Last dose of condense today. It was actually just over a scoop amd a half. Hit supersets for quads, hams and calves in a series.

Heres the workout
Front squat+db ham+donkey calf raise
Seated calf+leg ext+seated leg curl
LP+calf raises

First series was 5 sets of 12
Second series 5 sets of 12
Third series was 4 sets of 10-12

Now, on to the final review. Condense is a terrific preworkout. Although, i cant give a very solid review because i was dieting down through the entire bottle ill give you the details i did notice.

Pumps- 10/10 this was very prominent the days i "refed" on carbs, glycogen was filled and the nitrates gave skin stretching pumps.

Vasodilation- 9/10 very obvious even while depleted, i was veiny everywhere!

Focus/concentration-10/10 the caffiene content is relatively high, 400mg per two scoops. But, it was smooth, non-jittery sustained energy. Lasted the entirety of my workouts (45-60 minutes) and so on after.

Recovery- 8/10 this is meant for between sets. The beta alanine kept fatigue and rest periods short and sweet, also the first two weeks the beta alanine stuck with me the entire workout as well!

Taste-10/10 its rediculous how good this pre workout tastes lol its like a treat. Sweet, but not outlandishly sweet, tastes like an apple jolly rancher (i had apple crisp). Mixed very easily, and had a slight foggy tint to it after dispersing in my shaker cup.

Would i recommend this pre workout? Deffinitely. I loved it the days my carbs were higher than 75g which were few and far between. But, even the days i was at 30g or less the focus and energy if gave me was so smooth and allowed me to hit the gym hard.

Condense is in my top three pre workouts for sure!

Damn fam very great ish indeed, 136 that's loose def got this comp and reading all of your log when I can def feel the hard work and dedication ya put into this and just keep a good head and you got this at this point ya gotta have more veins than an interstate road map bro great ish and keep us updated these next few weeks.

For sure bro. Im lean, not pro bodybuilder lean tho lol they get to 3-4% and veiny as hell. Ill check in here every once in a while just to keep this log updated with my progression towards the show.

Going great, dropped the broccoli and all my meals are chicken and cabo guacamole, four times a day and one isolate shake with cinnamon, and 5g leucine with water. Oh, and 3 tbsp organic almond butter.

Weighin in at 132.8 (evening weight), more striations are popping, and today will be my last day lifting heavy. Saturday is strictly cardio and sunday - tues high rep glygocen depletetion and no salt. Wed- friday carb up and sip on water.

Good to here, I would die on your diet! That is some true dedication! Hope you've been following my log starting to get real now.. PS I eat that yogurt and protien mix everyday and love it!!! Also started eating ground turkey and brown rice as my preworkout meal.. Gives me great energy for my lifts.. Good luck brother

Coffee with each meal

"Snacks"
One isolate shake with cinnamon and 5g leucine in water
2 tbsp eastwind organic almond butter
 
Well gentlemen, tomorrow i add in 60g of carbs. 30g with breakfast and 30 with my third meal. Drink half a gallon of distilled water as well. This is what we got going on tomorrow...

48g red mill extra thick rolled oats + 2 packets truvia
1 cup coffee + 1 pacjet truvia

1115am
4 oz shredded chicken with salt free chipotle seasoning

3pm
42g brown rice with less sodium soy sauce
4 oz shredded chicken

8oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop isolate

8pm
4oz shredded chicken with salt free chipotle seasoning

Finally carbs!

Yea, ill go about it a lil different next time. SLOWLY lower carbs, start 14 weeks out not a spur of the moment eight weeks out when im at 15-17% bf and decide im gonna do a show.

48g redmill thick rolled oats
114g turkey sausage 90/10
Coffee

12oz shredded chicken breast
144g of brown rice
6 tbsp organic olive oil balsamic vingerette
^^ split into 2 hr carb ups^^

Eat every two hrs, no shake today, 1/4 gallon of distilled water

No more than 130g carbs (excluding fiber)

Sneak peak of the back with no tan and crappy lighting...
