Heres something interesting... i took 2 scoops of condense before my back workout today (various pulldowns; focus was width) and had a pretty sick pump. My carbs yestarday were around 65g, maybe that extra 15g helped lol
Oh, and if you mix your condense in COLD water and drink it, it tastes even better than when its in regular home temp water! Seriously... i cant get over the taste. Its like a treat to me lol on to the workout..
