i bet there are still selling some around .....?

The one was great, awesome gains, min sides if any. I HIGHLY DOUBT you'll be able to find any unless its from someone who has a few bottles on their shelf from stocking up when appnut had the BOGO free(like I did, sadly I plan on running the bottles I have left)
 
so i found 2 bottles of THE ONE! but im waiting for the guy to reply......and ive been looking around online for stuff like this or something better and there's lots of stuff out there so i kinda need help finding a good prohormone like the one....

its not illegal at all I dont believe.
I can't speak for app nut, but I believe they stoped production because of the recent blows PH/DS have taken from the FDA and what not. a TON of companies are stopping their PH/DS lines, simply because they dont want to be stuck clearing out shop when the next ban comes out.

No, The ONE and 2nd GEAR are NOT illegal. Nor is it illegal to ship either product.

Make sure that you're taking The ONE either first thing, with your breakfast, or preworkout.

As for what else to add, please make sure that you've read http://anabolicminds.com/forum/applied-nutriceuticals/122506-right-way-gain.html, as it covers ALL the supplements re support that you can or should be using on a The ONE cycle.

Start off at 3 caps, and then you can go to 4 caps later if you want.

just stick with 3 the whole time then at 150lbs. and yes you can use creatine.

you may not feel the need to use the jack3d as The One give a stimulant type effect. I'd try the first workout or two without it to see.

If you've never done GVT before, just remember leave your ego at the door. You will need to be working out with significantly lower weights than you've ever used before to make it through the 10 sets of 10 of anything. getting past set 8 is where it really starts to suck.

Yeah, as Eric said, stick to 3 caps only, given your bodyweight.

And yes, you can take creatine (and should be all the time if you are resistance or anaerobically training, IMO).

Yes, you can. If you would rather do another style of training, then feel free to do that, bearing in mind that HIGH INTENSITY, HIGH VOLUME training will get you the best results on The ONE if you are looking to add muscle mass and strength.

A week into it. Sounds like you're doing well so far. You'll gain as long as you're eating enough to gain, and the cleaner the calories, the leaner the gains.

I recently ran a cycle of the ONE / 2nd Gear , i liked the product so i thought i give a final review. My first review no makin fun ;) here goes...

About me:

Iam 25 year old male and pre cycle weighed in at 200 lbs standing 5`11. I have previously used 1 PH 2 years ago (Hdrol)
and have been training consistantly for 4 years. I slacked on my diet , let myself go and needed to take things to a new
level diet and training wise.

*Multivitamin, protein lots of water where steady throughout.

Pre Cycle:

I pre loaded NAC (2000mg) Milk Thistle (1200mg) and Hawthorne Berry (500mg) per day for 2 weeks.

On Cycle:

I continued My NAC/Milk Thisle/Hawthorne Berry at the same does throught my cycle.
Week one i dosed 1 pill AM 1 pill Pre Workout.
week two - four & the extra 4 days i dosed at 1 pill AM 2 Pre Workout.

Post cycle:

I stopped NAC/Milk Thistle but continued Hawthorne Berry at the 500mg dose.
I started 2nd Gear at 1 pill a day and continued for 30 days.
I Started AN DRIVE the same day as 2nd Gear ( the day after my cycle finished) and dosed 3 caps AM 3 caps Pre Workout
until the bottle ran dry.

Diet:

I was very good with my deit and kept my carbs at about 2g/200lbs my protein at 2+g/200lbs and my good fats to <100g/day.
Ate clean and drank tons of water.

Training & Strength Gains:
I trained 5 sets of 12/10/8/6/4 reps going up weight every set (usually 5-10lbs depending on exercise)
The gains were great i went up in every lift reps and weight, i plowed through most of my plateaus some examples i can give.
Bench 180lbs 10 reps currently at 230 for 8 reps
Deadlift 315lbs for 6 reps currently 405 for 6 reps
Barbell Curl 70lbs fixed bar for 10 reps to 100lbs fixed for 8 reps
Pretty great gains for me i continued to break PRs through PCT and am still going strong. I have no noticable sides whatsoever. Im currently sitting at 208lbs.
If i had to rate this product out of 10 id give it a 9 ;). Heres my progression pics, cheers!

so i checked my weight and ive gained 4 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks....the body fat scale still cant read my body fat so i think is around 4 - 6 of body fat...
i expected more gains but its probably because i havent been doing the deit of my food intake ...so tomorrow" monday" i will work on it!!
But my training is really good im lift weights that ive never lifted before and after a set i can still add more weights on the next set...
i was wondering ive been taking jacked and its working pretty good ,i was planning to also take creatine monohydrate with it...coz it only has 3 grams of creatine ?

Your gains are not bad, especially if you're not really paying attention to your nutrition.

PS. I wouldn't put much stock in what BIA scales say re body composition - at best they can only be used as a reference re progress, and then again, only if each time you use it, you're in the SAME condition as you were the last time.

Re creatine, if you're using Jack3d, I don't recommend using a separate creatine product, as you're getting enough creatine from that already. If you wanted to get creatine monohydrate to use on non-training days (i.e. when you're NOT using Jack3d), then that's fine, though.

That would be ok re breakfast. And you can add "more foods" whenever you like. If you want gains, then make sure you're eating ENOUGH.

so for lunch today i ate 2 cups of brown rice 2 4oz of fish 2 tbsp of olive oil , a yogurt and 2 scoops of gold standard whey protien from optimum nutrition ....and the middle of the day im gonna eat 4 tbsp of peanut butter and 4 granola bars .....
i have a sheet of what im suppose to eat that totals up to 3500cal/400-500carbs/100fats/and protein the last 2 weeks ive been doing this off and on,but i was having trouble coz i was moving to my new house....so this time i should be good coz everything is settled now...
and thanks for that link ive read it a few times to make sure im doing stuff right..
 
i was wondering when i start my pct after "the one" bottle is done...can i stack 2nd gear wih DRIVE and HGH UP or only use one of them,oh yeah another question im on my fourth week of my vol. training i still have another week till my bottle runs out,then i will start the pct,should i still be doing the vol. training or an program for repetition ?

Start PCT the day AFTER your last day dosing The ONE. Yes, stack 2nd GEAR with Drive and HGHup♂ during PCT. I actually recommend starting Drive during your last week on The ONE, as it takes 7-10 days to kick in, so it has kicked in by the start of PCT.

Re training during PCT, you can do whatever you like. I recommend keeping the intensity (and weights) high, and making sure that you watch your nutrition as well. There is no reason why you cannot CONTINUE to MAKE gains during PCT.

Depends on whether you just strained it or injured it. Have a few days rest, or train sessions that will not aggravate it. Use some common sense. If you have done something more serious than a strain, then you will need to rehab it.

so i bought the DRIVE supplement... so it says to take 2 caps in the morning on empty stomach (since im around 150 and up i will take 2caps) and it also says to take before the gym ?
i wake up at 6am and i go to the gym at 8:10am,
1.2 caps at 6:00am and take the other 2 caps in the afternoon ?
2.2 caps at 6:00am and 2caps before the gym like 7:30am?
3.2 caps at 5:30am and 2 caps before the gym like 7:30am?

You can do what I do when I take Drive (I have put my time, so you can see the difference):
Gym Days
3.30am - 2 caps
5am - 2 caps

Otherwise, you can follow what I do this (what I do on days I don't do weights) every day instead:
Non-Gym Days
3.30am - 2 caps
11.30am - 2 caps
In all honesty, this option will do you better, since Drive kicks in ~80-90 minutes after dosing, so if you dose first thing - or soon after - you're still going to get the benefits of it during training.

So, my recommendation is, for you to dose Drive DAILY as:
Dose 1 - 2 caps anywhere between 6-7am
Dose 2 - 2 caps anywhere between 1-2pm
