Reverse peck deck 5 sets 4-10 reps

Lateral raise 2 sets

Pumps was awesome today as well, i was in a severe deficite yestarday too, so i probably burnt through what glycogen retention i had stored. Traps were poppin and my shoulders filled the shirt all the way up. Fore arm veins were bangin too, that motivated me a lot lol from the looks of my tub i have about 5 days left.
