Hi am trying to find a really good fat burner so far the best I've come across is oxy elite which is really good but I was looking for something better someone told me I should try ECA stack
am new to all this just wanted to know what you suggest
 
EC/ECA + low/no carbDiet + exercise

U will drop wieght, cut fat soo fast. 2 week intervals works best

EC stack plus Yohimbine-HCL and PLCAR caps. You can take this year round, just remember to take a break of 4 weeks after 8 weeks on Yohimbine and PLCAR.

Can't deny that! If OP doesn't check his diet for the appropriate macro-nutrient values has a deficit when doing kCalories In - TDEE , well then he won't lose anything.
 
sounds like a nice stack but where can i get the E i got the C and the A having difficulty getting the other one any suggestion
 
Adipose annihilation and a stim fat burner of your choice.
My stack will soon be aav2+alphamine+erase.

I did eca with green tea..... Wow. The whole stack was so cheap next time I'll probably throw in some raspberry ketones and ala or plcar

This! PLCAR haha, and yeah the article on the front page some days ago showed research that Green Tea burns 5g of fat per serving , so one just has to ingest the same amount of the extract per 8oz of liquid green tea...and it truly is more than that with the caps we have right? Great stack and tip bro, I'll add green tea to my current EC!
 
Alphamine is amazing, has been getting rave reviews. Going by the mirror I am noticing some pretty good effects after only 2 weeks, and the energy, mood and appetite suppression is the best I can remember.

Actually I loved the Treky logo they have now for the 46th anniversary of Star Trek...(yes I am a geek for that haha, watched it since I was a kid)
