Fill my muscle bellies with ConDense! follow...

Hit some shoulder work today, with 1 scoop condense. Trying to cap my shoulders as best as i can before this show..

Reverse peck deck 5 sets 4-10 reps
BTK bb military 4 sets 6-10 reps
Rear db fly- 5 sets 8-12 reps
Db upright row 2 sets
Bb upright row to push press 2 sets
Lateral raise 2 sets
Front raise 2 sets
--rotator cuff work--
--500 cals on cardio

Pumps was awesome today as well, i was in a severe deficite yestarday too, so i probably burnt through what glycogen retention i had stored. Traps were poppin and my shoulders filled the shirt all the way up. Fore arm veins were bangin too, that motivated me a lot lol from the looks of my tub i have about 5 days left.

Food today..

Meal 1-
70g strawberries
70g pineapple
1/2 cup greek yogy
8 oz almond milk
--blend and drink--
9.5 oz chicken breast
2 tbsp balsamic vinagerette
1 cup french green beans

Meal 2
Fiesta lime chicken breast from applebees with broccoli (no rice, no tortilla strips)
1 sugar free pb cup from coldstone
1 ohh yea strawberry pro shake
 
mad props fam, gotta say that is intense and serious dedication! Seeing some great workouts even with the carb cutting, which I know for a fact ain't fun at all, but it will pay off down with the road with your competition and let us know whats good with that, when is your show?

One oh yeah protein shake

1.5 scoops of purus condese and some chest action. Had very good contractions today and a nice full chest, so the blood flow was nice. Slight pump even with minimal carbs (thank you nitrates).

Incline db fly 30x10
Bench- 205x2
Incline db- 70x8
Machine press (palms facing)- 115x10
Cable fly-30x10

Did 17 sets total and took me about an hr including ab work. The energy i get from condense is smooth and jitter free, love it! After lookin at my tub again it looks like i have 4 scoops TOPS.. maybe 3.5

Thanks bro. Ill usually cook 1lb ground chicken all at once, split it in half and that last two days. Then cook my egg whites and ham at night for the next morning (drain the water out after you reheat it) and add my hotsauce before i leave for work. I cant stand cooking all my meals for the week at once, its usually all dried up by friday lol

Keeping a consistent diet sucks, but reaching macros are easier. :)

Reaching clean macros is harder than most ppl think. Ecspecially when you cut carbs to 35g a day (thats what im at now) weighing my food makes it a tad bit easier. But, if i could eat pasta, fattier meats id reach it a lot quicker.
 
Man glad I powerlift. All I try to do is get enough calories/protein/healthyfats and get everything from clean, nutritous sources

When i was powerlifting i would eat chinese 2-3 times a week, burgers 2-3 times a week and sub sandwhiches lol icecream nightly almost as well. But hey, i broke the 148lb weight class total lbs. Weighed 146.8 DL 445 and benched 215 (no option to squat) no belt no wraps.
 
I need to powerlift. Screw this abs stuff i wanna eat ice cream and sub sandwiches and burgers

Lol it was fun for sure. But that 146lbs was a lot different than the 146lbs i was at this year. Hell my 171lbs looked better than the 146lb powerlifting frame. Now i weigh everything (except my cheat meals)

Burned 603 kcals last night and going to burn 550 tonight. Focused on contraction today, and my hams were so fired up. Mad pump in my hams, quads had a pretty good pump as well. Focus was just as good as tuesdays. Really like the drive condense gives me, the beta alanine tingles havent been as severe as usual but they are still here for sure.

I got off the IF train, simply because my weight loss has stalled again..

Today was upper body. All 15 reps.. two exercises super setted.. trying to deplete ALL glycogen from my upper body. Drank 1.5 scoop condense and hit this little guy up...

Cable flye (for upper pec)
-ss with wide late pulldown 4 sets of 15 reps
Incline bench
-ss with closegrip seated row 4 sets 15 reps
Seated bb military (behind the neck)
-ss with rear db fly 4 sets of 15
Rope ext

Whole upper body was yoked! Full of blood, and looked great. I feel like im responding so much better to condense now as opposed to earlier in the log, which sucks because i have about a scoop and a half left..

Thanks bro. Yea, ive moved back to 6-7 meals a day (some snacks) and my appetite is in overdrive. But, ive lost a 1lb since ive gotten away from IF/LG.

No weights today, cardio only. 45 minutes worth

Scale wasnt budging, carbs are almost non existant as is and id weigh the same everyday. Since ive moved away from IF the scales moving again
