Fav supp inbetween cycles???

Hey guys im trying to find the best bulking supp. im right about to contest prep and want something for the next 4-5weeks something to help just a tiny bit gain that TINY bit more size before I start my prep (which i will use my FIRST ever actual cycle!) below will be a list of what ive came up with :)

Ostra Rx by IML
Anabeta/AnabetaElite by PES
Nolvadren XT by man sports ive heard is actually nice to have between

Suprised there haven't already been replies to this saying exactly what I am about to.

The currently popular option is to use ARA between, I have seen many logs saying the feeling is comparable to still being on cycle at least during the workout period. Crazy pumps, DOMS, strength increase, and proven benefits for muscle growth.

X-gels are what I have used, and can vouch for. X-factor is also well reviewed and I believe currently on sale.

Read up on it, tons of logs and details on the forums here.

To get the best results it should be used concurrently with GMS (Analyzed supplements is a solid choice here) and a carnitine salt of your preference, I used LCLT, although PLCAR or ALCAR work as well.


As for your own options listed, I would recommend Anabeta, again well reviewed and great for keeping your gains from cycle
 
Have you looked into ArA before, like X-Gels? Lots of positive feedback throughout these forums on it. Very versatile in the fact it can be used towards any goal.
 
In the past I've added in X-gels/ArA the last 2 weeks into a cycle and ride it right on thru pct and couple weeks after...works pretty well to keep the gains coming...

when I want more size (or conversely, more leanness), I simply adjust my caloric intake and macro profile
maybe I'm just old-fashioned that way....
 
ArA by far. Best OTC supp out there.

Secondly, glad to see Nolvadren XT up there. You'll enjoy it! I would add in some bulk Na Daa to the stack. ArA would also be a great addition IMO, but may be a little overkill with everything. I'm unaware of what the Ostra Rx is though.

my buddy used nolvadren to help with gyno instead of erase and he SWEARS by it ( same thing almost just nolvadren i can get CHEAP) ostra is a SARM alot of nattys like it. i think i will do some nolvadren with ARA! ive already used alot of DAA with my clomid for a pct recently. thanks though! i love game day great pre and sooooo under rated!

Tigers Blood Gameday + OG (Lemon Lime Chiller) Body Octane is rumored to be what the fountain of youth is derived from. I'd sip that all day everyday if I could.

Although I though Jay was awesome when I met him in at the Olympia back in 2010. Dexter Jackson on the other hand... smh.

tell! is dexter an ass? ive never really cared for him... truly out of any newer BB kai would take my pick to go to lunch with him and lift. everything by him is just wow.... just i hope they dont serve grapefruit at the restaurant ;)

Dex was a dick to me when I met him in person at the Arnold after his first O Title. I've had no respect for him since.

I'd have opted for Brandon Curry, Roelly or maybe Vik. Kai is just kind of out there and weirds me out. He gave me a high five when I ran into him though. lol

he is weird but a motivation! man my all star line up would have phil to help with proportions, arnold and kai for posing and id love to train with branch W. i feel bad branch will never win an O but he has succcccch hardwork. i do like dennis also just because hes closer to my height (im really about 5'11 but think im 5'10 ;) )

so i thought about it and im going

xfactor before every meal
nolvadren to help with some little puffy nips, and to stack with anabeta.
and just keep my on cycle cals like normal. i just really wanna be a solid 210 before i contest prep down. I have no age <<< in my profile but ill say this im a youngin (as some members know) and so when i cut even at 185 sub 5 ill be bigger than all the others in my class and ill try and gain another maybe 3-5lbs before nationals this year and show how an oregon boy does it.
 
X-factor should only be taken pre-workout brother, and on an empty stomach if I'm not mistaken. Before every meal is money in the toilet, almost literally.

Pre workout only and fasted. Helps ensure Ara is selective for muscle tissue
 

Basically hes saying it wont go down the toilet,because itl be used elsewhere

Not to hijack topic, but I know to take erase last 3 week's of PCT, but is there any reason to not take it longer? Is It just the risk of estro rebounding hard?

NO!!!! erase is used for anything! i wouldnt cycle for more than 6weeks but nattys can use it as a bullking agent. i plan on using it as my oral instead of whinny or var to harden up before contest. people even use erase to cut with! whats your goal?cut bulk recomp?

PES makes i think the best stuff for supps other than protein and creatine :)

They don't have a creatine, yet. Who knows lots of new products hitting this year

mmmmmm I havent tried their protein but i hope i get a sample soon! and i bet when they make a creatine it will be amaaaaazing. lol right now im using the OG cell tech... everyone laughs at me! i got 30servings for free though form my gym.
 
You do know Erase isn't anywhere near the same league as those, right?

yeah..... but i got it dirt cheap so eh why not. my heart belongs to PES but my pocketbook didnt like how much my boss was selling erase at the gym for.... (yeah my own boss and OWNER at my gym who i work for doesnt give me discounts :( )
 
when i ran ph cycles, i personally liked taking a test booster right after pct has ended, unless your getting bloods done every single time theres no guarantee that your fully recovered from the cycle it's self....so something like 4 weeks pct of choice and an additional 4 weeks of tropinol xp
 
We've seen good results from users with Alphamax as part of PCT. Has 75mg of armistane and a host of goodies to help boost test. Some pretty good reviews going around. And good luck at your comp man! Looking pretty swole based on the profile pic.

In all honesty, and just to get this thread back on topic, a stack like X-gels, Agmatine, Cit Mal, Erase and Glycophase will have you looking lean and hard for comp time. If you opt for the natty route that is.

For a good bulk cycle, X-gels, ABE, Erase (seeing as you want to run this) and Forskolin would be primo.

In your cut, unless you use AAS or something, ECA or ECY would be a solid option or one of the Evomuse topicals.

Alphamine, Alpha t2, Yohimbine 2.5, Caffeine, AAv2 are all other options (just don't stack them all; that's an awful lot of Y lol).

i might not use the erasebut thats exactly what im using for the rest of my bulk! im just soooo scared i come in too small :( im 206 13percent as of day. i havent found a prep coach but i might do the AAS route for cutting. that will be my first ever aas cycle too

i got a hook up with ECA and thinking about running it for my prep but i knoe theres debate over muscle loss with it. i mean yeah that will come but other than diet diet diet got an idea of a good supp to help with cor? erase? leanxtreme? just throwing ideas..

Those two should both help, but ECA is actually muscle sparing if anything
