Awesome! It seriously is the BEST preworkout product I have ever used, and I definitely won't be using anything else ever again (unless it is discontinued, which is highly unlikely)!

i HIGHLY suggest you not open them and keep the receipts man, because once you try assault you wont regret it,
i tried it for the first time in a couple years, and the new formula is much stronger than i expected!!! it was great, id put it a bit stronger than Shotgun. Its great stuff, i felt strong and got an amazing pumps from it as is evidence by my lats in my pic )Invalid Link Removed

I've tried all of them, including all flavors, except for shred and gel.

Combat is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMAZING!!!!

This is all in my log in post #1, LOL.

Shred Matrix: 3 caps immediately post-training and 3 caps either immediately post-training (if a second session) or ~30 min pre-Meal 5.

My post-training dose is followed by my post-training meal ~30 minutes later. Sometimes I do my second dose either first thing or pre-bed instead of pre-meal - depends on what the day before was like.

Everyone, for optimal effects from Shred Matrix, it should ideally be dosed 3 caps twice daily, 30-45 minutes pre-meals.

Yes - especially for the multivitamin; I'm extremely interested in seeing the ingredient profile.

One thing ive realized after using and thoroughly enjoying bullet proof, assault, and shred matrix, is that MP's formulations are the real deal. I'm pretty skeptical on products that have a lot of things in them, even more so with prop. blends , but MP has shown me the light and truly made me a believer. I wouldn't hesitate to try any of their products.

I'll put in a vote for Combat, Cookies and Cream flavor....can eat it with a spoon...

Might have a go at Banana Cream next if I can muster the will to try something other than CnC!
