwo for best results?

I wish you could split it up into 25mg doses to take 12hrs apart thatd be far better than 50 at once. Anything that has an "instant" effect is great pwo like dbols winny abombs tne/suspension.

I've never had problems with my bp, so prolly gunna hit it all at once. Maybe some serious workouts ahead. I know tomorrow is leg day and I always get juiced up then. So will see where this **** takes me. Haha!

Update: 12th injection and they still suck. Don't care much for that big needle but love the results so I won't stop lol. Just took my winny pwo and will take my animal rage caps. So far I'm already leaning up, ****s crazy.

Today is leg day, love leg day! Don't know if it matters but I pin my quad evrytime alternating them. And my ****ing legs have gotten crazy big. Is that normal for the spot that gets the injection to get bigger cause its the dirrect spot of aas inj? Just a thought!

Some say yes. Some say no. It could be swelling from the alcohol in the injection. Start pinning glutes. Easy and less pip.. ill email you in a bit just got home

I have only ever pinned my quads as well. IMO no benefit but I do agree that SOMETIMES it appears larger because of swelling.

Ha I pinned my 26th last night...still sucks lol. You really should throw glutes in man you could build up some serious scar tissue if not.

not only that its important to learn how to pin other muscles imo. if you ever end up running short esters like prop and ace you're going to want to be comfortable pinning glutes, quads, and delts at an absolute minimum

Delta are cake. Very painless. All steroids are IM. sub q is for growth

Today was leg day and I love leg day. No pr on leg press basicaly cause I can't add more weight cause its maxxed out. But will say this that my last set of 20 is getting a lot easier. Love that! Leaning out pretty good. So far I love the results from my first cycle. No complaints!

Looks like the cycle is going great for you!

Injections def suck, I've mostly just been doing quads.......damn 21g is starting to suck lol
