You can do what I do when I take Drive (I have put my time, so you can see the difference):
Gym Days
3.30am - 2 caps
5am - 2 caps

Otherwise, you can follow what I do this (what I do on days I don't do weights) every day instead:
Non-Gym Days
3.30am - 2 caps
11.30am - 2 caps
In all honesty, this option will do you better, since Drive kicks in ~80-90 minutes after dosing, so if you dose first thing - or soon after - you're still going to get the benefits of it during training.

So, my recommendation is, for you to dose Drive DAILY as:
Dose 1 - 2 caps anywhere between 6-7am
Dose 2 - 2 caps anywhere between 1-2pm

so the first 3 weeks of taking the one i only gained 4lbs (that was kinda bad)
so i told u that i was going to intake and eat morefood and keep up with my nutrition and i did
so i checked my weight on april 12 (my 4th week on the "the one") and i gained .... 4 more pounds in just a week,so i think i did it right,so havent check my weight yet since im on my 5th week and i havent checked my weight yet but it looks like im gaining alot more,i will check my weight after 2 more weeks...

If what you gained was all muscle mass, then that's still good. Don't be so concerned with the "weight", but about the COMPOSITION of the weight - I can gain 10lb in a week easy just by changing up my diet, but it doesn't mean to say it's all good weight, or that it will stay if I change my nutrition again.

Funny you mention that, when I was using the product it did take awhile to kick in but when It did I had a great workout.

Yeah, if I dose ~90 minutes pre-training - cardio especially - I get the best results from Drive. Love it for my high-intensity cardio and speed endurance.

oh sorry ive gained muscle mass.....
before i took it i gained aleast 10 to 13 muscles mass in two weeks.....
that there i did not understand i gained more before but this time i did not...

Remember that food and water weight also constitute lean body mass. MUSCLE mass is just a part of lean body mass - the same as glycogen, water, bone, tissue, etc.

Punisher63e: Final Review - The Second Cycle

So I just got done with using The One for a second time. Last time was a year ago during the month of June. I started out at about 157lbs. I had been working out for quite a while and I had some health issues which had dropped my weight down and that is why I decided to get on The One to get my weight/physique back up. During the month of June, I put on about 15lbs of mass using The One. I got pretty fricken big and I was hitting the gym 5-days a week and devouring every bit of food in sight. Unfortunately, I crashed HARD after my first use... not because of poor PCT, but because I was diagnosed with a medical condition, but I won't get into that here. Anyway, it caused me to be out of the gym for several months.

I started working out again right after the new year, 2010, and started to plan my next cycle. I was now aware of my medical issues and could get back on the horse again with out worrying about crashing like I did last time. So now I just finished my cycle of The One (Through the month of March into April). As follows are my results:

I started off at about a 160lbs, hitting the gym and sometimes struggling through 3x a week, but I tried to be faithful and push through it. My appetite did not go through the roof like the first time I used The One, infact... Nothing really did. I'm not sure if it's a result of my condition (which it might be and if I revealed what it is, then it could be confirmed, but I won't so... ya)... Or if it's because I was just used to the effect.

In either case, I did put strength and mass on. I put on about 10lbs of lean mass WHILE losing fat because I wasn't gorging all day long.

I didn't really notice anything crazy like the first time around, but I'm still happy. I really had zero side-effects, which is great, I definitely did put on muscle mass and strength, more than if I would not of used The One and the PCT is pretty simple.

So as I said last year, I would definitely recommend this product to someone else... Too bad it's no longer around.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that over-all, App Nut has some good products. Are they the best? I'm not sure about that... But they are damn good and you don't have to worry about falling over dead in the gym because of some strange mystery ingredients.

If anyone is curious about my PCT here it is. And I will say that I've really felt no change in in libido or anything coming off of the cycle and I attribute that to my solid PCT.

my results were great from 146 or something to 155.....

im kinda satisfied with the results,but i think i could of done better especially with my dieting its hard for me to keep on eating the right amount of cal/carbs/fat/protein everyday i kinda need help with that i need some advice on that or help with....

im planning to take the one again somewhere in june 2010

(can i take drive while im doing this?)

Well, 9lb is not bad re gains :D

Re nutrition:
* If you have trouble consuming the required calories - eat higher calorie food, add in some weight gainer shakes, eat more often, etc.
* Macronutrient amounts - review Invalid Link Removed; specifically for gains on The ONE, Applied Nutriceuticals recommends carbohydrates @ 1.5–3g/lb. of bodyweight/day, protein @ 1–1.5g /lb. of bodyweight/day, and fats @ <100g/day.

As far as running another cycle, give yourself at LEAST 4 weeks MINIMUM after finishing your last PCT - I would recommend waiting until July at the earliest before another hormonal cycle.

Re next cycle, save the Drive for PCT (but start it 7 days before PCT starts) - no need to run it on-cycle. If you wanted to run something else alongside The ONE on-cycle, I'd recommend using HGHup instead (and yes, this can be used into and through PCT as well).

he had this meal plan for a 2000cal diet up to a 6000cal diet,most of them have 200grams protein and up,500grams and up of carbs ,100grams of fat,
so i was thinking this meal program should work while im taking the next cycle,thats if i really try hard on my diet ,so my plan is to really bulk up with the meal plan and the cycle of the one i think it will really work?
so what do u think?

It would work. As long as you are eating enough to make gains and are getting in enough macronutrients for your body, gains will be made. You should look at adjusting a few of the macronutrients specific to YOU, though - i.e. unless you are a 200 pound individual, you do not need 200g of protein.

Yes, you can pulse The ONE. "Pulsing" is using every other day or on training days, etc. - NON-continuous use of a hormonal product over a cycle.

darthdarek84: Truly "The One" and only!"

This post will feature my likes and dislikes of this ph and overall thoughts on the entire cycle.

Likes:
- increased appetite
- very good strength increase
- double digit gains in muscle, which were dry and lean
- alpha male euphoria
- increased libido
- super recovery
- insane vasularity and muscle hardness
- crazy workout sessions
Dislikes:
- a little dry joints
- occasional, but minor back pains
- a little acne
- slightly elevated BP

Overall thoughts:
I really enjoyed my run with the One. I don't have any other PH/DS to compare it to, but it was the best stuff I've ever taken. I really felt great during the cycle and strength plus muscle gains were sudden. Everybody was telling me I grew noticeably. Libido, at times, was hard to satisfy and I felt like Hulk all day long. Also, feeling constantly pumped, as if I had just lifted, was great. Decreased estrogen gave me a hard, lean look. The appetite allowed me to eat like never b4 and there was no gain in bf.
I would recommend this to anyone who is a hardgainer or just wants to see quicker results. I feel like any newbie user ( such as I was) or experienced one can get good results of this product. Off course, age must be appropiate to run it in the 1st place. I will go and look for CEL's clone and buy 1 or 2 more for future use. I have to give AppNut credit for making this wonderful product.
 
Wats good guys I got two bottles of the one . With the first cycle will be about running all running and speed traps I want to see how much I can gain atheleticly speaking . along with that more muscle definition and vasculairty . this will be my second time using the one. I want to get way more info about training be for I start
