If I'm not mistaken, higher quality BA breaks down at a slower rate than the cheap stuff and causes either slight to no tingled over a longer period of time. May just be attributed to the quality of BA Purus uses in their products.

EDIT: There is an article in the news section on preworkout ingredients that touches on this.

No sh*t. Guess thats how we know the reps arent blowing smoke.. then again just using their products is usually enough proof...

Operation: boulder shoulder

Set up-
Reverse peck deck- 100x8 110x6 120x6 130x6x2
Db military- 40x10 50x8 60x6x2
Bent over 3-way db lateral raise-12x6 15x4 20x4 12x6
BTN bb military- 20x10 30x8 35x6x2
*35 minutes cardio

Had a helluva pump going in my shoulders, even swelled my traps up a bit. I ate eight mini homemade bran muffins.. as a "refeed" put me just above 1g carb per lb of body weight. But, imma go hit 30 more minutes of cardio again tonight.

Got an hr cardio tomorrow as well.

No condense today. cardio only.. for an hr AFTER my eating window closes. Fasted from 5pm yestarday to 1 today.. broke it with 10.5 oz burger meat (80/20) but rinsed it off under water :D 1 sheet lavish, 1/4 cup low fat alfredo sauce, 1 cup baby spinach, 28g low fat feta and made a pizza!

Fat- ?? Since i rinse it under water to get all the fat of idk..

Rest of my food consisted of 60g protein, 4tbsp pb and 3 xL eggs.

Tomorrow will be my first "chest day" with condense in my blood. Aww shizzle cant wait.
 
Had a sick chest day. Drank my 1.5 scoop of condense and pumped up the ol' pecs. Pump was decent, i havent been responding like everyone elses' logs.. not all veiny with excruciating pumps.. they've been there just not like everyone else is raving about. The beta alanine is kickin my nuts though lol deff rest a shorter amount of time, recovery between sets is a lot faster.

Set up-
Bench- 185x5 200x5 205x4 210x4
Incline db- 55x8 65x8 65x8 70x6
Peck deck fly- 80x10 90x10 100x10
Close grip chest press machine- 80x10 100x10 115x10
*30 minutes cardio

Breakin my fast with a pizza made on lavish, and 1 cup low fat cottage cheese.

Maybe ill try 2 scoops condense and see if that makes a difference. Although, 1.5 scoop gives me insane focus, hate to see what 2 scoops is gonna do lol

I would try dosing condense on your cardio only days.. I took 2 scoops on my cardio day and loved it..

I did shake my container today because it looked like there was seperation of ingredients, but i already mixed and drank my serving before i did that.. maybe that has something to do with it?

Even with all the super setting and 1.5 scoops of ConDense im barely getting a pump! It was more pronounced today then yestarday though. I stay hydrated, so i dont know what the deal is...

Plus side though, i absolutely enjoy drinking it haha it tastes so freakin good, and provides me with the cleanest energy/focus i can want. The beta alanine i like a lot as well, it helps me with recovery between sets and gives me shorter rest periods. I WILL try 2 scoops before leg day, see if that makes a difference!

With that much volume you should be getting good pumps even without ConDense so thats odd. What does your carb intake look like?

Less than 60g a day, dieting down for a show in october. That deff has something to do with it, glycogen stores are depleted.. completely forgot about that

That's a very good workout bro, very surprised to hear little pumps from that, I feel like I'm gettin pumps just readin those sets. Very good stuff either way bro, keep killing that.

Thanks bro, we figured out the problem; lack of carbs/glycogen stores. Im dieting wayyy down...

Ok that probably has a lot to do with it. When is your show? Im doing a competition in December but its powerlifting so I eat all the carbs I want. Jealous?

Seated leg curl- 135x15

I did 29 sets total. BEASTIN.

Heres something interesting... i took 2 scoops of condense before my back workout today (various pulldowns; focus was width) and had a pretty sick pump. My carbs yestarday were around 65g, maybe that extra 15g helped lol

Oh, and if you mix your condense in COLD water and drink it, it tastes even better than when its in regular home temp water! Seriously... i cant get over the taste. Its like a treat to me lol on to the workout..

Glad to hear you finally got the pump going. Sounds like it as definitely a carb issue. Stuff is delicious. Im usually driving to the gym when I take mine so I just dump the powder in my mouth and wash it down with a swig of water and it still tastes great. The powder is like ground up sweet tarts

Nice! Yea being carb deprived/depleted sucks. I didnt even go heavy on carbs, not even enough to get slightly saturated, and i had a pump. Now, only if i could load up on carbs... i can imagine the skin tearing pump! Like i said, i had a good one goin today

Knocked out shoulders/traps with 2 scoops condense.
Focus was intense, had a slight trap pump. Shoulder workout consisted of a lot of supersetting again.

Rear cable fly 3 sets
Reverse peck deck + iso front military press 4 sets
Upright row into shoulder press 4 sets
Db lateral raise 3 sets
Behind the back bb shrug 2 sets
Db shrug 3 sets
* cardio - burned 345 kcals

I think i waited to long to workout, because i had to run my brother around.. i drank my condense, then didnt get to the gym until 40 mins later. Even though i didnt lift for awhile after consuming it, i still had tunnel vision and a pump. Im probably going to buy a tub because seeing that im dieting down this isnt really a fair review.

legs are looking good bro. when are you hitting refeeds on your carbs? or are you pretty much straight keto for your cut?

My refeeds arent really refeeds.. ill get 125-150g of carbs once a week or every other week. Keto/IF the rest

yuck. i admire you for being able to handle that. I've gone down to 100 a day and refed at like 500, but i felt like absolute sh*t the whole time. im at 200g now daily and i wanna die! lol

Oh ya it sucks. Today ill probably get up to 150g, the thing is when i was "bulking" 250-275g of carbs ed was goin straight to my waistline. I wish i could ingest 325g of carbs, cuz i know i could lol.
