Finaflex 1-andro and PNI prodigy log

PCT Day 13 - 157.4 (-0.2lbs)

As I said I was going to work on getting my weight back up, water or not I'm happy to be pretty much as a zero loss in weight during PCT. Being new to PHs I figured I would lose maybe half what I gained from the sounds of it but I am glad that as of this morning my weight is back up to where my cycle ended. I have a nice lunch packed today and for the next few days. My mood is better this morning and working on taking my anger down a notch.

Gym workout was good this morning. Did legs and kept the weight somewhat down and kept the reps higher. I'm realizing more and more how I hate squatting on a smith machine. All the is for a leg press is a cable machine and it is broken. There is no plate leg press which really pisses me off. But anyway I feel good today and weight is up and pictures are above.
 
PCT Day 14 - 157.0 (-0.6lbs)

Well guys we are 2 weeks into PCT and not even down a pound yet. I couldn't really be any more happy. I did have to start using glytone again as I am having some acne flare ups on my shoulders/back. That should all be under control in a couple days. Slammed out some bi's and back today. I will hit tris and chest tomorrow. I enjoy hitting chest now the pump I get feels great. Seems my elbows have been feeling better lately, not as dry as they have been. I'm going to continue this log right through PCT and then start a training log which I will update till the march cycle and then stop using that log till I'm done with the march cycle. I hope everyone has enjoyed the log. I know this is my first log and I know I don't give as much detail as some people do breaking down each exercise I do but this is kind of the way I like to run it. If I hit a PR I let everyone know and if something is getting exciting I let everyone know. I hope everyone has enjoyed following lets keep this going.

Yeah bud I got some good advice from a great group of people online. There might have been some finaflex stuff too. Hey by any chance Kleen could I use just G8 in between then end of PCT and the start of my march cycle?

You can use G8 any time you like, probably really good for on cycle. I run it 3 times a week and that way can extend it for long periods.

Oh I plan on it for my march cycle but wanted to give it a go in between.
 
PCT Day 15 - 156.2 (-1.4lbs)

Quick update. Took it easy with high reps low weight today. The elbows are alittle dry but not to bad. My knees are really dry but did not work them today. The weekend will be nice to not be in the gym.
 
I figure EOD would be fine. Then when I go on cycle il do 5 on 2 off. During my march cycle DW while I plan on doing 4 caps of alpha for 60 days and 2 caps of 550, when I bring in the epi-v during the second 30 days would there be any benefit to raising the 550 dose.

Possibly but you will still be running the 1-alpha and adding the epi-v may be a lot of product. I would lean towards running the 550 at 4ed for the first 30 days then lowering the dose when you add in the epi-v or maybe even discontinue the 550 and add in 4 ed epi-v...
 
Both good possibilitys. I'm using the 550 mostly for joint support.
 
Alittle info, I stopped using formasurge last night. I was just having so much pain in my left knee all day I figured it would be best to stop. Granted I did bang that knee up when I destroyed my race car 2 years ago hitting a concrete wall head on at 60. They found nothing wrong through out all the test but it still give me problems from time to time. I have slacked a lot on my cal intake today which is to bad. I did just go out for food with some friends though and made sure I crammed the cals down, I got about 2k at dinner. Still kinda hungry some I'm going to hit up a protein shake and then hit the hay for the night. Il update my weight Monday morning after the gym. Again I'm happy for all my AM brothers who followed this log and gave me advice along the way. Huge props go to the finaflex boys who were always there for me. That's also another big reason why my next cycle is going to be 95% finaflex. I plan on working with you guys to come up with a great cycle layout. Alpha, Epi-v, 550-xd, and thermadex. Mmm march can't come soon enough.

PCT Day 18 - 156.5 (-1.1lbs)

Well weight is still going pretty well I must say. I was happy with the morning workout. Mood was up for sure. Happy to be placing my order today for some G8 and MM. Psyched about trying MM I have heard great things about it. From my understanding it is better then condense which is good because I am just not a fan of condense. It's does taste great. The crisp apple with alittle regular lemonade drink powder and its a damn tasty during workout drink. I'm glad the MM has creatine in it though so I can get my creatine before my workout. Also I have decided for my March cycle to run G8 start to finish and run ignite during PCT to give me that boost. For me I think this is going to be the best option. Back to the workout though, killed bi's and tri's today. Felt really good, the strength on my bi's felt higher then usual which was nice. Going to hit legs tomorrow and then chest and back on Wednesday. Going to see if my bench strength is still there. Overall guys I'm really happy right now. Hope all is well with everyone.
 
Sounds like things are going well and that's good when in second week of PCT where normally strength starts to slip and bit and we remember oh yah the pills made me stronger and I had to stop taking them :)

Love it! YOu are kicking ass and force feeding with purpose. As far as the G8 3 trimes a week or 5 on 2 off like I mentioned to you will keep you from attenuating. These products can be run basically nonstop when there are a few days off per week.
 
So it EOD fine? Well at night is when I would be taking it. Or would I be better off at 5 on 2 off. 5 on 2 off would be easier anyway lol plus the 5 on would be all lift days.
 
PCT Day 19 - 155.9 (-1.9lbs)

So guys got in the gym this morning and had a pretty good leg workout for me. They finally fixed the cable leg press even though I hate cable leg presses it is still nice to be able to have a leg press. Hit some box squats and my knees feel alittle better now that I'm off the formasurge. I did hit front lat raises and side ones also. I only do them with 10s. I'm taking it light but hitting them frequently to try and strengthen them a bit. If I'm ever sore it's always my lats regardless if I work them or not. I always get some pain from my rotator cuff area so I figure doing front and side raises are going to be a good way to get the strength up in that area. Nothing crazy this morning, I just felt good and that's about it.
 
If you are taking like DW for a good nights sleep then EOD is probably good to go. If you areking it for tha anabolic effect and recovery then 5/2. It may begin to make you a little less tired 5/2 but the GH benefits are better on a regular basis.

PCT Day 20 - 155.4 (-2.4lbs)

Quick update, strength was good this morning. However work has me right pissed off today so hope all is well for everyone.

Yeah I'm just really fed up with sh!t right now. Also my strength felt good but I was having trouble controlling my heart beat this morning which mentally throws me off in the gym.
 
PCT Day 21 - 156.3 (-1.3lbs)

So I don't know what it is but today in the gym I was on fire. I took half a scoop G8 last night, slept like a friggin brick. Woke up this morning alittle groggy but snapped out of it once I ate breakfast. Got my muscle marinade in the mall also and slammed a scoop before the gym. Kinda pumped cause I'm getting my creatine pre workout now. Nice pump going right now and think il go snap a picture in the bathroom after this update. Supersetted everything this morning. I couldn't stop and got alittle carried away. Bi's, tri's, shoulders, chest, hit my lats again and worked out my range on motion with my shoulders again. BB curls at 85 felt like nothing it was so weird. I don't know what you finaflex boys put in this G8 but I think someone should send me like a 30 rack or something. I didn't really notice anything with the taste but I also added alittle lemonade drink mix with it which I commonly do with anything close to lemon or lime flavored. Again I'm just pumped up right now. Flying to NC on Saturday to spend Christmas with my brother, mom, and step dad. Happy to be able to hit the gym with my brother cause he it trying to get in better shape after realizing he has kinda let himself go.

Today is my 24th birthday which I'm spending at work but right now my mood is so high I could give a sh!t where I am. Thank you finaflex

Happy Birthday! Man Muscle Marinade is one of my favorites. I LOVE the cherry limeade flavor! It could have been a good part of what you had going on then again the amazing sleep from G8 could have played into it also. Stuff is pretty amazing.

Yeah the mm is good stuff. But I think it was the g8 that was the biggest. I slept like a rock. Woke up to piss once and I was out like a light again. The fiancé said I was talking in my sleep lol.
 
G8 is strong no doubt. It's most useful for me when I know I won't be sleeping a long time G8 intesifies quality of sleep for me more than anything.
 
PCT Day 22 - 156.3 (-1.3lbs)

Another solid gym workout this morning. Hit full body but did a good amount of chest and back. And just enough bi's to get a nice MM pump going. Felt amazing when I woke up. The G8 is amazing I'm in love with it. Gave my 2nd jar of G8 to my buddy for him to try. He has not been sleeping well and has been dealing with a migraine. If he likes it he is going to keep it and order me another. Il give you guys an update maybe tomorrow to see if it will work for him. I think he is going to be surprised. Anyway I'm laying low tonight and packing to hope on a plane tomorrow morning at 6am for NC.
 
The fun of Holiday travel. I ain't leaving town at all this holiday season. WHEW!

PCT Day 23 - 157.2 (-.4lbs)

Weight is up this morning which is good. Then again I am weighing myself 2 hours sooner then normal. Took not G8 last night but still slept pretty well. I'm not feeling as awake though. Well no gym today due to flying but I will hit it tomorrow because they are not open on Christmas and still need my 5 days. Hope everyone has a great holiday.
 
Well my buddy reports that he got the best nights sleep in while and felt great this morning.
 
G8 dreams are so in depth. Kinda sweet.
 
G8 is one sweet product... most sleep products do cause really wacky vivid dreams, I don't always get them with g8 but there have been some that are very vivid.

Yeah it's pretty killer. I'm also adjusting my rev black to 2 caps EOD.
